I'm Pu'unani! its a play on words. if you figure it out... you're a perv! my favorite food is soup, especialy french onion or potato leek. I also like to cook stir fry.
another great dish is purlough. it's a rice dish, and if you ask i'll tell ya how to make it.

Hi! My name is Robert Harbour, which is my real name, so that's where that came from. I enjoy all types of cooking, but I especially relish mexican and generally spicy cooking. I still have a lot to learn, but I bet I have a few awesome recipes up my sleeves. biggrin

Hello, all, my name is Koiyuki, and one of my passions in life is to cook, especially for someone I love. Nothing would make me happier than to know they've had some of the best food in their life, and that it was prepared by my hands. Although I tend to works with meats and sweets, I always like to try new things, and new dishes, along with new ways to prepare them. I would also wish to learn much abuot the craft, and and the process, as well as the foods made. *sips Zynfandel* Ahh, that's good wine...

I started out cooking plain pancakes on Saturday mornings from scratch. I branched out towards pasta and baked goods. Eventually, I learned how to cook real food. There are 13 people in my house, so when anyone cooks it better be in large quantities. People laugh when they see our large pots, but I just overlook that fact now. I'm looking to learn some quick, healthy meals (I'm a huge health freak). Cooking is a wonderful skill to grow!

Hi! I'm Linda, and I've always loved to bake. whee I used to have time to cook every night, but my schedule forced me to stop for a few years. Now that I've finally got a bit of free time on my hands, I'm excited to start cooking again; most of my coworkers are crazy hippies, so lately I've been really into vegetarian cooking. heart

Hello!
I'm Kinmora Tree and I just got my approval notice this morning. I love cooking and have been doing it for most of my life.
I used to bake bread every week, but I haven't been able to do that for a while. Not enough time right now.
My favorite food is Italian and I make my own pasta sauce whenever I can.

Hello~ my name is Melia Stahlflugel. I am (mostly) German, and the closest family I have are fisherman (and have been for generations) so expect a lot of seafood recipes from me! XD
I bake cakes often with my mother, but although I love to cook, I don't get to do it too often... My beautiful chef's knife is weeping... D':
I have been taking Japanese for three years, and, irony of ironies, I gag on most Japanese food. Feel free to laugh.
Celebrity chefs I worship: Julia Child, Mario Batali, Anthony Bourdain... among others.
My favorite kind of food? Uh, I dunno if I can pick just one... Uhm. I like Thai food, Korean food (KIMCHI <3), Chinese food, Mexica... OK, everything except for some Japanese and French food.
...I ramble a lot. ;D;

^-^ Hiya, I'm Tiffany, currently living in California at age 17 and i love to cook...unfortunatly...my mom is the ruler of the kitchen and i dont get to do alot of baking u.u so sad.
Anyway, i joined because i could use some good ideas tips and recipies ^_^ so that i can cook more and gain selfconfidence when it comes to cooking.

Hi;
I'm completely new in Gaia -- 2nd day. Thought this guild would be interesting.
I like Mediterranean, Indian, and Asian foods. Like to taste with my whole tongue. Love to mix my own curries, stuff like that.
Hubby and I are full-time in our RV, so we are learning to do alot of campfire cooking. That's lots of fun so far. Chicken Tikka on an open fire --yum-yum!
Grew up in Maryland, so I'm big into seafood too.
Looking forward to sharing ideas and finds.

Uh, my favorite dish is home made macoroni and cheese (I'm such a little kid xD) and potato tart things that my mom makes.

I wanted to join this cause my parents want us to learn how to cook for dinner. Especially during school. xD

Hmmm....I just love to cook, I suppose. I love making desserts the most. I can take regular Jell-O or pudding, and turn it into something you'd see in a restaraunt! I've done it before! I have witnesses! XD
I love making weird new stuff and tweaking recipes. It's one of my main ways to vent out my creativity. ^_^
