Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen of the NSTG!
Today’s my 40th birthday and I am ecstatic today. Nyah ha ha ha! cheese_whine
I am ecstatic because I did not expect to live long enough to celebrate my 40th birthday after surviving two heart attacks and multiple cardiac arrests last year. I hope to live long and prosper and live long enough to celebrate many more birthdays in future. I would like to continue to be around for my family and friends, I would like my heart to continue to recover and I want to be able to get fit enough to run again. cheese_whine

I hosted a Birthday Party + Random Annual Family Gathering to make up for the Annual Family Gatherings I was unable to host last year and I enjoyed my birthday celebration. cheese_whine
