Aoibheann was dressed in a cutoff halter top and a miniskirt with some leggings. She'd forgone her contcts and her glasses were perched on the bridge of her nose. The lenses a bit thicker than they seemed at a glance. They also were secured with a thin cord that was thin enough to not really be visible. She hated having such cords, they made her look like she was some old woman, but she couldn't really afford to drop her glasses. Looking at her watch, the face being on the underside of her wrist, she figured she had only a few minutes before the rest of her new team would be arriving for lunch, so, she went ahead and found a patio table that was open and sat down, careful to not leave her clutch out of her sight as she waited.They may have met before then, though, it seemed only two of them really knew about anyone else and that was because Aoibheann and one of the others were replacing a couple former members of their team. So, they all figured they'd head out to eat and get to know one another.
It had been a difficult time for Ella, losing two of her closest friends in her own team wasn't something she wanted to experience again. Although they hadn't died, she almost felt like they had. Her team leader, Henryk was a great friend and ally to her, she would miss their interactions and his attitude towards everything. Chloris was also a friend to Ella, she was an extremely difficult individual to spend time with, but they had learned how to get on and she would somehow miss her. Today was a new day, she had been assigned a new team and luckily was still with Remus.
They would get ready and meet together to walk to the meeting place. Her books at her side and some water bottles in a backpack. She would keep them hidden, always the one to be ready for anything. Remus would attempt to calm her nerves on the walk, Ella was never really good with new people - she was pretty shy however had came a long way from who she used to be. Her favourite person was with her, this would help her through everything.
"I hope they're nice Remus, what happens if-" she would cut herself off, shaking her head. "No, we can't think like that!" she added, taking Remus by the arm with her hands. "We have each other, and that's enough for me! she would say, as one of Remus's summons ran around them both, making Ella chuckle with delight. A few moments would pass as they arrived at the cafe, they would walk in together and be guided to the seats where another girl was waiting.
Ella would stand at the table, a short wave coming from her. She would smile, clearly nervous. "Hi there, I'm Ella.. nice to meet you" she would say, as she looked back to Remus, holding her book that was at her belt - keeping herself as grounded as possible. Ella would wait for the next interaction to take place and follow suit.

Aoibheann had the table to herself for perhaps five minutes before she was graced with some company. Possibly the feeling of being watched making her become aware of the deep blue eyes peering over the table at her. Had the patio not been so brightly lit by sun light the eyes would noticeably be glowing which would of made them more noticeable. Either way she knew she was being watched now. Should she shift to get up a little from her own chair so she could peer over the edge of the table and down onto the seat of the chair opposite her she'd come to find that the eyes, and very top of head really, peeking over the table belong to a phantom puppy. It was just large enough to sit there and still be able to see over the table. Besides to tilt its head back to keep watching her and flicking one of its ears it made no other reaction to being spotted. After another ninety seconds the puppy got up and jumped down to the patio floor. It set off with tail wagging, disappearing behind the terrace that surrounded the patio.
Remus spent most of the morning sitting on his bed in their dorm. Well, their old dorm room. Today was the last day that this would be home. He stared at the now empty room over steepled fingers. Ella and his stuff was all packed up and would be relocated to the room of their new team by the day's end while Henryk and Chloris's things were, like the individuals themselves, long gone. His stare was directed at the form of his semblance's companion. The “pet” was currently in the form of a kitten. The facsimile of Binx wandered the room as if hunting for Henryk so that it could play with the ram faunus in some fashion which would surely elevate the boy's belief that the fur-ball was in fact evil incarnate. Though his eyes followed the feline the gaze itself was focused miles away. Ever since the others had decided to leave the academy and strike out on their own adventure Remus had spent no small amount of time in such a state. His feelings were conflicted about it and thus he sat here trying to sort them out yet again. They were his best friends, his very family, but they left him and Ella behind. He hated to admit it but he felt a little betrayed at times. Realizing the negativity was returning he stamped it out. He laced his fingers together and dropped his head to rest his forehead against them with a sigh. 'Damn I miss them. I'd hate to see what I'd be like if they weren't keeping in touch pretty much every night.'
He lifted his head when Ella finished packing away the last of the things she had put aside earlier to carry with her today in her backpack and called for him. He looked at her and seemed to brighten up almost immediately. 'I still have her by my side.' The image of Binx winked out and the companion flickered back into existence in the form of a puppy of perhaps a lab breed which playfully bounded about in a loose circle around Ella's feet. Together they'd make due, and today was all about new beginnings. Today perhaps he will find more people to call his family and with them a new place to call home. First they need to become friends and that starts with getting to this cafe and meeting. He got up and grabbed him own pack, a satchel style bag with a single shoulder strap he wears across his chest. They set out with his semblance's companion leading the way.
As they walked Remus would make soothing comments here and there as Ella somewhat predictably worked herself up. She wasn't as reclusive as she used to be but it was still clear that her preferred company beside maybe him was a good book rather than people, especially unfamiliar people. He was a little surprised though when she started up again and then shut it down on her own. "That's the spirit. They should be fine, and like you said we will have each other no matter what." His companion returned to them after taking off ahead of them to look around the meeting place. It's frolicking drawing a delighted chuckle from Ella as she watched it. The pup would calm down eventually and turn to lead them to the patio out in front of the cafe they were to meet at. The two of them following the summon as it lead them to a table with a red headed girl waiting there. The two of them coming to stop standing beside the table. As Ella greeted the other girl the phantom pup moved to sit on the pavement at his foot. "And I'm Remus. It's a pleasure to meet you." He says when Ella looks back at him in what he perceives as a your turn glance.
Today is the beginning of a new start. Since he joined Beacon Academy so much has happened in his life. From the days of training to the recent mass mission, Zechariah has grown much from being the naive village kid into a more mature individual. The life of a huntsman-in-training has grown on him and he has learned much from his experiences with his past team.
As the raven haired teen walked the streets of the busy city his steely blue eyes happen to glance at the window of a bake goods shop as he pass, and his soul felt a warmth. Some moments later he caught the sight of the lush hillside of forest far off in the distance which made his mind focus. Then, just before arriving to his desired location, Zachariah seen the hospital and it made his heart introspect. Thankfully all his teammates are alive and well, but still he'll always miss the butterfly, the moth, and the pugilist. The swordsman will always remember the time they had together.
Once he arrived at the restaurant the casually dressed young man took a second to admire the charm of the humbly popular scene. With foliage tastefully aligned up parts of the wall, and string lights crisscrossed with vines for night time ambience, Zechariah gaveva slight smile of approval. "This is a chosen place of good taste." It wasn't difficult for the raven haired one to see his new to be teammates as they sat outside at the a patio table. He could sense it by the phantom pup when she immediately won a small smile.
"Oh nice! Sounds like I'm arriving just in time!" As he was lead to the table the raven haired lad with a compressed sheathed weapon happily strutted to his new teammates to introduce himself. "It's nice to meet you all. My name is Zechariah de La Vallière, but you can just call me Zach for short." With that Zachariah would take a seat and give a friendly smile to his new teammates; Making small talk as they waited to be served. "So, do any of you have a preferred nickname?"

Aoibheann, sure enough, only had a few minutes to wait before a pair joined her, followed shortly by a third person. They introduced themselves in turn, starting with the girl and Aoibheann immediately picked up on her being the nervous type.Oof. Just grand, we got ourselves a right nervous one here. Hope she ain't put off by how I speak. She waited until all three had finished their introductions before she spoke up, all too aware of how sharp and strong her own accent was. "Ah, bang on! Me name's Aoibheann. Ya can call me Eve or Eevee if it suits ya. As ya can prolly guess, I ain't from 'round here so, hope me blatherin ain't too confusin fer ya. Bit o' a culchie meself. Er...meanin I went an' grew up way off in the middle o nowhere. Small mountain village. What ya two standin fer? Go on, take a seat. It's a Grand aul day fer sitting outside. Normally I'd celebrate by gettin' off me 'ead. But, figured a bar wouldn' be such a grand place ta meet first."
She spoke with energy and a big smile that never left her face, though, she was a bit on the loud side perhaps with a slightly higher voice than one might expect from her. She definitely seemed like she was a country girl in a way, and definitely used to being around people. As she waved down a server, a delicate silver charm bracelet hung from her opposite wrist from her watch, tinkling and glinting as she waved her hand. Four sky blue charms, two pink, a red and a navy one as well as a single yellow one separated from the wrist all encircling the chain.
Ella would notice someone arriving just after them, he was dressed nice and casual and his deep coloured hair was the opposite from Remus and herself. Ella would nod to him and let out a friendly smile, her nerves would get the better of her for a brief moment - she was still the nervous Ella that much preferred the company of her books in many ways. This was a new era, she looked to her comfort, Remus and then would stroke the pup for a few seconds and could feel the calming effect of them both again, "I'm still surprised he hasn't ran a mile with how I am.." she would think to herself as her attention would then go to the other girl in their group, the one that had arrived first.
The second she opened her mouth, Ella could feel the nerves coming back. Aoibheann spoke with such a brash accent and tone that she would almost have to concentrate even more to understand it. She would manage most of it however, and would take a seat on the inside of the four seats, leaving a space beside her for someone. She would admire Eve's large smile and feel a warmth about her, Ella would be reminded of her previous captain Henryk, he was always so loud and full of life and she absolutely loved it - it couldn't be more opposite to her.
Ella would double check her book was safely docked in her belt, the dragon symbol would catch the light as she would brush it off with her hand a bit. Her attention would turn to Remus as he sat down, a constant smile on her face as she watched him.

They were swiftly joined by the fourth of their number. Another guy in his late teens by the look of him. As Ella had noticed this guy looked the complete opposite of the two of them but he seemed nice. Getting straight to the task at hand as he claimed himself a seat. His name was Zachariah. Adding that they could just shorten it to Zach as well if they wanted to. He also added a question for if anyone has nicknames they go by. Remus looked over to Ella who was currently getting her own seat at the table. Aoibheann had answered him so Remus threw in a response as well in lieu of Ella making one. "I don't have one. Ella though does, but you already know it since she introduced herself with it." He said as he took his seat beside Ella.
He couldn't help but blink though as he continued to listen to Eve talk. 'And I thought that Chloe had a thick accent. If I wasn't used to her drawl I'm not sure I would be able to make heads or tails of what she is saying.' He thought to himself. Even with that experience he had to think about it a bit here and there. She spoke with good energy which did help with enunciation making it easier to pick out what she did say in those trickier parts and then plug in the missing syllables. It more or less started off with her explaining the accent and hoping that everyone would be able to manage understanding her. That was followed up by an expression of approval for the day itself. He was a little surprise that she said this was the kind of day she would usually enjoy a hard drink on. How old was she if they would serve her alcohol? He wasn't about to ask a lady that though.
They shared a bit of small talk for awhile. When one of the café servers came close Aoibheann flagged them down to show that they were ready to place their order. As she did so Remus being the scout he was took note of the bracelet she wore. Since they were just chattering about whatever he steered the conversation towards the colored charms. "So Eve, that charm bracelet of yours. Is there any significance to the colored charms on it? Family or past colleagues perhaps?" He asked her.

Aoibheann looked back at one of the boys who asked about her bracelet. She looked at it, jingling it a little, adjusting her glasses. She gave him a big grin as he guessed what the charms were for. She pointed at each set, starting with the darker colors and going from blue to red shades before finishing with the yellow one."Aye, fair play ta ya! The dark blue one's for me Pa, red one's me Ma, lighter blue's me brothers, and the pink's me sisters. Yellow one's for me Mentor. He were an old Huntsmen. Settled out in the village when it was founded an got stranded there when the world went to shite. So, he went an headed up the Militia. He weren't so young even then an while he were a right class of a fighter, he weren't gettin younger. Passed on not long before I left home. Did tell me ta come here to further me training before he went though an he were ol' buddies with the bloke who flew the lumber transport I hitched a ride on ta get here, so he set up that before he went on."
Aiobheann turned as the server stepped forward and ordered a black coffee. She had been surprised initially when she found out they had a few potato bread recipes and tacked on some cheddar potato rolls and insisted on, frankly, a hazardously sounding amount of butter to go with them. She'd allow the others to place their orders next as she dug around in her bag further. If any of them bothered to look, they'd see some bags of dried meats in there along with what was obviously a bottle of rather strong whisky. She had every intention of adding some of that to her coffee.
