Alright, here's the story. I've been on Gaia for some time (two and a half years and counting), and during that time I've collected quite the horde of breedables. I consider myself incredibly lucky with what I have. However, I'm a fickle, greedy little girl (part of being a Capricorn I assume) and I want more.
This thread is merely for record-keeping. I don't really want donations all that much since I'd feel incredibly guilty taking them. Most of the things listed here probably will never be achieved anyway, since I have no real income on Gaia... but please don't steal my ideas. It would really hurt to see something I'd worked hard on taken by someone else.

Quest One: Numa Numa Land
Color me obsessed. I only got my first Numa a little over a year ago, as a generous co-own offer at a Halloween raffle. Now I have three others, two of whom are cosplays. And still I want more! But how could I not? The art is adorable, the atmosphere friendly, and the pets quite collectable.
There are lots of ideas I have, not the least of which is the VIP Helios/Chibiusa quest (see next post for details). Since they'd be gotten via bribe, if at all, this post will focus on Numa to be quested for via more normal channels- mostly Custom Day(s).
1) An adult (?) custom Candy Numa- Kaia was the first breedable I ever got at auction (at least, based on my awful memory) and as such was one of my most treasured. I had stalked the shop, Nekochou Isle, for some time before landing my baby at a 2nd Gen auction, for the whopping price of two Nov 04 letters and two Dec 04 letters- worth about 70k at the time. Calculated by today's prices, she may be my most expensive breedable. That's a lot, especially for a dead shop. XD; She was reincarnated once as an Ishuu, but that shop also came and went. Now that Numas are here, I think she deserves another chance- after all, the third time's the charm!
While Kaia may look fairly Numa-ish (not unusual, considering the artist), there are some more un-Numa parts of her- namely, her fins, claws, and tail. The claws I'm willing to let slide, and the same for the back fins; the coloring for those parts can be incorporated into the lineart. Based on the rest of Kaia's physiology, however, I think she'd look better on the male lines. That way, she'd only need the one fairly minor edit for the tailfins (hopefully no more than 50-100k). I think that personality wise, she'd also work better on the male lines, if that's allowed.
2) A Dragonite or Growlithe Pocket Numa. DS <3 Growlithe; it's her favorite Pokemon of all time and always will be. DS <3 Growlithe cosplays. 'Nuff said. However, DS has been thinkin' bout a Dragonite cosplay more and more recently. Dragonite means something special to DS, and for some reason I feel I should work on getting him first. He'd be a normal Dragonite, male, and I would probably name him Kairyu because I like the Japanese name. Growlithe would be female, and either simply called Growlithe, or nicknamed Firecracker.
3) A coffee Numa. Probably male, but I'm not sure yet. Still thinking about color schemes too, but probably black/indigo/blue or somesuch. We shall see, Kaia and Kairyu come first.
4) A Sasame or Himeno custom cosplay Numa. More to come shortly- this would be Sasame on the old male lines, in his manga costume, or Himeno on the new female lines, in her White Pretear costume. Still deciding; the above comes first, these guys are not priorities atm.

Quest Two: Cosplays (Anime)
Okay, this post is undergoing maaaaaajor revamping. It used to be for Talaye, but other than Soi I sort of realized that I don't want any more Talaye. Since most of my other quests in this post were for cosplays, I'm going to change this to a blanket cosplay quest, for varying characters from different shops. Because hey, this is my quest thread, and I can.
After some consideration, I have decided to split my cosplay quest into two categories- general anime/video game character cosplays, and a sort of giant Sentai!cosplay quest. Because there's a lot of characters from each that I want, but the anime characters are more scattered, while the Sentai characters are generally groups. Or something. Hey, this is my quest thread, and I can.
Therefore, this post is now for general anime questness, and the following post will be for the almight Sentai cosplay quest of justice! Or something. Read on, read on.

Ah, Talaye. Another shop I've been stalking for ages- since Mizukori first opened it. I am the proud owner of what may be the very first Tala colored by Buffynick, and even though the shop has changed hands and styles a few times, I've always been lurking, keeping up-to-date with the goings on of the Meadow.
At the present time I am actually the proud owner of four Talaye, none of whom I paid for myself. XD; Sirius, my first, was a breeding basket and gift from Buffynick. His son Remus (one of six kids XD) was the result of a breeding as well, and the fees were waived by Buffy as her wedding present to Sirius and his mate Miko. XD; Arisa was a birthday gift from Naita, and Nesrin was won at the Valentine's Day event.
I know that I'm blessed with my small crowd of Talaye. However, there are a few ideas I just can't let go of:
1) Howl and Sophie cosplay twin Talaye. This idea took root during the auction for the Chihiro and Haku twin Talaye, which I bid in but ultimately lost. I LOVE Howl's Moving Castle. I've loved it before it even came out. It's a movie by one of my favorite directors (Hayao Miyazaki) based on a book by one of my favorite authors (Diana Wynne Jones). I was even lucky enough to see it twice- before it came out in theatres. I have the book and the movie, and I've cosplayed as Sophie myself at two different cons. Yes, I am obsessed.
The Talaye would be Sophie and Howl from the beginning of the book- Howl with blonde hair and his jacket, and Sophie with brown hair and her green dress. Why? For one, Howl's just sexier as a blonde. XD For another, when I cosplay Sophie it's her beginning-of-the-movie costume, since I have long brown hair and actually sorta look like her (at least like her movie interpretation).
The Howl Tala would probably be co-owned with Kaioto_Katsuma, who's about as obsessed with him as I am. XDUpdate: The idea of a Howl Tala has been taken. ;.; So I'm still wibbling on whether or not this is even possible anymore. It isn't the way I've desribed above.
2) The second idea has actually fermented longer than the Howl/Sophie set. The very first elementals were awesome, rare and things of magic. I wanted one. Back then they went for millions at auction, which was waaaaaay out of my reach (and still is), though with my favorite element (Spirit) being taken, I have come up with a new custom idea- Soul.
The Soul element is different from spirit. In my point of view, spirit refers to a general etherial sense, and can be interpreted in many ways. Soul, however, is unique- (most) everyone has one, (most) everyone has only one, and no two are identical. The element of Soul deals with viewing these differences and accepting them, as well as being willing to evolve into something new.
My Soul elemental concept is named Soi. There are very few physical traits I'd specify, since I'd really like to see what the staff would do with her. She would be mostly introverted, somewhat haunted by what she sees in others souls, but her challenge would be to overcome that. Physically, I'd like her to have indigo somewhere on her person (anywhere, doesn't matter, but indigo is the color of the third eye chakra and the gateway to the soul), as well as a blue pearl emblem somewhere.
3) An Elazul Cosplay Tala. This idea was formed after Soi, but temporarily shelved when the idea for Sophie/Howl twins emerged. However now that Howl's been taken, I see no reason not to put him out there again. ^^; And happily, he's far less likely to be taken, in my humble opinion.
The character is Elazul, Knight of Lapis Lazuli, from the game Legend of Mana. I don't own this game, but I play it with my friend at his house, as the varying NPCs. Elazul is by far my favorite, no questions asked. I've always thought the Jumi concept was cool (heck, now I'm an assistant at Etansel) and Elazul... I mean, seriously. He's a knight. He's cool. He's blue. He's got a freaking awesome scimitar. What else could one ask for?
As for the Tala... there's really only one good reference image of Elazul (the in game one, of course) and I'll upload that soon. Meanwhile, the two most important aspects would be his core- the big, circular stone in the center of his chest- and the fact that his right arm is made of crystallized lapis lazuli. There's his clothes of course: the hood thing, the poofy blue/brown pants, sleeveless tunic, elfish shoes, etc. And of course if his sword could be included, AWESOME. If not... I'll deal. ^^
4) Chibiusa/Helios twin Talaye. This idea is under construction, pending a discussion with the person I'd co-own with.

Quest Three: Cosplays (Tokusatsu)
[Also known as the Almighty Sentai Quest of Justice!]
Super Sentai. Perhaps better known to some people as Power Rangers, though in almost all cases the Japanese characters, storylines, and shows in general pwn their American counterparts. If you haven't seen any Sentai, I suggest you go out and watch some. Now. Srsly. TVNihon has subs of a lot of recent Sentai series. Go watch. NOW.
Because Sentai shows are so team-oriented, many of these quests are going to revolve around getting full casts, or at least partial casts. I fully expect these quests to take a very, very long time- which is why I'm stashing the information here, where no one should be able to find it! Brilliant, no? (though if no one is reading this... who am I talking to?)
Portions of the quest(s) might be elaborated on in other quest posts, but this is Sentai!quest central. Also, quests for other Toku characters have been incorporated into this post (Kamen Riders, for example). So officially this would really be the Almighty Tokusatsu Quest of Justice, but it's mostly Sentai, and that's shorter. So ASQoJ it is!
Key: Srsly important characters are in bold. Slightly less important/more optional characters are in italics. Anything else is in plain text. Characters will be stricken when their cosplays have been achieved. Links to character references will hopefully be up soon, pending scans/screencaps.
Stage One: Mahou Sentai Magiranger
Easily my favorite Sentai, and the first one I ever watched. It has everything I love in a story- strong characters, interesting relationships, magic, justice, courage, and a heaping helping of silliness. Magiranger also has one of the biggest casts of Sentai Heroes, so this may take a while...

Lesson Two: Juken Sentai Gekiranger
The first Sentai I've finished fully before seeing any of its American counterpart. Also the first series I watched before it was fully out (picked it up around ep. 20) meaning I had to wait to see it finished. It was, of course, totally worth it. Awesome characters galore and such, animals, and some of the best villains EVER.

Miki would be a fun optional character too. Rio and Mele would look pretty awesome on Audio Rhetoric lines, if I can manage to bribe. I can't help but see the Fuzzy Slipper Shop as an interesting source of at least some of these guys, due to its nature. The Triangle would naturally have to be on the Cat lines (though Jan would probably look better as an edited Fox or somesuch XD), and Gou on the Dog (though I prefer the female dog lineart... maybe Raccoon with edited expression?) and Ken... somewhere else. I also can't help but feel that a Penguin Slipper cosplay of Michelle Peng would be amazing. But of course, on the lookout for other options.
Abare Three: Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger
While I was still on my Power Rangers kick, this show's equivalent- Power Rangers Dino Thunder- was probably my favorite. Oddly enough, the Japanese series may have more silliness than its American counterpart, but it also has one of the most dramatic, serious plots in Sentaidom- and off-screen tentacle rape. Feel the srs.

One could call this the first Kamen Rider I've watched (even though I technically started Kiva first). Even though I'm not finished Okay I've finished, and, I am in love. It has time travel, trains, and completely amazing characters and awesome episodes that make me squee. And monsters from the future that wear watermelon hats. What's not to love?

For the 10th Anniversary of the Heisei Kamen Riders, there are two shows. The first, Kamen Rider Decade, is a godmoding Rider who can change into other Riders and is trying to stop a Rider War (or is he?), while Kamen Rider Double is a combo of a detective and a mysterious bookworm. Awesome stuff, yo.

Now. In the meantime, this quest will mostly be for special/side characters, since the main Senshi would probably be tricky.

Quest Four: D-Corp
Yeah, I know what you're thinking. "But DS, you already have a D-Corp! A semi-custom at that!" Correct. And while I love Anoki to pieces (almost literally, considering his broken arm) there are other ideas having a field day with my mind, and at some point I would really love to explore some of them. After all, I do support this shop... ^^;
1) A Polar Bear boy. This concept is fairly new; I've had several others that I've dropped for varying reasons. This one is sticking. I've loved Polar Bears since I was little for a really stupid reason. When I was at the zoo, I learned they had clear fur, not white, and that their skin was black. And using that tidbit of info I wowed my friends. XD; Silly, yes. But since then my admiration for these beautiful animals has only grown. This idea had been dropped once, but after seeing An Inconvenient Truth, and the part about global warming's affect on Polar Bears, I was somehow compelled to take him up again.
(Possible names include Izotz and Edur, meaning Ice and Snow respectively (both Basque), And Sindri (sparkling, Icelandic). Update: Current working name is Arjuna. Which sounds similar to Anoki, I'm realizing, so it might be changed. Whatever his name, he would be fairly slow-moving and sleepy and one could even say slothful. Completely unmotivated, but a sort of friendly, if lazy guy. Not at all studious (whereas Anoki actually is, from having it forced on him), but occasionally athletic (I could see him on a swim team, but not much else due to heat). Also a very colorful dresser, to contrast with his fur (Digimon him up, Ara!). Um. Not much else to say on this one at the moment, though he'd be living with Anoki and Raven, but probably in care of Mahou more. We'll see.)

2) A Salamander girl. We're talking the mythical, six-legged salamanders here. One of my original ideas was for a salamander dragon with a sheep kid named Elita. After much thought, I've decided that a salamander kid would be more fun. Now I have to decide whether I want to use the idea of Morgan (my Sabertooth Tiger entry) and mold it for this kid, or come up with a new one. Both Elita and Morgan were planned for Raven, but between Anoki and Arjuna, I don't want her to be overwhelmed. So only one more kid for Raven. Must think on how it will work.
3) A Sea Lion girl. This concept is essentially Nerissa, one of my ideas from Fourth Wall (above), in D-Corp form. Would I rather she be one or the other? Not sure. However I could potentially see Neri as a D-Corp, moreso than Miriyan, so I'm placing this here.
(Again, this is Nerissa. A very bookish, studious sea lion, who has a little more trouble getting along with people than with books. Unlike most nerds she's not computer oriented at all, instead spending her time at libraries with dusty tomes of history and mythology. Eventually she would have a coming-into-her-own period and sort of become a woman, but that'd be later than most gals. I imagined her as a Fourth Wall, so attatching a dragon to Neri's a bit difficult in my mind but I could certainly see it. As with her original concept, a Neri D-Corp would live with Denes.)
4) A Tiger. Any kind, any gender. I adore tigers wholeheartedly. I am even born in the year of the tiger, huzzah. The fact that there isn't a D-Corp tiger yet, when in so many other shops they get snapped up in an instant, is both surprising and absolutely tempting. If no one takes it, I would LOVE a tiger at some point.

A mythical kid based off a Haetae, a Korean dog-lion creature that consumes fire. Sort of like a Shishi/Shiisa of Chinese/Japanese mythology, only... different. XD; I rather like the description of the Haetae though. This one would probably also be a boy, but it could be a girl too. Possible names include... dammit I lost the list. XD; Maybe Xiezhi though, which is another name for a Haetae, so it might be too silly... pah.
Not much is decided as of yet, but Xiezhi (calling him this for now) would be rather willful and forceful and stubborn and a bit violent... everything Anoki and Arjuna aren't. XD; He HATES change, and is also not comfortable around young children. Even as a toddler himself he'd probably try to act older and might lash out against those his own age. He doesn't back down from a challenge, even when the odds are ridiculously stacked against him. He also might turn on D-Corp eventually... just to note. XD; Not sure whether I want Arjuna or Xiezhi first at this point, but like Arjuna, Haetae!boy would go with Raven. Fear.

Quest Five: Kitsusagi Worlds
 
I admit it: I've been bitten by the Kitsu bug. It's not that I've gotten over my fear of big threads, or that I don't think I'm an awful RPer, but let's face it- Kitsu are shiny. And pretty. And for the most part, the people in there look nice. I have some friends who are big into Kitsu, who I'm sort of hoping will hold my hand when I take my first steps into real addiction (Aut, Kira, Seph- this means you guys). I also need people to instruct me on stuff like shop differences and RP protocol, so I probably won't be doing much in the near future. In the meantime, this is a list of dreams.
1) A Cosplay Kitsu of Ozu Tsubasa from Mahou Sentai Magiranger. I've wanted a Tsubasa cosplay for a while, and after thinking, it occurred to me that he'd probably look pretty good as a Kitsu. Um... angelic lineart (minus wings, of course), if he had a MagiPhone it would be cool but not required... hrm. That's about all. XD; He's probably the first Kitsu I'd actively go after, because Tsubasa is full of that much win. The joy of having obscure fandoms~
2) A regular Kitsu. I know, I know, it sounds silly. But thinking about it, I don't really have one. Haku and Elazul (and Tsubasa, when I get him) are all cosplays. Hong Sé is a special edition, I believe. And while they are AWESOME (and I shelled out what I did for them because of such awesome), I think I want a "normal" Kitsu because at least then, I can RP with less pressure. Make sense? No, of course not. But then, it doesn't have to. I didn't even type this up and Aut gave me such a prettyful egguchan omg. ;.; <3
3) A Cosplay Kitsu of Lǐ Méilíng from Card Captor Sakura. Firstly, because I need a female cosplay, or the boys will get cocky. Secondly, because I like getting cosplays of characters I've cosplayed IRL, and Meiling was my most recently completed costume- and I'm damn proud of it, even if I did relatively little of the work. XP And thirdly, because I do love the show, but Sakura and Syaoran are already taken. A Yue would be cool too... but I'd have more fun with Meiling. XD
4) An Angelic Kitsu. Because they're prettyful, dammit. Something in one of my favored color schemes (especially black/indigo/teal, or night sky) would be awesome. But really, any Angelic would srsly of rock my socks clean off.

This needs rehauling! But until I get around to it- 'cause it's hardly a priority- a quick recap of new things I crave. Need to whittle down.
RP-Intensive:
- Incantation of the Spirit Consider adapting for another shop? (Spirit of Ajna, together with Neko's Vishuddha) Lanying? Lanju? Ruolan? Lanxiu? Zhilan? Lanzhi? Shanti!
- Seven of Seven (if fail to win Despair/Justice, Wrath/Diligence could be a good combo for my Toku!kid. Sloth/Patience could be interesting also.)
- Tricks of Chaos (COSPLAY! An Imagin would be hilarious. Somewhat more likely would be a Digimon or Kamichama Karin character... but so many choices! @_@)
- Walk of Fame (it's a bit like the Public, only not. Irasiel > Elias, probably, as a straight play actor)
- Porcelain (MOAR PORCELAINS. At the very least I want, someday: An Ancient (DK Contest ftw?), Nusumu/Gongjin chibis, and a generic. Slowly. No need to be greedy. sweatdrop )

Completed Quests
Fourth Wall has topped my wishlist for several months. Ever since the first time I saw the shop (which was pretty much right when it opened) I was in love. The name, the concept, the art, the community... it's breedables at its best in my opinion, and an example to other shops. Due to my own paranoia I don't post much anymore, but I am a constant lurker and have never stopped adoring the shop and its partons (to say nothing of the amazing karma_k who runs it!).
I actually have two concepts at the moment. The first is for a Kangaroo, slightly modified from my first flatsale entry, and the second is for a Sea Lion, essentially the same concept as my second flatsale concept. Their names are Miriyan and Nerissa respectively, and both are female. I don't really want them both- my original original entry was for a lemur, which was taken at the first flatsale. I came up with Nerissa after that, but reconsidered after reading that the shop owner didn't really like drawing sea creatures. At the moment I love Miriyan and Nerissa equally, so when/if there's another flatsale it'll be difficult for me to decide who to pursue.
One thing that I will be picky about here though is that I do not want to win a Fourth Wall via auction. If I should be so lucky to recieve one it will be through some sort of writing contest. I want to earn this. I have nothing against people who won theirs via auctions or trades- more power to you, for having the skills needed to get one that way. biggrin This is just something I have decided, and I'm not likely to change my mind (as tempting as doing a monetary quest is).
I'll post a little about Miriyan and Nerissa soonish, as well as some information about the potential guardian, Denes Larkin. <3~
UPDATE: Fourth Wallers are now avaliable for real money, as part of the effort to help karma_k and her husband afford costly and important dental surgery. While I hadn't wanted to procure a Fourth Waller through money... this is important, as it's helping someone in real life, and I'm now saving up (the cost for a normal baby's 80$- a bargain!)

Quest Three: Gentleman's Club
Okay. Who doesn't like bishies? I know that I most certainly do. I have a small collection of attractive guys from shops that have folded or are mostly inactive. While they're all smexy, they're also stock lineart and the RP opportunities are, well, slimmer than the guys.
Been watching this shop for a while, and I know a few friends that have contracted handsome young men (teehee!) and are pleased. I stalk this shop as well, though am afraid to post. XD; But I really REALLY would love a smexy bish (or five) to have some fun with~ (RPing you pervs!)
At the moment I have four ideas that I would very much like to pursue, and they are as follows:
1) A Howl cosplay custom. You can see the above post for more on my obsession with Howl's Moving Castle, but long story short, Howl would make a VERY sexy custom. Again, it would be his appearance at the beginning of the movie- blonde hair, jacket, etc. Another option would be for him to be partly in his bird form, but still upright. I'd give the artist the choice of either having him be completely human or integrating as much of the bird as they like- provided he's still blonde and smexy. XD;
2) An Elazul cosplay custom. My other favorite male character right now is the Jumi of Lapis Lazuli from Legend of Mana, Elazul. I don't own any video games, but I would sometimes play the odd one at my friend Fluffy's house. One of them was Legend of Mana. He played the hero, I played various NPCs. The agressive, rough-edged Elazul was by far my favorite, and even though I haven't played LoM in some time he is still a definite obsession of mine, though I have yet to get a cosplay of him on Gaia. I do have a pretty good quality image of him to work off of, but he's pretty complex- funky, sort of desert-shiek clothes, one arm made of lapis lazuli (or some other stone), his core... and having his sword in there would be cool, but not necessary. The clothes, arm, and core however, are required should I get this custom.
3) A Hanata custom. Hanata is an original character that was inspired by another original character. That in turn was an amalgam of two others, and those were- yeah, you get the idea. Basically, a character that has been evolving for some time. I am currently pleased with the way I have him, more or less. Hanata is a cross of Eikro and Virida, two species I made up. To give a very brief idea, Virida are a race of "demons" aligned with fire, and known for their resilience and regeneration abilities. Eikro are mostly humanoid beings, however their metallic bone structure and collapsible wings make them fairly unique. They have an affinity with most ground-based elements, and most can fly. OC Hanata is a hermaphrodite, though I play him as male. You can read more about him at the link that will exist sometime soon. ^^; To give basics, he has bronze-tone skin, red, slit-pupiled eyes, uneven black hair with a few wide sections of light bronze, and brass wings with red and amber gems embedded in various points.

Pokemon. Who doesn't like Pokemon? Everyone's watched the show at some point, or played at least one of the gazillion games. Even me, who never did Saturday morning cartoons and has never owned a single videogame. Yet I have had enough contact with this crack-like series to form opinions, and of course, favorites. And there are a couple I'd like to achieve at some point.
(Mind you, it's not just this shop that these Pokemon are specified for, and I'd probably love something to do with any of these guys no matter what the shop. Also keep in mind that I do rather like this shop, known about it since planning stages, stalking silently... so it could also be said that I'd want one, even if it's not a Pokemon specified here. But these are what I'd... go nuts on someone's arse for. Or something.)
1) A Growlithe girl. DS <3 Growlithe. DS <3 tigers and dogs, so Growlithe was like a dream come true. Always been my absolute favorite Pokemon, from the first time I saw one. And in my opinion, one of the sadly underused ones, since they're so freaking cool. But that's not the point.
I'm not sure what she'd be named yet, but at the very least, a nickname would be Firecracker. She's rather tomboyish, preferring to play outside in the grass (or better, the rocks) than sit inside and play with dolls. She also has a hell of a temper, and anyone who bothers her would be met with burning rage, if you excuse the slight pun. However, pulling on her canine roots, she's also extremely loyal and even trainable, if approached the right way.
2) A Dragonite boy. Dragonite is a very special Pokemon to me. Specifically, he was the very first one I ever laid eyes on, other than maybe Pikachu in a commerical or something. I met my best friend over a Dragonite sticker, which he gave to me on the bus in the sixth grade, and I still have it somewhere. It's also possible that this Pokemon sparked what would eventually become my inner Otaku. So yes, Dragonite has heaps of meanings.
Of course, he would start as Dratini and work his way up, influencing both appearance and personality. However... it's late, so I'll get to this later. ^^;
