Prompt:Wintertime in the Kawani is in full swing, and February is no exception! A strong snowstorm and cold front has blown into the lands, blanketing much of the land in white. Some areas have completely been overwhelmed by snow--and places that are typically warmer or never see the stuff have also been covered in the white stuff. How is your Soquili handling this snowstorm? Were they caught unaware? Are they experiencing snow for the first time, or are they used to it? What do they do now that they're living in a winter wonderland? Start: Now! Close: 02/28/2022 @ 11:59PM ET Pets in this game will not "run out". Every person who qualifies will get their choice of one of the four colors. Players will need to wait for staff to confirm the win. You may be qualified for a Soq and a Familiar, or just a Familiar! Tricks of the Trade
RPs dated between 02/01/2022 to 02/28/2022 will count for this month.
You must use the prompt in the first post of this thread as a basis of your RP!
If you Start and Finish an RP between 02/01/2022 and 02/28/2022 that's based on the prompt, you will automatically be given a choice of one of the color-shift Soquili and Familiar Prizes. There is a minimum of 5 posts per player involved, and a 1500 word count minimum for the entire RP. Solo RPs are allowed provided they are 1500 words minimum.
If you Start but don't finish an RP between 02/01/2022 and 02/28/2022 you will automatically be given a choice of one of the color-shift Familiar Prizes. Similar to stats, there is a 250 word count minimum. You could also simply fill out the Prompt and if it's 250 words minimum, you will be eligible for a Familiar Prize
Solo and Solo RPs are allowed provided there is a 1500 word limit to be considered a "finished" RP.
Solos are eligible for a Familiar Prize if they are 250 words minimum.
The theme must be obvious in your RP or Prompt Response to be eligible!
If you have an RP with multiple players, each person involved in the RP needs to post to win the prize!
If you are eligible for both the Soquili and the Familiar prize, but only want one or the other, please let us know!
You may only win ONE Soq and ONE Familiar from this, assuming you are eligible for both!
Once you post your entry, you must wait for Nayci, Cheri, or Uta to confirm your pet choice! We will edit it into your entry/quote you -- do not assume you've won the pet until RP staff approves it!
Please fill out the form in its entirety. Late entries won't be included.
Do not "save" posts -- please only post in this thread once the PRP / Solo or prompt is completed!
Rules are subject to change as RP Staff figures out/tests this! We may run into questions or issues we hadn't considered, so understand we're trying our best!

Rules specific for this month's game
Your RP should focus or center around either being caught in the blizzard, or the effects of the major Kawani snowstorm. For aquatics, temperatures could have dropped in the water or the storm may have brought sheets of ice or waves; for tropical soquili, while perhaps snow might not have made itself known, ice or freezing temperatures may have dipped down to the lands or caused storms to roll through. Generally, the Kawani is cooooold and winter has gripped the lands!
Everything must take place within the specified time frame -- RPs that start early or end late won't be included.
