This guy is saying he was born and raised as a Christian. But he's claiming that it says in the Bible Jesus said it was sinful to preach and pray in groups. That really confused me. If preaching is sinful, why are there pastors? And if praying in groups is sinful, why is it encouraged at my church?

Is this guy pullin my leg, or do you think he just misread? Cuz I've skimmed Matthew 5-16 (where he said to look) and nowhere do I see where it says those things are sinful.

Jesus did say this. He was speaking of the Pharisees and how they prayed in public to appear righteous. He told his disciples to "Be not as these." He taught that the righteous man prayed in private simply because he wanted to commune with God, and not in public to impress his neighbors.
