This is where you can discuss Empyreans, plans, the city of Empyrean and magics.
Please make ALL OOC posts away from the actual RP threads.
Here or a new thread of your own design are better suited to OOC discussion.

well, I have an OOC question and I think this is probably the best place for me to post it. ^_^;;

In regards to the books and literature available to our Empyreans, what are the rules in regards to books we as OOC players would be familiar with? Namely, I want Arwen to discover some good poetry. Would it be likely that she'd find bits and pieces from authors from the "old world"? And if so, are there rules about who those authors can be, etc? Basically, I just want to know what kind of stuff she'll find in the library. XD

Generally the rule is the most famous pieces, famous authors have fragments that remain...
think of itthis way: the larger the publication circle....the more copies that existed the greater the chance some fragments would have survived.
Things like Dante, Shakespear, Homer,
and a few more conventional titles, like Anne Rice, Tolkein, Robert Ludlum, Margaret Atwood....

Oh wow...I find that interesting...makes me want to go back and read some of those things so that I can have Dariyn quote them at random. <3

i'm going to have little hints throughout the plot...little things that you can reference...
like the poem in Dameron's first lesson, it's from Don Quixote..or like the song Nehna performed, it's The Prophet's Song by Queen...or the pieced of art mentioned in te library, The Thinker, St. Sabastian...and Heironymus Bosch's Garden of Eden Triptych.
but yeah, you can borrow any of those reading-for-pleasure books from the library too, Tolkein, or Edgar Allen Poe for instance...
