As the youngest of the Lenz sisters, Oleander has never really felt the weight of responsibility like Rouge or Dracaena. She had a rather easy and ordinary lifestyle as they were all raised in Patches, Vale. Though it was a rather happy existence, she would spend much time either with her twin or on her own when not baking with her mother (more like making messes).
One day, when she was around eight years old, her father came home early with a strange device; a camera. After showing her how to use it, she could hardly put it down. Learning how to use it, develop pictures, it became a special activity with her dad, and she loved every moment of it. Given the freedom to travel around Patches on her own, camera in hand, only started fanning the flames of what would someday become her growing wanderlust.
Growing up with her twin, she always knew she had been different. Like when their aunt had come to visit. Oleander would not speak of what had happened during that visit, only would say that she was glad when their aunt left. Making friends with her sister growing up, they all would enter school and started as Team L.O.N.G.; determined to become a hunters and huntresses. But sadly, due to fighting among themselves, the team disbanded in the early years. While Drac found herself a new team Oleander felt the need to be with others as much as they would try to get Ole to come with them; she felt the need to find her own similar souls.
She always tried to remain close to her family, but she could not deny her desires for adventure and travel. As Drac showed interest in her schooling at Beacon, Oleander dropped out and started doing more freelance works (photography, helping those around Vale, and those outside of Vale).
When Drac and Ole had turned eighteen, Ole would get a letter via raven while abroad. She had had a bad feeling when she'd fainted while on a wild shoot; as was the empathy only a twin would know. Getting on the first ship that was leaving, she would arrive a day before her sister came to. The horror of almost losing her other half was the only thing that kept her from answering her sister's pleas to see the rest of her team, per her father's orders (nearly breaking Ole's heart). In the months to come, Ole never left Drac's side until she was sure that her twin could be left on her own (nearly a year).
With her sister alright once more, Oleander would try to get Drac to come along on her adventures, maybe even be a traveling medic. Much as she expected, Dracaena would deny her. So, Oleander would travel on her own (and sometimes get in trouble when going to "restricted" areas for a great shot). She always returns to see her family and sends a postcard via raven though.

Love the drawbacks for the semblance, it feels wonderfully balanced. Only things to say would be the characters drawback doesn't feel valid as it isn't explicitly exploitable. The other being carrying a bow and a spear as secondary weapons would impede your movement a lot as you don't have any talents or skills in carrying, so if you wanted to keep them I'd like to see this drawback somewhere on your npc

█PRIMARY WEAPON █ ▬ Beast Fang is a simple weapon of strong steel. When inactive, they look like harmless paw and rests at the wrist where the wearer has it connected on their person. When fully extended, claws/fingers are covered/protected and three blades protrude that are otherwise sheathed/stored in the wrist area. █Melee Form ▬ Three 5-inch blades protrude from between each knuckle. In a second form, to make them more stable and less likely to just detach after an attack, the shorter claws that covered the fingers elevate and metal fortifies between each blade. █Ranged Form ▬ N/A █Other Form(s) ▬ The weapon's first form when activated is it looks like short claws that go just past and protect the knuckles. It's second transformation covers the entire top of the user's hands and extends a handle/grip to keep it stable. █Ammo Type ▬ N/A █ ▬ Close-ranged combat only, no ranged. Retractable and compact but a little weighty on each wrist.

As she levels up, the chain of memories she can alter increases by one. █*LEVEL 0 ▬ Able to alter 1 chain/association of memories of per person touched. █*LEVEL 1 ▬ Able to alter up to 2 chain/association of memories of per person touched. █*LEVEL 2 ▬ Able to alter up to 3 chain/association of memories per person touched. █*LEVEL 3 ▬ Able to alter up to an entire day's worth of chain/associative memories per person touched. █*DRAWBACKS ▬ Needs to be touching the person for 3 consecutive posts. ▬ Requires a 5 post rest. ▬ Trying to erase a chain of memories past her level will replace the previously erased chain of memories, making the PC/NPC remember said previously erased chain of memories. ▬ Must have PC/NPC permission. ▬ Must be told the memory in detail or have witnessed said memories. ▬ Effect wears off over time, how long is determined by the controller of the PC/NPC.
