Ah, the night was young. Staurolite was grinning from ear to ear as he looked on at his accomplishment. Finally, finally he managed hit every single mark he’d set up for his target practice. It’d taken years but it felt like he finally had a handle on his slingshot. From his choice of pellets to perfecting his aim, it’d taken quite a while for him to get here. He was tempted to give himself an actual pat on the back.
He didn't, of course.
“Now that I’ve got non-moving targets down,” he said as he turned his attention to his left. Moving with an almost unnatural grace, he made his way across the park. “Time to up the ante.”
The lieutenant moved quickly towards a flicker of an Order signature, swift and silent and well camouflaged given the darkness of his outfit. It wasn’t long before he spotted the source. His expression fell when he realized that it was a younger senshi. Negaverse agent or not, it seemed a little mean to shoot at a kid. He considered moving on for a moment, but ultimately he dipped his hand into his pellet bag and positioned himself in a hopefully hard-to-find spot.
The pellets were basically harmless, right? Besides, it's not like this was an ordinary kid.
He aimed carefully and, when he was satisfied, took a shot.

Mabella cried out when she was hit by something it stung a lot but not as much as it would have if she weren't in her senshi uniform. She frowned and looked for who had attacked her. She moved for cover and then she looked for a way to attack back, if she went straight at them she would risk getting hit again before she could get close enough. So she picked up a rock and took aim and threw it at the guy who was attacking her, she figured her next move would be something she just hadn't figured out what yet. She growled as she was trying to figure out how to get out of this situation. She was so annoyed by the situation who the hell was this guy that they wanted to shoot at a kid. Then she got the idea talk it out and try to distract them and then attack. "So what is your game here?" She asked peeking around the tree she was hiding behind. She hoped they weren't nasty enough to shot a kid in the face with a pellet gun. She grumbled under her breath she didn't trust this guy at all.

Bullseye.
He grinned and readied his next shot, which unfortunately gave his target enough time to duck for cover.
“Tch.”
The lieutenant shifted his position, squinting in the general direction of where his target had been and hoping he could spot where she’d gone. Unfortunately for him, this senshi either had either really good aim or really good luck. The rock hit him square on the forehead.
He let out a curse and rubbed at his forehead, accidentally letting go of the sling he had at the ready so the pellet shot off in the completely wrong direction.
“Target practice!” he called back, and out of irritation he quickly took a few more aimless shots at where he last saw the senshi. With any luck one of the pellets might hit their mark, but if not he hoped it make her want to run to a different hiding spot.

Mabella started slowly going low back towards her target she was hit in her arm and leg and it stung but she had been ready for the pain so she kept moving as he kept shooting aimlessly distracted by his anger at being hit with the rock. She didn't have time to see where she had hit him. Once she was close enough she got up and started running at him and attempted to tackle him and hit his gun arm with her chilling n**. The power made the area touched numb for 15 secs. She figured it would be enough time for her to get the upper hand. She was not taking this laying down, she had been shot with a pellet gun. This wasn't funny and it didn't matter that she was a chibi senshi she was going to stand up and fight for herself. She was nobody's victim. She screamed out "Chilling n**!!" as she tackled him. Sailor Scout Attack: Chilling n** A spectral ermine appears and bites her enemy causing a small amount of numbing effect that lasts about 15 secs. Range 5 feet. The effect numbs the area making it feel as if the area has fallen asleep, which may make the area hard to use. 3 uses

For a kid this senshi clearly had a decent, even-tempered head on their shoulders. Most kids he knew would have thrown a tantrum by now and demanded that you stop picking on them. No, this one stayed low and mostly out of harm’s way. He didn’t want to waste too many shots so he slowed the pace down some, giving himself the time to try and properly aim.
When they made a break for him, that was when he started shooting super fast and super carelessly again. He shuffled to try and get away when he felt the senshi jump at him, making a grab for his shooting arm.
He tucked the slingshot away at the last second, but the senshi managed to take hold of him. He would have grinned smugly had it not been for his arm suddenly feeling like he’d been sleeping on it overnight.. It wasn’t painful, just…uncomfortable and bizarre.
“Fine, fine. You got me. You wanna let go now?”
He looked more annoyed than angry, and he raised his numb arm as best he could so he could look this kid senshi in the face.

Mabella jumped back she didn't trust this guy any further than she could throw him, she frowned and considered her choices. She decided to let go and run past him. She didn't want to stay near this guy. She felt for sure that if she stuck around long enough for him to get feeling back in his arm he would shoot her again and she didn't want that. He had a weapon and she only had her magic and she couldn't use it a lot as of yet. So she decided she was going to run for it and fight another day. She felt like she had gotten the upper hand on him and she was happy about that. She was proud of what she had been able to do. She looked forward to getting stronger and more capable.

Staurolite snorted when the kid senshi turned and ran off, unsure why he expected a proper answer. He watched them retreat, brows furrowed in irritation. His arm felt funny and he wasn’t up for chasing a kid senshi down. What would he do assuming he managed to catch them, anyway? Beat ‘em up?
Now that felt like bullying.
The lieutenant heaved a sigh and turned to head home. He could only hope his arm would be back to normal by the time he got there.. He never really knew when it came to senshi magic.
