The break had been needed. For the past few weeks Bell had wanted nothing to do with the DMS. No energy draining, no going out at night for it, nothing. He just wanted to live life as a normal civilian. He had enough of the arguments and the attacks and being sucked into the Mirroverse and falling and fighting a monster...

He had just been done with it. But he knew that he couldn't leave it for too long, but the mental and physical break had been much appreciated. So when he was able to find time, he had snuck out at night and powered up, seeing if he could get even the smallest bit of energy. Tonight though that seemed to be a fruitless task. There was fresh snow all around and while Bell wasn't cold, he could see that people weren't used to the snow yet and had decided to stay indoors, probably until all of the paths had been paved.

After a half an hour in the nearby park, he felt as though it would be best to leave until he felt the aura of an Order. It was hard to tell at first as it was so overpowering, but when he concentrated on what type it was, he thought it belonged to a Knight. If he had felt their aura, then they had felt his and he hoped that they would be friendly to him.

There was another cause for concern though. The entire time he had been here, he felt as though something had been watching him. He couldn't place it and looking among the trees had yielded nothing so far, but he just couldn't shake the feeling...

Bellerophon stood in place as he waited for the other to come closer as the aura appeared to be moving in his direction. When they finally appeared Bell was pretty sure it was a Knight. They were Order and they certainly didn't look like a Senshi... For a moment he wondered if he should say something, considering that the only reason he was out here was looking for energy. So what exactly could he say?

While thinking about it he felt shivers down his spine once again at the feeling of something watching him. Without thinking about it, he asked the Knight, who he believed to be close enough, "You think something is out there?"

Bell let his shoulders drop a bit. At least this Knight didn't appear to want a fight at least. And he was experiencing the same thing Bell was. "Uh, Bellerophon. Chimera." He still felt nervous around someone much more powerful than he was, and forgot to mention that he was a Dark Mirror, but it was probably obvious to the Knight.

He was just about to excuse himself from the situation, mostly from feeling like he was being stared at from some unknown being when suddenly he thought he saw eyes in the trees and couldn't help but gasp! "Eyes in the trees!" He said, still in surprise. "What the hell?!" Whatever it was, he wanted to see and took a few steps towards where he saw the eyes coming from.

Well, at least he the Knight had confirmed that something was actually there and Bellerophon wasn't just going crazy. Taking a look at the Knight before allowing his eyes to go back to the forest, he took one step, then two towards the trees. Carefully, he wanted to make sure that the Knight wouldn't attack him from behind.

Suddenly, before he could say or do anything else, a giant white owl flew at him and he was knocked to the ground, only barely avoiding the talons of the owl with his bracers, but hearing the scrap of the long pointed talons against the metal hurt his ears a bit.

When he could tell that the owl was no longer above him he looked to see where it had gone. It appeared to still be hovering over them a bit and started to dive towards Bell again!

It took a moment for him to realize that the Knight was not attacking it and... well he didn't know what the other was doing. It seemed that the Owl was not a fan of Bellerophon's however, as he was dive-bombed again, only just managing to get out of the way.

If the owl attacked again he would make sure to use his powers on it, but why the Knight was staying and not using the situation to attack him as well was what bothered him. "Shouldn't you be... going or something? Seems to be going after me!" He said loudly to the other. What was the Knight's plan?

Bell couldn't help but gawk at what the Knight had summoned. "Wish I could do that..." He mumbled with a bit of jealousy. The wraiths were nice creatures to the Dark Mirror, but they didn't appear to be like loyal pets like this Knight had. Was it a Knight power that allowed this sort of thing?

He would have to ask about it later. The Owl screeched overhead and finally saw the other bird that had been summoned, unsure if it should attack it as prey or not.

Bell breathed a sigh of relieve when he could no longer see the owl flying in the distance, but he made absolutely sure to keep an eye out for it just in case it still decided it needed a Dark Mirror snack. He made sure that he hasn't hurt anything too badly and saw the Knight offering him the feather. Bell wasn't sure if he wanted to take it. After all, this was a bad experience for him. It was probably a much more entertaining one for the Knight.

But after a moment of looking at it he took it from the Knight and nodded. "Uh, thank you." He looked off in the direction that the owl had flown into. "I don't know but I do not want to run into it again." He said, making sure to note the experience down to ask Itokawa about later. "And thank you for the help. I don't believe that owl would have left me alone if you weren't here."

AND he was done for the night. No way was he going to stay out here with a monstrous owl that wanted to attack him possibly hanging around the city. "I'm going to head back now. I don't want to run into that thing again."
