Cthulhu Mythos || Aimee adores horror. Specifically, her interest is in the Cthulhu mythos, and especially the Cthulhu mythos as shared concept. She loves that from the beginning, like myths of old, the mythos has been developed not just by Lovecraft but by his correspondents, friends, and even by incorporating works from older authors. She happily devours any and all mythos-related works, from books to TV shows to video games, and she runs a weekly Call of Cthulhu campaign with a few friends.
Hedonism || Aimee loves life, and she loves living. She's a huge partier and a lover of finer things. Good food, good drinks, a club full of beautiful people--Aimee is there, and she's gonna make sure she's having a great time. She loves to go out and party with friends, and even study groups and gaming sessions will always be played up a little for maximum fun. We all have a limited time on Earth, after all--and Aimee wants to enjoy every second of hers.
Virtues:
Playful || Aimee loves to have fun. She also loves to make sure everyone else around her is having fun. She loves to laugh and joke and have a good time with friends and strangers and as many people as possible, and genuinely, she just wants people to live their best lives. She does her best not to be malicious in her play, even accidentally; if someone doesn't seem to be having a good time, Aimee will do her best to encourage them and try to get them in on the fun, but if they'd prefer not to, she'll leave them alone. Everyone's got their own limits, after all, and Aimee does her best to respect that.
Gregarious || Aimee finds it very easy to get along with people. She's chatty, friendly, and likes initiating conversations; it's all in good fun and all in service of getting to know new and interesting folks. While she doesn't exactly dive deep with people most oft he time, she still does her best to make them feel welcome wherever she is, and to generally be a bright, sparkly light for other people.
Flaws:
Unserious || Aimee struggles to take things seriously, even in grave circumstances. She's often quippy, glib, and casual at times when it's not warranted, and while some of it is definitely a coping mechanism for fear, it's still not great, and people rightfully get frustrated with her for not seeming to take anything seriously, ever. On the flipside, Aimee is capable of getting serious, but it basically takes seriously, directly dangerous circumstances, for her or someone she cares about....and at that point, she is going to get very, deadly serious.
Enigmatic || Aimee strongly prefers that, unless you're close to her, you don't know her. Most friends are kept at arm's length, and Aimee prefers not to let them get too close to her. It's hard for her to trust fully, and she prefers being an alluring mystery to being a known quantity. This complicates her personal relationships greatly, as people feel as if she's lying to them or keeping secrets when, in Aimee's opinion, she's just protecting herself. Generally, her ways of showing she cares aren't really compatible with other people's, and this makes it hard for Aimee to make people understand when she does.
