okay, i have been dating my boyfriend for a little over 3 weeks now, and first thing, he still hasnt kissed me, dont tell me to kiss him bcuz im old fashioned (guy asks girl out, guy makes first move, guy MUST perpose,then again i asked my ex GIRLfriend out...but there isnt a guy there so one girl had to do it...anyways) second, starting to not like him as much becasue of the way he treats my best friend, he is constantly insulting her and is always mean to her and it drives me insane and i swear we both want to kill him!!! i know friendships last longer thanrelationships and i AM breaking up with him...i just dont know how...what am i supposed to say? sorry dude, (insert friends name here) hates you so we are through, that would just make the sit. between them worse..but it HAS to end soon.

okay, i broke up with him ( eek shock shock , surprise surprise!!) anyways, he wont talk to me anymore and it really hurts cuz we used to be good friends, and he is always texting/emailing me saying we need to talk but when i see him he wont talk to me, its like he expects me to carry on a conversation like that over the internet (maybe he does, but i think thats the kind of thing you do in person) so he is blaming me for all of it and saying i should have fixed everything and i just dont know what to do, all i did throughout the whole relationship was be myself, i didnt change for him and i wont change for anyone else but he left me a message...read it!!! :

I have a question. Would you have rather we rushed into things and had nothing to look forward to when we hit a plateau? I personally would choose to take my time and look forward to things to come. That is why I was looking forward to the weekend so much, but I guess that was all in vain. But whatever you want. If this is what you want then it is your choice.

im just like....uhhh dude, you bring a whole new meaning to taking your time...plus this weekend? bullsh!t...he wouldnt have done anything with me even if i hadnt broken up with him...he would have been to busy with his colorguard friends (both him and his sister are obsessed with the colorguard...they go to every contest..i like colorguard to 3nodding ) so ya know...he is just really confusing me lately..

im not usre if i wanted advice to get him to be my friend..or if i just wanted a place to spell all this out without getting "its your own fault!!!"

Are you sure you want to break up with him? I know you love your friend but if you talked to him about it and he stopped being nasty is there a chance?
Just tell him, best in person, that you want to break up and tell him exactly why. There is nothing much more you can do. Tell him he's upsetting you by doing it so you don't want to be with him anymore. It's up to him how he reacts to the news.

Wow, well obviously this guy has some issues... It's good that you broke up with him.. I believe if a guy likes you than he has to treat the people you care about with respect besides treating you with respect...

About the whole talking to him thing and how he won't say anything blah blah mess..
Tell him he and you are threw and if he has something to say to stop being a whimp about it and just tell you. If he still is being weird and rude like that than, don't give him a thought at all... If he has something to say he will come to you.. just ignore him.. seriously you did the right thing.. he needs to move on.
