A simple, comfortably lit room. Rosa took great care in making it as comfortable for herself as possible, and as welcoming for others who should visit her in the castle as she could. She managed to find a room with a couple of nice windows and a relatively large closet which she none the less only filled about half way.

Rosa Li' Denosé Broken Crown B Ranked Mage: "Enchantress"

Rosa. Rosa the alarm is going off. Nnnnnnoooooo... No it's not... Shut it off...
As the door to her room opened, Rosa floated across the floor quickly to her bed and sat before allowing her wings to dissipate. She left the door open for Iris to join her, and snapped her fingers to turn on the lights around the room. They kicked in along the floorboards and the trim around the ceiling, providing a comfortable, soft light for the room. She snapped her fingers again, and the floorboards, ceiling, and walls all began to glow softly as well. There was a faint humming, but too low and quiet to be of bother to anyone within. Even the door and it's frame glowed dimly.
As Iris entered, Rosa motioned for her to close the door without speaking. Once she had, the redhead would lay back on her bed with a tired groan. "My clone will be here soon with the princesses. I'll dismiss her then summon her again. Would you stay with me until then?" She paused, waiting both for an answer and to clear her mind for a moment. The redhead turned her eyes to Iris and just waited for a few more moments, uncertainty and confusion emanating from her to the doctor in the room with her. "...so no one can hear us in here, not even Kumori or Evelyn... so... what do you think about what happened back there? Will she be okay? She seemed to be worried about hurting us, deep in the haze of her hunger... I'm concerned for her, if she was that hungry. I appreciate that she hasn't been out just drinking people but... it can't be good for her to completely starve herself of blood if she needs it that badly..." She sighed and sat up looking around her room.
It was no secret around the castle that Rosa liked her privacy. It was also no secret that Kumori disliked letting people have privacy. Sure, the light was annoying at times, but she much preferred it to having him come into her room uninvited. "Oh ummm... take a seat in the chair or on the bed if you like. I can scoot over if you want me to? And ummm... t-thank you for letting me talk to Evelyn, and waiting around for my sake... really, I mean it. Thank you." She smiled at her tutor sheepishly, expecting a full scale reprimanding for her reckless behavior, given that she'd gotten off quite lightly back in front of Evelyn's door.
Rosa? Rosa, come on, answer me. I know you can hear me. No. Tired. Lemme sleep.

IRIS Left to her thoughts, Iris mind wandered as she comprehended what occurred with Lady Evelyn. It didn't really change much about their relationship, though she felt she became privy to something she shouldn't have. If it wasn't a secret, it would be known to everyone, right? Then again, neither her or Rosa were ones to go run about the mouth... Iris put those thoughts away as they approached the young woman's room. As she entered behind her, the lights would flick on with a snap, illuminating the small homely chamber. She shut the door behind her, glancing around the room that she honestly never been in all this time.
While Iris was trying to put it behind them and pretend they didn't see or hear anything, Rosa was just the opposite. Of course, because she was worried about Evelyn, but it wasn't as if this was new for their empress. Then again, it was the first she ever showed signs of her vampire traits. What changed? "...I'm not entirely sure. Master Evelyn must have some way of managing her urges. Either it isn't working anymore or she's been neglecting her management. Whatever the case, I'm sure she can take care of herself" Iris insisted. Taking a seat beside Rosa on the bed, she would take her injured hand to take a better look at the wound. "I can't stay long, you understand. But while I'm here, I'll do something about this. You should never cauterize a wound unless you absolutely have to. This...was not one of those times" she lightly scolded. The ring on her thumb would begin to glow a bright green color and a bright green aura would cover her hand. Gently pressing it to Rosa's wound, she would begin the treatment of easing her pain and healing the damaged tissue.
Iris refrained from making eye contact, focusing on healing the injury, though she heard what Rosa had to say. "...I would be lying if I said I didn't care. Back when you asked me to mentor you, I was surprised, but I didn't think much of it. I thought you were a rash, loudmouth; what could I possibly teach you? That was when I hardly knew you. Now... Hmm...well that much is still true, though I was wrong that I couldn't instruct you. I also feel our time together has helped close that bridge between us. Personally, I value our Mentor/Student relationship; despite your reckless actions and sometimes questionable decisions, I could not ask for a better pupil. Though I understand if you do not feel the same, that's alright" she admitted nonchalantly. Finishing the treatment, the ring would fade and return to it's dormant color. What was left of Rosa's injury was a bright thin red line on her palm. She sat up, taking a small inhale before finally looking at her student. "There. That's as much as I can do for you. Next time, refrain from burn treatment for an easy to dress cut. Also refrain from willingly injuring your hands. They're important instruments for a doctor and a growing swordswoman such as yourself. You must take better care of them" Iris explained.

Rosa. Rosa the alarm is going off. Nnnnnnoooooo... No it's not... Shut it off... Rosa listened patiently to Iris's rather grounded and levelheaded analysis of Evelyn's situation. It made sense, honestly. She knew this wouldn't be new for Evelyn, but the revelation of it still stunned her. Sure the signs had been there, but there was no confirmation until just this moment. " I understand your point, but... if she can't control it very well anymore or if she hasn't been bothering to, but are really worrying possibilities. I may be mad at her, but I still care and worry about her... and hhhhaaahhhh... I hope you're right." She nodded when Iris said she couldn't stay long, but froze slightly as the reprimanding started. " I... I know! But she was so hungry still, and I thought leaving my bleeding hand exposed like that around her would be unwise. And... thank you." She exhaled softly as the healing began. It was more gentle than her own magic, by far; and much better at actually healing people. She did not expect this sort of confession off hand, and the realization that Iris thought so little of her at first stung considerably. She couldn't deny she acted without enough thought or spoke too much sometimes... but being unteachable before even getting to know her? That hurt a little. The redhead's shoulders slumped and her face lowered as she took in the immediate implications. But the rest of her mentor's explanation made Rosa smile brightly. Almost literally, even. " Well, I admit to being more than a little brash at times... and I... okay I might be a little rash... and I know I probably wasn't an easy student to take on. But... thank you for sticking with me. I treasure your mentoring, and I think of you as a good friend, Iris." She froze again at the praise, unsure of how to accept it. " I wouldn't be able to learn much if you weren't a great teacher..." When her hand was released, and Rosa sighed, looking at her palm. It would probably not scar too badly, given Iris's work. For now it would serve as a reminder to her not to act so rashly when trying to help others. Then the chewing out started back in gently, and the girl hung her head in mock exasperation. " I know, I know... I was dumb. I didn't even really mean to burn it closed. It just... sorta dawned on me that leaving a bloody wound open near a thirsty vampire was maybe not so smart. I promise not to cut my hand again though... that I admit was very dumb." Rosa? Rosa, come on, answer me. I know you can hear me. No. Tired. Lemme sleep.
