ELSA LARSON AND HER LIFE
Elsa, after the loss of her former guardian's care and love (the now-eleven-year-old still lived with them, but Karen didn't care for her presence and had eloped, leaving her charge alone for good) ran away from her home 2 months ago, a day after the incedent, after feeling even more like a bad luck attractant - she didn't know why Karen left - and becoming even more depressed, believing that her illusions were why she was being shunned. The preteen was close to dead when she was found in an alleyway 6 weeks after - a villain had gotten a hold of her recently, and without the illusion she couldn't cast easily but somehow did, she more than likely would have been gone... until a person had found a redhaired girl in an alley and called 911.
After this happened, one of the Agency workers saw the story on the local news and reconized the girl as one of their own. Elsa had been in the hospital for some time after she had been found. After all, you really couldn't get back up very quickly after a villain almost killed you. After the villain run-in, she's feeling so much like a witch on the stake, she needs counseling, which her other guardian didn't try to get for her.
Elsa is still in training, which won't happen until she can bounce back, but wants vengeance against the one who sent her an inch away to death's door. She's so quiet now she's never spoken loud enough for anyone to hear, and is scared. Extremely scared. Of course, her wounds, emotional and physical, still need to be healed, but she's being sent home with a new guardian, one who will hopefully help her cope...

Personality: Right now, she has barely any preferences, except she is still wanting love and a stable place to call her own. Elsa seems to like her new person a bit though, but does not think she is worth her total trust just yet. The rain is her preferred weather choice though, and though she seems dark and dreary, she just tries her best to not let her powers show or.. well... let anything show. Except for rare occassions of happiness, she is hiding away her true emotions under constant sadness just so that Aimi, her new guardian, doesen't see her as a total freak - maybe this was why Karen seemed to hate her, so let's change that, right? It was actually a change for the worse, but at least she's not suicidal. Elsa's trying her best to break out of her shell, though, with a bit of encouragement.
Typical clothing: She usually wears neutral tones and dark shades. Aimi is trying to get her to choose brighter shades, but at least Aimi convinced Elsa to wear in her hair or as jewelry brighter colors. Most of her clothes were a bit oversized at one time, but Aimi's experience in sewing helps.
Hairstyles: Elsa's long hair is usually kept loose, though sometimes her guardian will play around with it a little. Elsa would sometimes consent to let Aimi use temporary hair colors on her.

Age: 27
Job: She just moved here and doesen't have one.
Appearance: She's weird in appearance. Her hair is black, yes, with coppery-red streaks in it, and her eyes are a dark brown. What makes her look weird is her clothing style. She doesen't care what she wears as long as it is colorful, appropriate for society, and did we mention colorful? She will wear neon colors a lot in her attire.
Personality: She's basically average. Sure, she'll have mood swings, but she really tries hard to be upbeat. Aimi's trying even harder now that gloomy Elsa is around, but she is at least responsible for what she does. Making costumes and clothing are her favorite things to do - she's very creative.(continued later)
