Tl;dr I’d like her to start with a sort of Japanese horror movie inspired ghost design and progress to a more old-fashioned, primitive, and destroyed version as she levels up, ending up at something closer to a tattered grave shroud. Collar will probably be cross between shawl/sailor collar, butt and chest bow will probably be tattered long trailing bandage type deals, tiara I am divided between a few options but she will probably have a fairly traditional/regular one. Brooch I’m also divided on but I am thinking something to vaguely suggest a screaming mouth?

Sailor Scout Attack: Don’t You Want to Scream?
The target becomes overcome with a feeling of suppressing a long, loud scream. The desire to release the tension is overpowering, but can be overcome. It is, however, intense, creating a sensation of pressure and a sore and aching throat, which worsens if the desire to scream is succumbed to. At the target player’s discretion, this discomfort can linger beyond the battle.

Range: 10 feet
Duration: 25 seconds
Uses: 3 per battle

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Scream of Anguish
The target becomes overcome with a feeling of suppressing a long, loud scream. The desire to release the tension is overpowering, but can be overcome with focused effort, which is easier for characters who are more experienced at bottling their emotions. It is, however, distracting, creating a sensation of intense pressure, anxiety, and agitation which worsens if the compulsion is resisted, and sharp and stabbing pains in the throat which worsen if the desire to scream is succumbed to. If the character does scream, they may find themselves screaming until even the corners of their mouth hurt. At the target player’s discretion, this discomfort and a sore throat can linger beyond the battle.

Duration: 20 seconds
Uses: 2 per battle

Eternal Sailor Attack: Let It Out
All targets in the radius are seized with a desire to unleash a cathartic scream of grief, pain, or rage. If any succumb to this desire they will find themselves bathed in a sensation of relief. Pain and anguish will temporarily abate, although severe pain and anguish can only be somewhat mollified. This magic heals minor wounds and slows ongoing damage from moderate wounds, burns, bleeding, or similar injuries.

Range: 20 feet
Duration: 10 seconds (can’t imagine them needing to scream longer than that….)
Uses: 1 per battle
