Swimming -
Since Te was a young child, when their family still lived in Iceland, they'd fallen in love with swimming. It was nice being able to dive deep under the water and just exist below the waves. Looking up through frigid waters to the cool surface, watching light filter through....The feeling was like nothing else. If anything, Te finds that they have more peace and calm when they're so isolated. This has now turned into swimming any chance they get.

Art -
Te has always loved to draw. Because of this, a lot of their life was spent learning how, studying people and the world around them, and sketching. Te keeps at least four sketch pads in their bag or around them at any given time, and when they're in class, you can often see them doodling in the margins of their notes. Not only is it a hobby, it's a way to pay attention, they swear! It's also their new major, as a Graphic Communications AAS!

WoW -
People talk about how World of Warcraft can be addictive, and for most, it's not really true. Te, however, was introduced to the game in high school, and hasn't stopped playing since. They play for the Horde, and play a beautiful blood elf that they're overly fond of. Don't get them started on the game or their character! They won't. Stop. Talking.

Herbs-
Not the illegal kind! Te has spent a lot of their time since High School devoted to learning the kinds of wild, indigenous plants are medicinally useful, and what each is capable of. They'll oft tease that this makes them dangerous to people, as they could poison someone with that knowledge...however, they wouldn't actually do it. Their studies make her feel more comfortable in knowing that they might be able to heal someone with what little they know.


Virtues:
"Any Way I Want It" || Confident
There's a fact of life that exists for Tera, and that's that they are more than just a little sure of themselves. In everything they do, they tackle it with the same sure nature, knowing that if they only keep going the way they've been going, all will be well. They know that they have very little doubt in what they do, in their figure and their very personality. Because of this, they project that same air into everything they do, sometimes coming of as overly self-assured, since they don't really doubt their talents.

"Always and Forever" || Passionate
Once Tera's interest is taken with something or someone, there is little that can truly distract them from what's about. There is a period of intensive research that goes in to new interests, spanning a few days, to several weeks. Every waking moment is spent devoted to it, wanting to know as much as they can before they approach it with any kind of certainty. They will light up when talking about said subject, and there is a fire to every word and action. When it comes to those things? It's terribly rare for them to back down about their beliefs on any subject they are truly deep in to, but at least it's out of love, right?

"What'cha doin'?" || Curious
Though, if we were to be honest, Tera often likes to have their nose in other people's business. Why? Because they're interesting, and there's something new that she's never seen. Usually. Sometimes it's just for the sake of being nosy, because they want to know more. This extends back to the passionate part of themselves as well, tying in to a deep hunger for knowledge. They honestly hate feeling left behind in knowledge base, so try to find as much as they can in others, and in books.

Flaws:
"I dunno about that...." || Non-Confrontational
While Tera might be bold with their statements and behavior, they're absolutely NO good when it comes to actual arguments. They don't really do well being yelled at, or when someone comes at them physically, and can often shut down to a point where they'll freeze. It can cause trouble when someone wants to work out a problem they have with Tera, since they can often even take a simple 'we need to talk' as confrontation. Does it make for the smoothest friendships? Definitely not, but Tera's doing their best!

"Oh REALLY, Captain obvious?" || Sarcastic
They can sometimes try to avoid earnest conversations with sarcasm.
If it feels like there's a brick wall, or the conversation is stalling, oft times Tera will pull out this tone and behavior as a way to attempt to save it. If it's someone who's annoying her getting the tail end of her tongue? The sarcasm is often laced with swearing and over-the-top tonality in a vain attempt to get them to back off and leave Te alone.

"This might have been a bad idea" || Reckless -
While confrontation is definitely not Tera's style, they do have a habit of getting themselves in to dangerous situations on accident rather frequently. Really, someone should've been over their head saying 'no, Te, bad idea.' When that doesn't happen, they think it's great fun to jump head-long in to projects and activities that might lead to physical harm in some manner. Why not? It could be REALLY interesting! Who cares if they get a few scrapes along the way~?

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes:
Silver-red toned eyes. The shape is almond, downturned slightly at the outer corners, though they keep them accentuated with pretty liner, and wing-tip outsides.

Hair:
Shoulder length golden-brown hair, with the right side braided to look like an undercut, though they'll let it down sometimes. See Refs for style/color.

Face:
Te has an oval face, with a slightly squared jaw. It's wider set, with high cheekbones. Their lips are full, a rosy pink in tone, with a cupid's bow. The nose is straight and slightly broad, though turned up at the tip. Their brows are evenly spaced, but cut off in the middle, so they can create shape in them if they feels like.

Clothes:
Generally, Te dresses in a very nerdy style, mostly based around comic books, which they're fond of. It's always going to be a baggy shirt and jeans or leggings, flats (slip on sneakers) and about five or six necklaces.
