Team Arctic room is technically Team APCN old room. Aya and Kamyu are the only two on the teammates that stuck together after the team broke up after their cave mission. On the side of the room closes to the door are Aya and Kamyu bunk beds that they share. On the side by the window, are the empty set of bunk beds that were vacated by Periwinkle and Svafnir.
Rin had spent the next few months getting oriented to life at Beacon academy. He was yet to be assigned a team, essentially being put on a waitlist, and had been forced to share a communal dorm with others. It was...not the best sleeping arrangement for the young arctic fox. There was far too much noise and body heat; he had more or less found more private accommodations to spend his sleeping hours. At the very least, with newfound attire, he wouldn't suffer as much as he did the first day in Vale. He would try to keep in contact with Azriel, as much as he could, as making friends elsewise...wasn't the easiest. He had a lot of targets now and knew where they'd be; so he became much more active with pranks and illusions. It was an enjoyable way to pass the time at the very least, and with so many others around, it was also easy to avoid being caught. He wasn't always lucky enough not to get caught though. There was also another adjustment to living at the academy now; it was just as much schooling only it was even harder to slip out of it than at home. Some of the subjects he had no clue why they were teaching it; history, math, cybernetics. Those seemed pointless in his own mind for a combat school, but his thoughts weren't going to change that. 'A small price to pay to avoid responsibility though,' he thought to himself during that time.
Finally, after a couple months, Rin had been notified on his school that he had been assigned to a team called Arctic. The name reminded him of his snowy home, so that was already a plus in his mind. So far, he wasn't sure where to check who was actually in the team. The only thing he got was a dorm room, room 22, and the team name. Along with them saying most of his bags would be transferred to the dorm later; he was not taking all of his stuff one by one up the stairs or go through a few elevator trips. The only thing he had with him was the same stuff he had when first arriving in Vale; his rolling backpack and violin case. As he travelled the dorm halls and floors, he felt a bit of butterflies in his stomach at the prospect. Whoever was on his team he would be with for the entirety of his time at the academy in all likelihood; or so was the rumor among un-teamed students. 'Will they be like Kitsuko, Netami, or Kuro?' he wondered to himself. He sincerely hoped it was the former rather than the other two. He did not want to be an experiment to someone else, nor did he need another person like his rival; he was about one of the only people who made Rin feel like running away entirely from the tribe would screw them if they were ruled only by the Lat's. 'Then again, it could be someone else entirely,' he thought, personality wise, given the wide array he saw here. Many who had very different lives than his own. 'Hopefully they will be fine with the occasional prank too,' he thought a bit mischievously as he reached the door in question. Feeling a brief rush of nerves, he would take a deep breath before opening the door and heading inside. "Hello?" he would ask aloud into the room as his eyes scanned inside.
In all honesty Kamyu had been in the room just chilling since the mission. He knew that Aya had went on the mission, but he didn't see her afterwards. He didn't think too much of it because not like things went well a few months ago. He was fine being in the room by himself. It really gave him enough time to figure out what he was going to say to Aya when he saw her again. Sva and him where fine even though eh disappeared after class. He hadn't seen much of Periwinkle afterwards either. He wished he was doing the talent show, but he felt like he just needed to be alone. He was always trying to stay busy that he never gave himself time to progress or grieve. It just wasn't the same without Peri and Sva, but he had to get over it.
Sitting in his bed, the curtains were open. Anyone could see in it, he was just more at the head of the bed in the corner. Walking in, he wouldn't be seen right away. He was listening to his music until her saw the door open. He was hoping it would be his best friend. His hopes were up when he saw the tail, but the voice didn't make when they said hello. Getting out his bed, he would see it wasn't her but another fox. "Hello." He said back not realizing they been assigned another teammate already. "I'm Kamyu Cardenas. Are you lost?" He asked. "I mean of course you're not we need teammates. Sorry come on in. You can take the top or bottom bunk by the window." He told him.

Rin had not even noticed the presence of anyone else in the room, having taken a wide view of things and not truly expecting anyone in there already. He hadn't heard anything, that was for certain, and the door just being opened had hidden the scents and sounds of the other person's presence. Especially with the sound of his rolling bag behind him. He was looking to the beds when he found something tugging at his peripheral; he would turn his head to see someone else was in the room. It was another guy, and as the person was standing, Rin had to look up slightly since they had a small height difference between them. He saw the person had blue hair up in a ponytail, aqua blue eyes behind a pair of eye glasses, a V-neck shirt, skinny jeans, and socks. While clearly a casual outfit, it went well with the person; Rin liked the hair color and simple style the most as his hair was just left down for the time being (like in profile image). And seeing this, along with the obvious fact he was in the dorm room, had Rin realize this was likely his new teammate. 'I doubt a prankster would chill in the room wearing socks and all if they wanted to leave quickly,' he thought to himself. Rin would give him a warm smile as he said hello in return; this was already going better than some meetings in the past.
Rin's smile faltered slightly as, after the person introduced themselves as Kamyu Cardenas, he asked if he was lost. Momentarily, he doubted himself and if he truly got the right room as his mind tried to retrace his steps to double check. Thankfully, he was spared from such self doubt as Kamyu quickly continued by correcting himself to say that he was not as this team needed new teammates. The particular wording of it made Rin wonder though; 'Am I joining an existing team? I suppose it makes sense given I did not see him in the waiting area,' Rin thought to himself. He would apologize and ask him to come in; saying he could take the top of bottom bunk by the window. Seeing there were four beds in all, that did clarify things a bit. 'So was this a team of two then?' he wondered slightly as he walked further into the room (without closing the door), given he had free choice between two beds. Or maybe Kamyu had claimed two beds for himself, though Rin doubted that. Though it would be funny to see what would happen if it were true and they got a third who needed a bed. "I'd hope I wasn't lost; this dorm can be a maze so if I had to go out looking for another room it may take me the rest of the day," he would joke lightly. "Nice to meet you Kamyu. My name is Rin Fannar Rupa, but most people just call me Rin. When you say we...does that mean someone else beat me to this team as well? I wasn't told if this was a brand new team, if I was to fill in an old one, or who my teammates even are; just where my dorm was and that I was to be part of team Arctic," he would ask curiously and light-heartedly, fox ears tilting curiously along with his head. He figured he may as well sate his curiosity for that and ask ahead while explaining things. He purposefully did not mention he suspected it was somewhere on his scroll as he did not want to seem like he did not know how to operate it fully.
As he awaited a response, his eyes would drift to the bunks he was directed to. He had not been used to those kinds of beds at home; him and his sister had separate rooms which was the better decision given his nature. The bottom bunk was closer to the ground, so easier to sneak out of for pranks. But looking up at the top bunk...if he got a rowdy teammate or someone whose weight could not be supported, Rin may be flattened. And he did want to lay claim before someone else did for him. His gaze would've only been briefly to the bunk bed as these thoughts ran through his mind, his gaze quickly returning to Kamyu. 'It would be a great spot to survey the land and who to prank...' he thought mischievously .
Kamyu was fumbling from being so nervous. He didn't mean to be rude to Rin at all. He was already kicking himself for asking was he lost. "I really need to get my s**t together." He scolded himself. The one thing he hopped is that he was not going to make fun of him. This was only their first meeting and Kamyu didn't know how to feel about new teammates. Even if it had been a few months since his old team had disbanded. He not going to lie, there were days his missed Periwinkle and Svafnir so much. He needed to seriously have a day with his blood brother. After the mission, they hadn't talked at all and it ate away at his stomach. He finally came back to senses. He came back to earth just in time to catch his name and his questions. Thank goodness he did because he would be embarrassed to have to make him repeat himself. He had already made enough of a bad first impression.
Kamyu allowed him to get it all out his system before he decided to answer anything. He would tie his blue curtains to the bed post and it would reveal his rainbow comforter. "It is nice to meet you Rin. When I say me, I mean me and my best friend Aya. She is the team leader and her bunk is on top of mine. We were an existing team, but two of our members left. Plus I haven't been paying much attention since I came back from mission/class. So, if we are forming a new team, I am completely out of the loop. I am sure they have changed the name on the door and everything. I just have not been in the best of places." He explains the best he can. "I welcome you and I am sure Aya is going to flip her s**t to have another fox around." He smiled his beautiful smile. He tried to make it reach his aqua eyes, but it didn't quite. "Please make yourself at home. Tell me if you need anything." Rin would be able to see his trunk and his guitar cases. If he asked, he would talk about to him. He would not making a connection to his new teammate.

And just as in queue Aya came through the entrance, her clothes were torn and dirty and she seemed very tired, she somehow didn’t even notice the door was already open or that Kamyu and apparently an old buddy of hers Rin was there. with an annoyed sigh, she began walking towards the shower “I gotta wash myself” she said out loud but to herself, still not even noticing the two were talking, you would think with those big ears of hers she would hear or even notice their smell with her hyper-sensitive nose but no, she only could think of taking a bath right now she would close the door to the bathroom before stripping off from the battle-scarred clothes of hers and throwing them to the small garbage can in the room, she knew she could not save them.
After about twenty minutes in the room Aya finally came out of the shower wearing a towel, she would yawn once again before finally realizing who she was standing in front “gah! Wait for Kyu? RIN?! What? When? Rin's eyes would turn back to Kamyu's as he heard him tie the bed curtains, and subsequently saw the rainbow comforter for the bed. 'Interesting color choice; it's vibrant and fun at least,' he thought to himself. He had not quite noticed how Kamyu was feeling internally as till then his eyes were mostly on his future bed for however long he would be here. He would say it was nice to meet him, and clarify we meant him and his best friend...Aya. 'Wait...it can't be the same one right?' he thought to himself. More so believing it could be someone else with the same name rather than the one from his tribe. This one would also be mentioned as team leader. 'Aya may be strong willed, but I don't think she would ever be a leader would she? Not after I mentioned how much the responsibility chained you,' he thought quietly to himself, with a bit of doubt. He would mention they used to be a full team, but two members left and that he had been out of the loop for a while. 'This definitely can't be the same Aya; she went missing the night I had come to the academy. I hope she is alright, wherever she is,' he thought to himself sadly. He would add that he's been out of the loop for a bit, and that he has not been in the best of places as well. Rin gave him a sympathetic nod at that; though he barely knew the person or how to help with it. He was debating what to say when the person continued; welcoming him to the team and saying Aya would flip at another fox being around. 'This Aya is a fox too?' he thought, pleasantly surprised and...weirded out. 'How common is the name Aya for a fox? I wonder if this is a red one or a white one...' Rin quietly pondered to himself, also noting the trunk and guitar case.
"Thank you, and if there is something I can do to help just let me know. I may be new here, but I hope to make friends with everyone on the team if able. How is Aya as a leader; and what type of fo-" Rin would speak his intentions and begin to ask in regards to their team leader when someone would enter the room. His fox ears would perk at the sound as his nose twitched from the scent. His eyes would turn to the source and his face would get an expression of shock; it was Kitsuko just...she looked like she had been through hell. She would announce she would need a shower and Rin would just stare; words not coming out of his mouth in shock and surprise. As she went in the bathroom, Rin's eyes would slowly move from the door to Kamyu. "YOU DIDN'T TELL ME IT WAS THE AYA THAT WAS KIDNAPPED!?" He would say aloud, shock, excitement, anxiety, and a whole mix of emotions in his voice. With how casually things had been said, he would never have thought it was the same Aya he knew. She had been missing for two whole months; not just a few days. Wait... "Wait....Kitsuko is our leader!?" he would ask in shock, almost to himself, as he realized what this now meant. Of all the teams he could have ended up in, it was Kitsuko's and SHE was leader. He was in utter shock. After Kamyu answered, if he did, Rin would go up to his bed and just sit there still processing this all. Perhaps asking more questions depending on the response, perhaps now. When Aya came out of the shower, Rin had already set his stuff on his bunk (the top one) and had his arms crossed with an eyebrow raised as she yawned. In his mind, there was no way she didn't notice them; they had been standing and talking right there! Though with her surprised exclamation...he didn't want to say it but was she really that oblivious to the two of them? He wasn't certain. She would point to him, words failing it seemed, with a happy expression to her face as she then went to hug Kamyu. "I could ask you the same thing Kitsuko. The day I came to the academy was the day you were kidnapped! How are you-its been two months. I was worried I would be stuck here with only Kuro and Netami. How did you get free?" he would ask with genuine curiosity and worry in his tone. Arms no longer crossed as he looked to his fellow fox and friend, and ready to hug her as soon as she was done with Kamyu's hug.

Apollo after suffering defeat spent just enough time in the infirmary to bandaged and that was it. This boy wanted to relax and lick his wounds, pretty confident that the festival would have everyone occupied the lemur stretched as he made his way to his dorm room a single duffle bag and a personal size travel suitcase along with his weapon in tow. Apollo ready to welcome the silence that came from the emptiness of a dormroom...but to his surprise once the lemur opened the door he was greeted with the sight if all of the other roommates. What were they doing here!? Don’t they know there is a festival going on? Apollo thought as he took a deep breath and drops his things before the beds. Didn't expect to see anyone here. There is a festival going on you know with festivities, food and... Apollo says a he looked to Kamyu then to Rin then to Aya as she wore a towel likely just having finished a shower from the looks of things. and even boys. Apollo said letting out an exasperated breath. Look I am supposed to come here to join Team Art?? Team Ado?? The lemur grumbled having forgotten the name before looking to the white haired male who he assumed was the leader. I am here to join Team A ok? Please tell me I am in the right place. Apollo said coming off alot stronger than he meant to from the already disappointed state of mind from his loss and the lack of alone time due to circumstances.
....It will hurt alot less when you all finally realize that.

As Rin and Kamyu was talking, they both got a surprise. Right in the middle of his question, Aya walked in and she looked like complete s**t. He figured she was especially if she had been processing things like he had thought was she was doing these past two months. It didn't shock him when she said she was going take a shower. Like Rin, Kamyu didn't respond to her. He just let her disappear into the bathroom. What shook him is what Rin said next. "What wait? What do you means she was kidnapped. I mean I know she wasn't on the ship on the way back, but I was dealing with a lot and didn't ask what had happened. ********!" He said now feeling like a freaking jackass for just assuming. He was the worst best friend ever! No telling what she had went through when she was gone and here he was camped out in their dorm with no idea whatsoever. He didn't realize he was pacing the floor until Rin asked another question. "Yes Aya or Kitsuko as you call her is our leader." he responded not looking at Rin for the time being. He was trying to process just as much as Rin now.
As she came out the bathroom, in just as towel he might add, she came out and it seemed realization hit her. "Yep. Rin..new teammate alert." He told her before he finally was engulfed in a hug. That calmed his heart down a lot. "I am so sorry honey. I had no idea. I should have known something wasn't right when I got on the ship, but it was just chaos and I wasn't thinking straight. Please forever me. I am the worst best friend on the planet." He whispered as he held on to her tight. "I love you and I missed you too. I just assumed you were trying to sort your feeling out. Not being kidnapped." He just felt downright bad at this moment. Then out of the blue, they got another teammate that walked in. Letting go of Aya, he would not look at the person that just walked in. "Get dressed." He whispered to her reminding her she was indeed in a towel.
As the other started to speak, Kyu wasn't really feeling his shitty attitude and it was pissing off the blue haired boy a great deal. He walked into a room full of people and instead of introducing himself, he seemed to be trying to push buttons. "You know this is a dorm room. Meaning people will and can be in it right?" He fired back. "As far as you being here to join a team, you think you would take the time to care what team you are joining? Or your only quality is being rude?" He was frowning deeply at this point. "Now this is Team ARRC (Arctic) Room. If that what you were trying to say, then yes, you are in the right place. Now, if something is bothering you, you can talk to us about it, but you have to loss that stanky mood before you find yourself sleeping in the hallway." He explained to him.

As Aya hugged Kyu he began whispering in her ear how much he was sorry about not knowing, Aya just shook her head and squeezed a little tighter “please stop, I don’t care if you knew or not. I am just glad to be back to you” she would then finally let go of Kyu as another student came in the door, she paid no mind to him and moved on to hug Rin “let’s not worry about that right now ok? I will be glad to tell you more about it but I want to catch up with you first~ oh it has been too long!” she said slightly tilting them both as she hugged. While hugging Rin, Aya listened to the conversation between him and Kyu, she would also shrug off Kyu telling her to get dressed “don’t worry, the towel is tight enough to not fall off” she would whisper back before looking at the newcomer and putting her hand on her hip “while I’m not sure about the team to name me I do know it starts with an A, and while there is indeed a festival going on outside it doesn’t mean we will automatically be out of the dorm but it doesn’t matter right now. As Rin let out his exclamation for how casual Kamyu had been when it was the Kitsuko he knew and had heard was kidnapped/missing for the last two months, he was surprised to see the person had no clue she was kidnapped. 'How do you just not notice or ask or anything?' Rin thought incredulously to himself. One of the first things he had done upon reaching the academy was trying to learn the whereabouts of other arctic foxes; it was how he had come to learn of her disappearance. He personally could not imagine just not asking for two full months when not hearing nor seeing anything of the other person. He wondered what kind of relation the two had that Kamyu had been left entirely in the dark on things; and why the school had not attempted to tell him in regards to it. 'I suppose they may think he would've already known, so perhaps why they did not, but still...it would seem like something that should hold more weight in the school that all students would be made aware...right?' he questioned in his mind Seeing how distressed he was, Rin kept such thoughts silent for the time being. He seemed guilty and panicking, so Rin did not feel like he needed to add more to his troubles. Instead focusing on the realization that Aya was his leader as it was confirmed by Kamyu. Now that she was back, thank the snow gods, he had mixed feelings on things. He was glad he was not leader but...he wondered how she would be as leader since Kamyu had mentioned two of their original members had left. 'I shall have to ask and see later,' Rin thought to himself as he left Kamyu to his pacing and settled himself in. If Kitsuko was anything like she used to be, it would not be a fast shower. As Rin gave the two their space for their hug, noticing Kamyu whispering to her and choosing not to try to listen in for now despite his curiosity, he would note someone else entering the room. Before the person spoke, or Rin could truly get a good look at him, Kitsuko would hug him and he would embrace her tightly in return. She would say not to worry about the kidnapping and her freedom yet; that she wanted to catch up more than anything. While Rin was curious, he would let it rest for the moment. He had no clue what she went through, so he wasn't going to push it out of her. And he was glad to just catch up with her and to have her around again; he couldn't stand the thought of losing one of his close friends. She would even slightly tilt them both from the hug, with Rin following suit with it. He was thinking to respond vocally, but he heard the new guy begin speaking, so he would just nod his head against Kitsuko's to show he agreed. He hoped it would translate like that at least. While Aya was merely listening to the guy, Rin was both listening and looking at him now from the hug due to the positioning. He could see the was very tall and had a furry tail? He had no clue what kind of faunus he was, only that the tail was definitely not a foxes or polar bear or wolf. Seeing the bags the guy was carrying too...it seemed he may be their fourth? Or a case of mistaken room, in which case things may get awkward.
He didn't seem too pleased by the fact they were all there; commenting there was a festival going on with food, festivities, and...boys. Rin could not help but chuckle at him saying that after looking at the towel-clad Aya. Which...also reminded Rin that Aya was only towel-clad. Blinded by just relief at her safety and glad to see her again...he had blanked on it/not really paid much thought to it till this moment. A blush crossed his face, and he was glad Kitsuko could not see it...hopefully. While the hug was nice to start...now it was making Rin partially flustered as he tried to think of anything about it, especially with the feeling of a certain part of her pressed to him. Thankfully, the newcomer helped with that. He would say he was supposed to come here to join a team called art, ado, seeming unsure what the team name was and annoyed about it, before looking to Rin and saying he was supposed to join team A and asking if he was in the right place. Rin was about to respond when Kamyu intervened; seeming to not have liked the guys comments and firing back with his own. Rin had found the guy amusing more than anything, despite his grumbles and exasperation and general attitude. Kamyu...not so much it seemed. Kamyu would clarify the team, to expect people in a dorm, that the guy should've checked to see what team he was joining, and commenting on his rudeness. He would then go on to say he would have to lose the attitude or sleep in the hallway, which made Rin chuckle slightly at the thought.
Next up to speak, after thankfully breaking the hug, was Kitsuko. She would respond as well, agreeing with Kam, and that she could smell he lost something quite badly? Rin figured she was just more perceptive on things than himself as he did not have that scent ability. 'He doesn't seem in the best of moods, but then again it could be his usual grouchy one,' Rin thought to himself, unsure. Kitsuko would comment on her missing being here, Rin just processing this all. 'This team will definitely be...interesting,' he thought to himself. Feeling like lightening the mood a tad bit, if this guy was their teammate, Rin would speak up as he activated his semblance. "Welcome to team Arctic~!" he would say as a small shower of arctic blue sparks, with about a 1.5ft radius, would appear behind his head for some dramatic flair with sound included (not very loud for reference, bit enough for everyone in the room to hear). "The names Rin; seems you'll be on my side of the room as bottom bunk. At least assuming this is the team you are joining, and that you don't end up sleeping in the hall or shower. What's your name?" Rin would introduce and ask the newcomer curiously with cheerful mood and chuckle. He hadn't received the best greeting earlier from Kamyu, but he seemed remorseful for it afterwards, so he was giving the new guy the benefit of the doubt for now as well. For now, he made no move to get closer to the guy or shake hands or anything; he was cool and content where he was and to see how the guy would respond to everything.

Apollo first looked to Kamyu, as he was first to address him, giving him a exhausted/irratable glance the lemur listened to what he had to say. The blue hair male made it easy to see he cared little for how the first impression seemed to go when it came to Apollo. Though he understood what Kamyu was saying he was not in the mood for...well anything really so this was just...yeah. "...take the time to care what team you are joining?" Why should he care what team he care? He was going to do what he needed to do anyway so who it was with didn't matter in the end. Apollo took a grumbled again but at the question about him being rude being his only quality or not, the lemur squinted at the male as he mentioned of sleeping in hallway was mentioned if he didn't fix himself. Apollo at this point felt the confrontation was even more draining and was simply going to take his losses by cutting it all short and lacking his wounds in silence. I do-. Apollo cut short what was to be his rebuttal and turned to the female dog? She introduced herself as A something and began chiming in on what the blue haired male had talked about. Apollo frowned up as the dog mentioned he "...lost something quite badly..." and something else about his pride. Pride? She can'tbe serious right? Apollo went to speak and tell A and her blue haired companion a few things but thought again it when the thought of his promise to turn himself around and settled for an exasperated sigh instead before the expression of disinterest crossed his brow. Fine...I just got here and I am not trying to sleep in the hallway just yet alright? The lemur said to both the dog female and the blue haired male rubbing his forehead. Apollo now let his gaze wander over to the dog male who made a rather decent attempt to lighten the mood with a reiteration of the teams name, that again went unremembered by the lemur, a introduction of himself and a bit of festive play and noise to jazz it. Apollo looking to the male couldn't understand his enthusiasm but appreciated the try at lightening up the mood all the same. Thanks... Apollo cursing himself the lemur sighed again and nodded to Rin. Look, I am supposed to be here in team A-whatever ok? I will do my best to stay out of everyone's way and in turn keeping my issues to a minimum ok? Apollo turns to the female dog and the blue haired male. That good with you both?

This made him happy. The fact that she was back. Eventually, she was going to have to tell them what happened. For now, she would accept that she was here and in one piece. While she was with Rin, he would pull out his scroll and message his blood brother and the moth. Putting it away, he would just chuckle as Aya was being Aya. Refusing to look decent in the presences of strangers. He wouldn't say anything else. It was typical and he could be used to it by now. Then it dawned on him, she was on a team of all males. That was just funny within itself, but the team would eventually learn of Kamyu's uniqueness. It seemed that both Aya and Rin had picked up on Apollo having lost something. He wondered how in the hell could they smell failure. "Help me. I am in the room with two of them." He said now that it dawned on him. If Rin was anything like Aya in terms of mischief, he was going to stay storming out the room fuming mad. For now, he would put that on the back burner.
With Apollo added to the circumstances, this was going to be peachy. "Good. I wouldn't want it to come to that at all." He responded to Apollo. "If that is what you want to do. Welcome to the team. I am Kamyu. If you can't say that, just call me Kam." He said as he went to get back in his bed and check his scroll for Svafnir answer. Depending on his answer, it would dictate if he was leaving the room or not.

Aya would look back at Apollo and slightly tilted her head ’a pretty boy, a cute boy, and a hot boy… this team is definitely one big eye candy for me’ her eyes would then look around as if she was a dog in a butcher’s shop, but that quickly changed as she slightly jumped in place and turned around to Rin’s little show “ah… right… I forgot you could do that” she said with a slight chuckle before she turned once again towards Apollo “I know it started a little off but I would want you to feel comfortable here and free. After all, it Is your dorm now as well. so yes, it is fine by me” she said with a small wink before going through her drawers, pulling out her panties and a hoodie before walking into the bathroom once again and closing the door behind her, she was after all almost completely naked other than the towel before. Around two minutes passed before Aya left the bathroom but this time she was wearing clothes “also Kyu, you already know I will never let anyone sleep in the shower. It’s my place to nap when I forget myself during a bath” she said while giggling before surprising Rin with another hug “oh I still can’t believe a precious friend of mine from home is in my team now! The responses of Tsukiko and Kamyu did not seem to be helping much with the person's reception, judging by the plethora of facial expressions he was displaying. In general though, it seemed like mostly annoyance and not having the energy to deal with it all. To the guys credit he didn't explode at least; whether he would or not normally Rin had no clue. Instead, he would seem to accept things as he said fine before mentioning he was not trying to sleep in the hallway as he rubbed his forehead. Rin felt now was the best time for lightening the mood and went ahead with his small display. The newcomer would give a thanks and sigh. At the same time, his little display would surprise Tsukiko which got a small smile to cross his own lips as she chuckled. Beacon was not ready for someone like him; or so he thought at the very least. He would also hear Kamyu say something about help and being in a room with these two, but he wasn't sure who the two in question were truthfully and didn't pursue it further. He would say he was supposed to be in the team A, apparently not catching on despite Rin pointing out what their team name was. He would say he would do his best to keep his issues under wraps and stay out of everyone's way, asking the others if that was alright. It seemed Kitsuko and Kamyu accepted his answer; the mood lightening noticeably all around which was a relief to Rin. He wasn't for the whole serious and tense vibes they were getting earlier. Kamyu would say it was good, that he didn't want it to come to the guy sleeping in the hall, welcome him to the team, and introduce himself. Aya would admit things started a little off, but that she wanted him to feel comfortable since this was all their dorms. Rin smiled a bit at that; glad things were calm now. Hopefully at least. For now though, the guy hadn't given him a name despite him asking...so he was just the mysterious stranger to Rin till he decided to do so.
Aya would then seem to go to her end of the room, pick out a panty and hoodie (the former of which he shuck a peak at but then kept his eyes away from), before heading into the shower...again. 'Note to self; get dibs on the shower first in the morning,' he thought to himself quietly. Seeing as they had a small bit of time before she would reappear, though it shouldn't take longer than thirty seconds in his mind, he would look briefly to Kamyu then the new guy. The former of which seemed to be on his bed messing with his scroll now. "This your first team or you being moved here from a different one Stranger?" Rin would ask the guy curiously; knowing he mentioned staying out of the way and keeping to himself but Rin was genuinely curious. He had to get to know the guy sleeping beneath him at some point after-all. 'Unless I can convince Kitsuko to mov-wait no, that would end badly,' he pondered to himself. After a minute or two, Kitsuko would come out; thankfully clothed this time around. She would comment that she could not let the new guy sleep in their as it was reserved for her; confirming to Rin that part of Aya had not changed since he last saw her in the tribe. He was caught off guard when she would suddenly hug him; one he returned warmly after a moment or two now that he no longer had...well he still felt them, but there was more than a towel between them at the very least this time. He would focus his mind elsewhere; thankfully she would speak. She would say she still couldn't believe she could see a precious friend again, and that things would be fun. Rin would've responded but...it felt like Aya was trying to crush him in the hug. Normally it wouldn't be bad but...it was getting kind of hard to breathe. "Kit...suko...It's great to...to see you too but...You're...suffocating...me..." he would let out as he tried to get any air in his lungs, feeling like his spirit was about to be squeezed out of his body.
