Anyway- If you know of the HP ships, you KNOW this 'rumor'....It's pretty big in fanfics and stuff, though with a bit of proof here and there...

SO! Just wondering- what do ya guys think? Do you believe it? Or do you think that even though he was so good looking, and girls were always swooning over him, that he really wasn't that kinda guy? Or perhaps the fact that he really didn't shag like.. 75% of the hogwarts female (or in some cases of fanfic, male also..) student body, but rather that perhaps just the few he had sex with called him that from being so 'good'.. heh

I'm exactly not sure, but leaning more towards the last one.

I'm sure this will bring up some interesting comments... ^^

The lovely J.K. Rowling has said numerous times before that Sirius Orion Black is drop dead gorgeous. So naturally, he most likely had quite the fan club in school.

So based on looks alone, he could've very well been labeled as a Sex God. And I'm sure Remus has had his moments where he's coming off his high next to Sirius on the bed and swearing the man next to him must be a god because no one can make him feel that good and be mortal.

So, with that in mind--yes.

But let's assume for a moment that we are talking Sex God as in, he did everything that had two legs and a pulse, absolutely not, he's not that kind of guy.


So he got the label, had the looks to back it up, had enough girls spreading rumors that their "study date" got a bit steamy to keep it, but never really earned that title through sexing a lot of people up. Wouldn't be surprised though if the people he has sexed up do believe him to be a Sex God, or at least damn near close.

I dunno about this one, I see him as the boy every girl wanted even if they didn't want to admit it. But really I don't see a lot of sex going on at hogwarts 0.0

I agree. Sirius is very hot, but that doesn't automatically mean he screws every moving thing in sight.
To me, I think he was too busy pulling pranks and the like and being a troublemaker to seduce people. Except for Remus, of course, because they're always hanging out together! I believe they lost their virginity to each other after Hogwarts! heart wink

I think he was gorgeous, but probably didn't utilize it that much. I mean, nowhere in the books does it say "oh, yeah, Sirius was a total slut." I think he's one of those people who's good looking but doesn't know it, or doesn't pay it much attention.

i think that sirius was not a sex-god persay but i think he did a few pple before remmie. its just makes sense really, if sirius was sooo hot and a teenager with rageing hormones with a fanclub with numerous girl that many would find attractive i think his hormones would use that as an advantage. i dont think he slept wit every member of his little fan club, but im almost positive he did indeed sleep with a few of them. sirius himself might not be like that but hormones can make you do crazy things!!!
