Sailor: Lacrimosa, Senshi of Sakura/Cherry Blossoms

Uniform Color: The bodice of order Senshi will always be white, but at the first stage Sailor Scouts are permitted to have two additional accent colors. Please let us know what yours are! Hex colors may be provided as well.

Honestly if you could just turn this look into a basic style I would love ya'll forever not that i don't already

Collar -- Bolero jacket. Perhaps with a hint of Asian flair?
Brooch -- CC I guess? The symbol of Lacrimosa is a cherry blossom petal in the shape of a tear
Chest Bow -- Something like this?
Bodice -- Sleeveless white bodice that comes up to rest just under her choker, turtleneck-ish style?, almost making it look like the two are attached.
Bottoms -- Something like these shorts?
Tiara -- Gold metal, perhaps a bit on the thin side? Has a cherry blossom shaped gem centered in the middle unless it needs to be standard shape for now
Butt Bow -- Something like this?

Accessories -- Shoes. Gloves, persnaps? White. Simple pink choker that falls just at the top of her bodice. Also little dangly earrings ending in sakura petals? Similar to the style of Sailor Moon's.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Ephemeral Beauty
Range: 5ft cone
Time: 15 seconds
Usage: 3x

Lacrimosa cups her hands and pure white cherry blossoms, [somei yoshin], fill the space. Bringing the small pile to her lips, she blows on it and sends the blossoms at her target, trapping them in a storm of petals. At close range the scent of the blossom is almost overpowering and the wind swirls the rapidly dividing petals at the enemy.

As the storm of petals and fragrance surround the target, they find themselves slowed down by the gentle feeling of sadness and the reminder that all things end eventually. Once the petals turn fully pink they whither and fall to the ground, the scent dissipating seconds later.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Mono no Aware
Range: 10ft cone
Time: 20 seconds
Usage: 3x

As with her previous attack, Lacrimosa cups her hands and pure white cherry blossoms, [somei yoshin], fill the space. A gentle kiss is pressed to a petal before she blows on it and sends the blossoms at her target, trapping them in a storm of petals. At close range the scent of the blossom is almost overpowering and the wind swirls the rapidly dividing petals at the enemy.

As the storm of petals and fragrance surround the target, they find themselves slowed down and it feels as if they are being cut; though no damage occurs. Each "cut" that lands on the target brings with it the feeling of sadness and the knowledge all things end eventually. Once the petals turn fully pink they whither and fall to the ground, the scent dissipating seconds later.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Sakura Kamikaze (Alternate title: Blossoms of Death?)
Range: 15ft radius
Time: 30 seconds
Usage: 1x

As with her previous attack, Lacrimosa cups her hands and vivid pink blossoms with more petals, [Yaezakura], fill the space. Closing her cupped hands together she then throws the blossoms up into the air where they shower down in a radius around her, the overpowering scent of the blossoms trapping herself and any targets within the radius in the storm of flowers.

As the storm of petals and fragrance surround them (Lacrimosa and the targets) they find themselves unable to escape, weighed down by sadness and the knowledge that all things end eventually. This attack works best with other senshi, giving them a free shot at the enemy at the cost of Lacrimosa being caught in the attack as well. Once the petals are pure white they whither and fall to the ground, the scent dissipating seconds later.

Range: 5ft cone
Time: 15 seconds
Usage: 3x

Cupping her hands, Lacrimosa creates a handful of small, [somei yoshin] pure white, cherry blossoms, then raises them to her lips. Blowing against them, the flowers fly off towards the opponent, fluttering and dividing into a rain of separate petals, slowly tinging pink along the way. The sweet, delicate scent of cherry blossoms accompanies them to their target as they collide in a soft flurry of harmless "snow/rain" and serves as a distraction as well as slowing the foe down. Quick as the petals make contact, they wither away and are gone, the scent with them.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Sakura Storm
Range: 5ft cone
Time: 20 seconds
Usage: 3x

Cupping her hands, Lacrimosa creates a handful of small, [somei yoshin] pure white, cherry blossoms, then raises them to her lips. Blowing against them, the flowers fly off towards the opponent, fluttering and dividing into a rain of separate petals, slowly tinging pink along the way. This time, however, the flurry of blossoms is much thicker. The sweet, delicate scent of cherry blossoms becomes overpowering if the attack makes contact, and distracts the target from avoiding other attacks.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Mono no Aware

As with her previous attacks, Lacrimosa cups her hands and creates the blossoms needed for her attack. A gentle kiss is pressed to a petal before she blows on it, sending it to her target. This time the [Yaezakura] blossoms have more petals then the previous blossoms and begin in a deep and vivid shade of pink. At close range the scent of the blossom is almost overpowering and the wind swirls the rapidly dividing petals at the enemy.
