I recently came across something in the chatterbox that really ticked me off. The entire thread involved terrible language, disgusting sexual situations (such as throwing up in someone's v****a!) and pretty derogatory comments towards women. Even the poll was offensive! I told them I was going to report them and a long discussion has come from it. People are jumping on my case because I think it's offensive. *sigh* I am familiar with the thread owner and he is known for doing offensive things. The title and poll in that are both incredibly offensive. I am all for reporting it. Its disgusting and derrogatory to women. I wont even read past the first post. Just not worth my time.
Im hoping something comes of it if it is reported.
*sigh* I was going to report it, but its been around for 4000 pages, the chances that a mod hasnt seen it are pretty slim. So Im thinking if it is reported nothing would come of it. Oh and why are you getting flamed for saying you would report it? Because for whatever reason those people have many followers and they will support the thread owner, not you. rolleyes

I did report it, but I don't think anything is really going to happen. If everything in the Chatterbox (and on Gaia in general, I believe..?) is supposed to be PG13, then I don't think people really know what PG13 is... sweatdrop

they know what pg13 is, they just don't care. (as the post demonstrates).
so i just read your post about it. did you report it? why or why not? is there a downside to reporting a thread (besides fearing it won't work)?
