Gender/Pronoun: Male - he/him
Age: 26
Birthday: July 10th
Sign: Cancer
Fav. Food: Kebabs

School/Occupation: Florist

Hobbies: Gardening - Ever since Elijah was little, his mom took him to her garden and greenhouse to help out and let him putter in his own little plots. With her tutelage, he managed to become quite the green thumb. Gardening has become one of his passions and brought him to his career path of tending to flowers.
Learning - When not in the garden, Elijah is often found watching videos on technical things; how to make your own table from raw wood and with some resin, for example. He got wrapped up in watching people build keyboards, watching them build computers, fix gaming PCs. He loves learning these little things. He tries to practice some of what he learns, but it's mainly just for knowing it. He's always willing to learn about things people want to teach him.
Reading - Fantasy novels are what he loves and collects for his phone. YA, children books, anything that seems interesting to him. He doesn't read non-fiction however, finding that quite depressing enough. He lives for the thrill of shutting off his brain and getting transported to different worlds and feeling like he was part of the journey.
Virtues:Supportive - If you're Elijah's friend or a constant in his life, he is always there for you. If you need him to come over and help you clean your apartment, he won't hesitate to say yes. Can't find anyone to help you move? Elijah's got your back. He is often described by those who know him best as extremely loyal. He doesn't turn his back on his friends, defending them if he feels like they need it.
Generous - Elijah tends to be generous with not only his money but his time. He would literally take the shirt off his back and give it away to someone who needed it more. Often he helps raise money in his flower shop for families who need help paying for funerals while donating himself. Yes, he'll give your second cousin a chance and offer him a job to sweep up after closing.
Level-headed - Somehow, he manages to stay calm when it's needed. He knows how to deescalate situations thanks to years of therapy and jobs in customer service. He uses these skills to try to calm down a riled-up customer or crowd. He's really good at calming down frightened children.
Flaws:Yes Man - Does Elijah take on too much work? Yes. Does he take on other people's problems to the point it emotionally and mentally exhausts him? Yes. He wants to help people around him to the point it becomes too much. He reaches a breaking point and ends up with panic attacks. This can often seem like a doormat and people take advantage of him -- pushing their work they can't be bothered to do onto him because they know he'll pick up the slack.
Gullible - With his people-pleasing personality, it means he's fairly easy to manipulate. It happens time and again, but he wants to believe people. A sob story about how someone is down on their luck, being used as a means of steady cash or a ride without even asking for payment. Someone could spin a story about a problem he just saw and convince him he didn't just see what he did.
Idealistic - He always, always believes in the good of other people. He is overly generous to the point it is detrimental. He takes so much of himself to make himself charitable. It adds stress to him and eventually, even the strongest breaks down. When he's confronted with evidence that goes against his ideals Elijah tends to completely shut down.
