Mini Game: Lucky Stars
A booth hosted by eager volunteers with information pamphlets has been set up in the park. They are excited to share their enthusiasm for the Star Festival. The entire booth is decorated with stars and seems to have been crafted with love. Atop the table is a large bowl filled nearly to the brim with little plastic stars, with the possibility of pulling one to win a prize.
Upon prompting, you are encouraged to pull a star out. The plastic stars are pretty, iridescent little things with 'Destiny City Star Festival' engraved on the front.

Roll 2 10-sided dice; if both numbers match, you will OOCly win one Crown Token! You may roll once per hour; if you roll between 10:00-10:59, the next eligible roll could be between 11:00-11:59, and so forth! Rolling resets on the hour, and you may only win once. This event will run from now until the end of Star Festival at 11:59 PM PST on July 9th!
