Another chance to share with your fellow Fishers, this thread is for sharing your favorite Fishing game memory or memories. There is no set format, just reply here and tell me about something special that comes to mind when you think of the classic Fishing game.

Did you meet a really special friend in the game?
I have met a few lovely fishermen and fisherwomen in my time. They're awesome people to have in my fishing life! Some have even made art for my page biggrin
Have you ever caught a rare you're really proud of?
I only caught 2 rare fish in the life time of my fishing. Mutha Guppa and Chargin' Chino.
Have you earned any trophies, even if just one?I earned a few Tire trophies in my day! Gold, silver and bronze. I have the silver for Fishaholics Anonymous Tournament.

Have you made any special masks or items with the fish you've caught or quested?I haven't made anything special as of yet, but someday I will!
Are you a long time player of the game?I fished on and off for the entirely of my account age. 5268 days. There was a few months here and there of lots of fishing and some were small amount of fishing. I fished long enough to get an angelic rod and over 110,406 caught.

Fishing has been a great way to relax and farm gold in LK. I have had alot of fun chatting with fellow fishermen and women.
The fishing community has always been welcoming and friendly towards me. I really like that part of fishing. I'm always willing and helpful to the community as well. I have a thread about giving away Bait n' Rods! Details are in my Sig.

I've met MANY amazing people over the many years of my fishing career. I remember the first major experience was fishing 75k score in one week in Durem for my first Bronze trophy thinking it was so hard and that I had accomplished so much while having several big names like Shieltimis, L y k e 0 m g, and SmashingPumpkinz rooting me on. I miss the OG's like myself...

So I've caught 4 rare fish now, and I have to say I'm especially proud of my Diamondback Lion Fish. I have never screamed so hard when I caught that xD.
I've caught (in order) Tootin' Tino, Buckin' Bino, Diamondback Lion Fish, and as of last month, a Mutha Guppa.
Have you earned any trophies, even if just one?
Over all the years and all the accounts I have, I've officially as of this month completed my trophy case. Feels amazing.

I am currently questing a Candy Striper Mask, Tootin' Tino Mask, and an Emeraldback Lion Mask
Are you a long time player of the game?
I've been fishing since 2007.. Back then I thought the people that fished since 2004 were awesome and were the OG's.. I guess I'm now in that role coming back to competitions and seeing all the many new wonderful people.
