xxxxx※A few years ago a group of self-proclaimed saiyan "scientists" and an intergalactic traveling witch, who looked like a saiyan but defiantly doesn't act like one, took an undisclosed number of below average saiyan babies for their experiments, (which later became known as the Rune Project). Using a blood sacrifice of a frost demon and a ton of magic runes they attempted to augment the babies. Only one survived the full process, which included the rapid ageing and memory overwriting spells that came after the blood sacrifice and rune carving. Being implanted with false memories, Betrute believes he is the witch's son that grew up like any other saiyan.
xxxxx※Betrute has been working for the saiyan army for the past three years and now he has been sent to earth with his current orders being to deliver a letter from Planta to Veera then test the strength of earth's strongest warriors without letting his identity becoming known. Then, failing to keep his identity hidden when he delivers the letter, Betrute is remotely given new orders to stay with Veera and support her in her attempts to take back her throne.
