Gacha: MMORPGs may come and go, but one 'calming' consistent in the world of video games is that every gacha wants your money first and foremost. Exactly what she's playing any given month might rotate around, considering the amount of money her parents will let her put into any single game is much smaller than she'd like, but at any time you could probably check her phone and there'd be a minimum of two gacha games with cute anime girls opened within the last 24 hours.
Tapdancing: Clementine has been in dance lessons since she was twelve. She has no real plans to make a career out of it - oftentimes for that you have to start much younger than she did, and she just doesn't have the drive to make up for lost time - but she finds it comforting, in the same way runners might talk about a runner's high. It's grounding, and the sound can be more than a little hypnotizing.
Virtues:
Kindhearted: Oftentimes it gets caught up in all her hubris and shortsightedness, but Clementine really does care - in fact, she cares immensely, and at heart she hates to see people harmed unless it's necessary. Why be mean?? Being mean is so tiring?? Just be nice??
Just: Clementine has a clear sense of when justice has been served, and frequently she worries about unfairnesses in the world that she's incapable of doing anything about; she may be petty and childish and prone to getting caught up in her own tiny little problems until they seem enormous, but when she's not so knotted up in all that, she does try and make sure to be as fair as possible, as just as possible. There's a lot of things that aren't fair in the world, and if she can solve a little of that... well, she's got to, doesn't she? Being an onlooker shoves the responsibility away, and no matter how much she might hate it, she won't shirk it.
Flaws:
Contrary: Clementine has a tendency to, intentionally or unintentionally, shy away from any advice she's given or any opinions offered to her; she's prone to playing devil's advocate just for the sake of it, and she often flat-out acknowledges the advice she's been given is fully reasonable, she just doesn't want to. To some extent this has faded after a near-death experience in her early teens, but when she's upset it tends to come back as strongly as ever; the more upset Clementine gets, the more harshly she doubles down on being contrary.
Crybaby: It's often difficult to take Clementine seriously, given that just about anything can bring her to sniffling and then to tears. She struggles harshly with emotional regulation, often being dragged around by her own feelings, and nowhere is this more obvious than sadness; it's unlikely she manages two weeks without a genuine uncontrollable crying fit, even if it only lasts a few minutes. The older she becomes, the more frustrating this is; people might've brushed it off as her being a kid when she was younger, but now people think she's childish and unstable and unreasonable -- and even if she is, it's still totally getting in the way of anything she wants to do!!
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Bright crimson red, often a little watery, short lashes.
Hair: Mahogany red-brown, wavy, and usually in some sort of updo. Her day-to-day standard has been pigtails for almost six years now, but the style's changed (they start at the bottom of her head instead of the top now), and she still trims her own split ends with scissors.
Face: Round face, big ears, and a slightly protruding upper lip.
Skin Tone / Body Type: Clem is straight-up white for the last god-knows-how-many generations of ancestry; her skin is on the lighter side and has a persistent flush. She has a long, thin scar on her left arm from running into a glass door as a kid. She has a fairly standard build, and leans more towards the ectomorph side of the spectrum.
Clothes: Absolutely no intent whatsoever. Typically consists of oversized graphic/band tees, mismatched knee-high socks, clunky sneakers, basketball shorts or a skort, and a hoodie tied tight around her waist. She loves stripes, green, and yellow. Generally the first thing Clem pulls out of her drawers is what she puts on, regardless of design.

Sailor Scout Attack: Onnie Buttercup Blast!
Action: Sailor Onnie holds her hands up to her mouth after incanting her attack, and blows a stream of magical buttercup petals at the enemy.
Effect: Because these are magical, they can affect enemies even through clothing. These petals can cause itching, dryness, and minor blistering; however, if they come into contact with a mucus membrane, they cause salivation (if inhaled) and dizziness as well.
Limitations: The effects of this attack last for 30 seconds, and Sailor Onnie can use it three times a battle.
All physical damage caused by Onnie's magic (i.e. blistering) typically fades after the effect of the attack ends, although the sensations may linger and/or cause scarring at player discretion.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Onnie Buttercup Barrage!
Action: Sailor Onnie holds her hands up to her mouth after incanting her attack, and blows a stream of magical buttercup petals at the enemy.
Effect: Because these are magical flowers, they can affect enemies even through clothing. These petals can cause itching, minor dryness, blisters, and a small rash; however, if they come into contact with a mucus membrane, they cause excessive salivation (if inhaled) and considerable dizziness as well.
Limitations: At this stage, the effects caused by contact with the petals can last up to 35 seconds, and Sailor Onnie can use it twice a battle.
All physical damage caused by Onnie's magic (i.e. blistering) typically fades after the effect of the attack ends, although the sensations may linger and/or cause scarring at player discretion.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Onnie Buttercup Nursery!
Action: After incanting her attack, Sailor Onnie stomps her foot, and a field of magical buttercups rises from the ground around her.
Effect: Even with the protection of clothing, the toxins produced by these buttercups are potent and will be experienced by anyone who comes into physical contact with the flowers. Touching the flowers causes various effects (including blistering, dizziness, itching, abdominal pain, rashes, drooling, and nausea); the longer an individual spends in the field, the worse the buttercup poisoning may become, to the point of potential (temporary) paralysis if an individual is particularly susceptible or just.. goes rolling around in the field.
Limitations: This attack has a diameter of roughly fifteen feet (with Onnie in the middle); the buttercups spring up in a flower-shape resembling her symbol. It lasts for 40 seconds. The severity and variety of the effects caused by Buttercup Nursery is entirely player discretion -- one individual may simply become rather itchy and break out in a rash, while another may become somewhat nauseous, and a third entirely may become so wracked with stomach pain it incapacitates them.

If viable, Sailor Onnie completed the ritual to become a full Senshi during her years out of active play, since she was still in Destiny City for some of that time. (If not viable, her magic will remain the same as it was and will transition to the versions here after she completes the ritual & hits Super.)
