✷ There are 5 different contests. Each day has a new theme.
✷Enter on the day that each contest is active. This is roughly from 12am PST to 11:59pm PST... or any time sort of close to that range. Don't be more than, like, 3 hours outside of that range. Please feel free to peek into the spoilers and plan your avatars ahead of time (especially Friday's), but don't post them early.
✷Post your entry in this thread by filling out an entry form. You can find the entry form right under the description of the contest.
✷ One entry (per day) per person. Please, no mules.
✷Please save your own entries, upload to an image hosting site (like imgur.com) and include the link in the form. If you can't save your avatar, let me know and I will do it for you. I'll check in periodically throughout the day. Don't change your avatar until I've quoted to say that I have it!
✷ The following are the specifics about any restictions on these contests: There are no price restrictions Human and Paw avatars are welcome. All entries will be judged as one group. You may use your own items, the Dress Up search (all Gaia) or Avatar Builder. Fun extra: If you use the "all Gaia" search in Dress Up, click this link to see a regular-sized image of your creation. Click save on that image to upload. This is not required.
✷Winners will be announced at the end of the event. Each person may only place up to two times. I am recruiting a judge to pick the winners. The judge is well versed with Gaia and avatars. They aren't an NSTG member. I know this isn't the summer event and I therefore don't need to be impartial.. but.. I'm gonna have the judge call the shots anyway. XD As usual, the judge will only be provided with images (no usernames). I will only ask them for a redo with their decision if they happen to pick any entrant to win 3+ times. ...It happens.

✮ Newbie Day ✮ In honor of newbies, please dress using at least one piece of newbie gear. The possible gear is listed below. Your mission: Make an outfit that doesn't look newbie. (This doesn't mean "rich." Just make a well put together outfit.) The newbie item you choose must be visible (but maybe try to disguise it a little). It doesn't count if the judge can't see it. You may use more than one of these items, but I can't guarantee that the judge will give any bonus points for it.
Choose from the following items: A peasant item in gray, tan or brown (recolors don't count) The "starter" items. Basically, any item that has "starter" in its name AND is found in the gold shops. On the marketplace listing of an item, the "Available From" line should link to a gold shop.

✮ Friendship ✮ Please make an avatar that celebratesfriendship. Avatars must include a companion item. Most people you find on Gaia are human. We recognize that not all friends are human, so your companion friend may also be nonhuman. (The item doesn't need to have the "companion" tag to be eligible. Many friends are found in items without that tag too.)

✮ Blue & Gold Formal ✮ Come dressed in your best blue and goldformal attire in honor of tonight's Awards Ceremony! The NSTG colors are cornflower blueand goldenrod. The avatar you submit into this contest may be different from the one you wear to the ceremony (ie, you're allowed to submit entries with items you don't own). Please try to dress up when you attend the ceremony. Hint; the judge of this contest understands that it's difficult to match the exact guild colors so try your best to make a formal outfit that uses whatever shade of blue and gold/yellow you come up with. Props for getting close.
