Ruvik CoughfieldHobbies:Comics: Ever since he was a small child, Roman's been reading comics. He started with Batman, his mom's favorite, and expanded. When he was a teen, his first job, 90% of his paychecks went to buying comics for his ever growing comic collection. He still does buy a lot of comics, branching away from the large brands like DC, to small indie comics. He constantly cycles through his 'favorite' comic and characters. At the moment he's obsessed with Harley Quinn comics that don't focus on Joker.
True crime: What's life without a bit of mystery? Roman will spend hours drawing and listening to true crimes. Unsolved murders, disappearances, 911 calls. He listens to it all. Listening to true crime isn't the same as reading it. He tried reading these things, but found himself getting way too paranoid and jumpy at night. He switched to listening to it, which often gives him inspiration for the 'darker' pieces he draws, but it also gives him a good sense of detachment.
Virtues:Charismatic: He's got a way with words, and seems to have effortless charm. Being easy on the eyes definitely helps too. Roman likes to think he can attract about anyone. He tries to be as approachable as possible, but sometimes this can come off as 'fake' or 'try hard'.
All-in: If Roman is in something, like a friendship, a relationship, he is all in. Heart on his sleeve, utterly devoted. Half-assing isn't something he'll do. Once Roman is in your life, he's there to stay unless something absolutely horrible happens. It would take an awful lot, though. This can take some time, however. He won't outright talk about himself, only answering questions when asked and rarely sharing his life stories with someone. It happens little by little, but very much on purpose.
Flaws:Impatient: Patience is something Roman has very little of. He's trying to work on it, but he really hates waiting. He hates waiting in line, he hates waiting on people. It's inconvenient if pizza takes more than thirty minutes. Most of the time it's just easy to get over, but sometimes it makes him snappy and ruins his day. One of the reasons he loves working from home is he doesn't have to deal with traffic.
Money minded: With a hobby and passion that can get pretty expensive, Roman is very much money minded and motivated. One of the reasons he stopped doing commissions for 'normal people' is because the industry paid better. Most of the tablets he owns, companies have sent him for free to review. Online he can be pretty rude to individuals who ask him if he does commission work, or even art trades/any form of free art. He's been called out over it more than once, but doesn't seem to really change.
