To answer the question - I've been bouncing between Zelda BotW & Splatoon 3.
never played those , are they fun ?
I've enjoyed them, yeah.
They are both Nintendo Switch exclusives, that's the only system I play lately.
Splatoon is a third person shooter where you play as squids with ink-based weapons. It's the only shooter I've ever liked, as it's super colorful with a boppin' soundtrack. Unlike most shooters, the primary goal is to "ink" the most turf during a short 3-5 min battle.
In fact, it's been so successful, PlayStation is currently in the middle of crafting it's own competing series called FoamStars...
Zelda Breath of the Wild is the first true open world Zelda game. It's core gameplay revolves around using various abilities like magnetism, time stop, and others to solve some mind-bending puzzles. It's a great start to the series of you haven't played before, as you start with Link having lost his memories.
