He is almost 100% hosting a show at Scandals that night—or at least that has been the case for several many years—and will have been doing Halloween shows for the entire month of Halloween preceding the night itself Character B: Levi / Elsa, civ / powered (Song says "tell liz she can make up literally any ombre for his hair lmao") Costume: Elsa from Frozen (specifically in her “Show Yourself” dress!)
