Personality Sy has an almost contradicting personality. She is shy when it comes to being around others, especially in large groups, which results in her cheeks being a constant pink color but she strives to always be kind. Helping others, even if it makes her uncomfortable with her shy demeanor, is something she likes to do. However, this leaf earthling has a habit of being distant. Generic things like her name, age, and family are easily gained, but anything deeper and she seems to close up. There is one that she doesn't clam up for and that is her twin, though she does confide in her mother on occasion.
In large groups Sy experiences some anxiety from being overwhelmed. It is that reaction that causes both her shyness and her distance. By being distant she saves herself the chance of others not liking her for her shyness, which it turn causes her to stutter a bit here and there.
Sy does have a habit of chewing on her nails when she feels overwhelmed with the company of others, which happens to be a tell to her inner thoughts. Not that she would tell anyone how she feels.
There is some prejudice in her concerning other races, though mostly she seems to avoid them rather than hate them. She feels they are better off in their own areas away from where her people live. If ever she were to come across someone of another race it is likely she would run or hide. If Sy had to interact with them she would find it doubly hard to get past her stutter. As far as Obans are concerned, Sy fears them because she lost her father to the war. While she was not overly close to her father it was still a very powerful blow to the family. She holds no grudge for his death, only fear that is could also be her fate. Not being a fighter she wishes to never come across any Obans.
Her relationship with her twin is what any would expect. She cares for them an opens up easily enough. There are times when she is with her twin that others may get a true glimpse of who she is hiding beneath all the shyness and distance that seems to be her main defense. Often times when they are together her twin will speak for her to alleviate her from having to deal with the awkwardness.

Syqvara and her twin came into the world easily and grew up half sheltered from the war as it took place. Sy feared anything to do with the fighting since she had no brutal bone to speak of. Though she hardly had to worry about it much as her mother made sure to keep her far from the violence, knowing her child had next to no aggression,and Sy has never held any animosity against her mother for the protection. When the war ended it was a relief to her and she was free to think and pursue a path that didn't involve being a fighter. Despite her obvious shyness, Syqvara wants to pursue the path of a Shaman since it is what most appeals to her.
As she grew Syqvara gained a bit more confidence to be around others, though it was set back by the loss of her father to the war. She has been slowly working to get more and more outgoing, as she would need more social skills to become a full Shaman to her people. Despite her choice being a battle class, she feels it is what best fits her. Being musical or otherwise requires a certain skill that she does not possess and while she does not wish to fight, it doesn't mean she can't learn to defend herself to reach her goal. Sy does plan to venture out and find a familiar that will give her a confidence boost, though for now she has been too hesitant to really get the ball rolling on that.
