Urasai means noisy. It was a vocab word I know from class. Also, the kanji for Urusai(which I find rather insulting in some ways) is 3 kanji combined. Which is the kanji for woman that they use. So it basically is saying women are noisy! Just thought I would add that. sweatdrop

Here are Kansai dialect words to enhance your coolness.Tokyo people speak like a bunch of girls anways....and their baseball team stinks. Banzai Hanshin Tigers! blaugh

akan= impossible, no way, can`t be done
nan de ya ne= What the hell, What`s up with that, etc.
oru= same as iru (to exist for animate objects)
bochi bochi= same as ma ma (so-so, ok, etc)
uchi= I, me, etc (only used by girls, mainly in the Kyoto area)
nan-bo= How much? (same as ikura desu ka)
-hen/hin= a negative ending used in place of -nai
