You can find bunches of people at the cafe 4laugh I've seen Rover, Phyllis, Pelly, Kapp'n, Lyle, Harriet ... I hope you can find more ... *_*

I have coffee with Harriet almost every night. After 11:00, Harriet appears in the cafe.
