Secretly burned into his skin, he has the Latin name for each of the Seven Sins and Seven Virtues.
Luxuria(Lust) and Castitas(Chastity) are burned into his skin just where his pelvis starts, above his "nethers".
Gula(Gluttony) and Temperantia(Temperance) are burned across his stomach, towards the left.
Avaritia(Greed) and Caritas(Charity) are burned into his skin within his right palm.
Acedia(Sloth) and Industria(Diligence) are burned into his skin, down his spine.
Ira(Wrath) and Patientia(Patience) are burned into his skin across his heart.
Invidia(Envy) and Humanitas(Kindness) are burned into his skin under his left eye.
Superbia(Pride) and Humilitas(Humility) are burned into his skin across his forehead.

Master Magic User - Herrscher is able to learn almost any Magic in the world, and if taught by another person, can master it almost immediately (due to Hollow fixing up him and the other Rebirthed).
Enhanced Senses - Herrscher's five basic senses, along with his reflexes and other skills, have all been enhanced by Hollow upon being reborn into this new world. Mostly as a way of apologizing for killing him and the others.
Enhanced Strength and Durability - These two seem to go hand and in hand. Herrscher's own strength and toughness are above the average human's,
allowing him to dish out more damage, and take more damage.
Immense Magical Power - Herrscher's (like the other Rebirthed) magical power seems to be near infinite, allowing him to dish out spell after spell without getting tired. Even though there is a limit, he does not know what it is.
Enhanced Intellect and Memory - Herrscher has proven to have some brains behind all of his brawn. He's able to figure out most things very quickly, or even think up great strategies. He can also play a great game of chess. His memory has also been greatly enhanced, and he could tell you exactly what something looked like from three weeks ago, even if he looked at it for only a few seconds.
Dancing - A rather useless skill in this world. He was forced to learn how to dance when he was forced into an engagement. Though he took a liking to it, and learned a bunch of different moves.
Instrument Enthusiast - Herrscher loves to play a variety of instruments, even if he may be no good at playing them. Though he excels at playing the guitar and violin, with the piano following close behind.
Cooking/Baking - He's a great cook and baker,and can make some pretty good food and desserts with whatever cooking equipment he has.
Intimidation: An incredibly powerful physical ability that only a rare few have the capacity to use, a technique in which powerful individuals can instill fear into their opponents by completely and utterly overwhelming their senses and bodies by exuding their true power in massive volumes, slowly crushing their will to battle and crushing their confidence to dust. Normally activated by either performing a physically imposing feat (such as displaying their strength or making frightening features) or creating realistic frightening illusions by unleashing their murderous intent and magic energy to the absolute max, which can instill fear into any weaker being and cause them to lose consciousness.
Often called the Spirit Shout this skill is non-magic in nature and can only be produced by those in possession of a presence and willpower that is vastly more powerful than ordinary people. This technique is most commonly seen used by Kartotinis's most powerful warriors and wizards, as they are the only ones possessing the "potential" for utilizing such an advanced technique, often seen as a badge of honor that symbolizes just how unique they are, putting them in a league of their own.

╠ ʙ ᴀ ᴄ ᴋ ɢ ʀ ᴏ ᴜ ɴ ᴅ x ɪ ɴ ғ ᴏ ╣: ◆ Pᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟɪᴛʏ: Caelestis goes under the guise of two different personalities. One is how he acts whenever he's working as the God of Existence/All-Father of the Titans. His other is his more normal personality.
When working as the God of Existence/All-Father of the Titans, Caelestis takes on a much more stern personality, keeping calm and composed in many situations. Although it is easy to break this, causing him to show a slight state of panic or confusion, though he does his best to quickly fix this. He shows respect to those equal in standing or of a higher ranking than him, even if he finds them to be despicable. He seems to be much more calculated and thoughtful when he's like this, being able to pay even more attention to the tiniest of details. He's one to answer a question with another question instead of giving a straight answer, in order to keep one on their toes, and likely get an answer out of them instead. He seems to keep the safety of his allies in mind, usually jumping forward in order to protect them from any sorts of insults or discrimination, getting overprotective of them. Although he usually does his best to keep this under wraps, as he hates making anyone else feel weak. But even when he does get like this, he doesn't break his stern look, making it look as if he is glaring at whoever currently has his attention. Although, it must be remembered that he only gets like this whenever he's working as the God of Existence/All-Father of the Titans, and not actually being himself.
In truth, Caelestis is a much more likable person, who could easily gain the respect and loyalty of the people he meets. His personality is one that gives off an air of familiarity, as if he's someone that you've met before, in the past. Due to this, it is quite easy for him to make friends rather quickly with other people. Even if he has never met them before. He's the kind of person that does what he can to make sure that no one gets too injured because of something he did, or a choice he made. He seems to severely dislike those that pick on the weak and helpless, deciding to take matters into his own hand. Though usually the person he's trying to help usually doesn't want his help. Even so, he will help them anyway, so that they don't get injured. He's usually calm and composed, but also has, as some have put it, a nasty habit of poking his nose where it does not belong, and can get into trouble because of this. He frequently becomes concerned about things that others have no interest in, a trait he does not outgrow even when told he cannot concern himself with other people's business. Despite all of this, he still cares for those he senses seem to be in trouble, always doing his best to help them get out of a bind. He also seems to care largely for children, no matter how old or young they may be. Even though he has no children of his own, he seems to have a rather fatherly personality around those he can refer to as children. Despite how he looks, he seems to be a "plushie" type person, someone who is always open to most forms of love and attention such as, but not limited to; hugs, kisses (on the forehead or cheek, if friends), hand holding, etc. Though it should be noted that, at times, even he has been known to develop a crush, and seem to flirt heavily with the person who has gained his affection. It seems that it doesn't work the other way around though, as he will be completely clueless if someone starts flirting with him first.

◆ Oᴛʜᴇʀ Iɴғᴏʀᴍᴀᴛɪᴏɴ: Caelestis is one of the Rebirthed, brought back to life in this world through unknown means by... well, the Existence itself. In truth, he's from a completely alternate Existence, having been sent here to discover why this Existence, alongside five others, have suddenly appeared out of literally Nothingness.
He was once the Magic King who united all Seven Sectors under himself in The World of Saulės šviesa Akadimía, bringing peace for thousands of years. He then got into a battle with an entity that could easily destroy all of existence. He decided to sacrifice his entire self in order to seal this entity away; but in the process, he erased the entirety of his existence, causing all but his father, Khemia Onigashima, his Familiars and other creatures he has pacts with to forget who he was. Even his own memories were gone, and he had no idea who he was, either.
Although after time had passed, and he went on many adventures, he slowly regained all of his memories, alongside his original abilities and such. He then took on this mysterious entity, who was none other than Wolloh, the Anti-God alternate to Hollow. After this battle, Caelestis (who was known as Herrscher at the time) was given the choice to succeed either Hollow or his father, Kehmia Onigashima. He decided to succeed both of them, so that neither the Gods and Goddesses nor the Titans would go completely extinct and disappear from all Existence forever. But a few thousand years later, six Existences popped up from the Nothingness and now, he's been sent to figure out why.
