History
Nadisa was young when she was dragged by her mother to Yael as an exile from her home. Amongst the young Elzira and the Alkidike exiles, Nadisa watched as the new blooms grew into the Elaria. While she enjoyed the hope of her people, Nadisa did not fully understand the rage they felt at beings she had never met before. Despite this, she did not question her elders, and when more Elaria grew of age she met Jeinara. Jeinara was the bubbly optimism to Nadisa’s now jaded thoughts, her excitement for life and their sisters helping Nadisa to move past the anger that had been shoved onto her for years by her mother and the other older extremist.
While Zinris had been their home growing up, the whispers of a seed being borne from Elzira and taken across the sea urged Jeinara to go to start something better and less extreme than the sisters she had grown up around. Convincing Nadisa was a difficult matter, the ensuing arguments nearly tearing them apart and causing Jeinara to make the initial trip on her own. Nadisa had already given up one home for a cause she hadn’t understood at the time, and while she did believe the sisters in Zinris to be too extreme she didn’t wish to move once more. However, her love for Jeinara eventually led her to follow after and the two of them prayed to the new tree for hope of starting a new life together with a daughter desperately wanted.
Having the overbearing protection of two mothers, Iphito wanted for nothing as she was raised with the enthusiastic optimism of Jeinara and the quiet, steady hand of Nadisa. While Nadisa wished for Iphito to stay under her wing for as long as possible to ensure she was raised properly, Jeinara opted for a more casual approach of wanting Iphito to grow through exploring and learning from mistakes and successes. This differentiating of approaches helped Iphito to learn what she did and did not wish to do, as well as shaped her personality and curiosity in all things.
Now that Iphito is old enough she wishes to branch out from Kiros to learn more about her sisters and cousins across the land in hopes of learning all she can from their combined knowledge, despite Nadisa’s grumbling complaints.
