Personality: A Caring & loving Queen of Kyrandia's undersea Counterpart. She's like an angel to her siblings & has a lovely singing voice that matches her sweet nature.

History: Married to the Sea King of Kyrandia's undersea counterpart and the mother of 6 Children (with Lena being the youngest sibling), she is knowledgeable in Magic, Literature, Art & Music. At a young age of 16, she was wonderful writer in her mermaid pod before leaving to meet the Sea King and falling in love with him. As token of Land and Sea's friendship, a Special Sword was given to her, a Sword containing powerful magic.

Weaknesses: Like most Mystics, her power comes from the Kyragem that's housed in Castle Kyrandia in the Surface World along with one stored in Kyranda's Marine World and that power maybe limited if the Kyragem falls into the wrong hands as it did several years ago.

Strengths: Lydia is very strong in magic thanks to her studies during her time with her husband, The Sea King, after marrying him & her spells range from just about anything.

Personality: He is considerate and chivalrous as he easily lending his hand for others by showing Courage, Wisdom & Compassion to those in need. As his acts allowed him to defeat Malcolm the Jester by turning him to Stone, freeing the Kyragem's power & winning the Crown of Kyrandia.


History:
= Legend of Kyrandia Book 1
When he was still a baby, his parents were assassinated, and his grandfather Kallak secretly took young Brandon in a rural area beyond the Timbermist woods far away from Castle Kyrandia. He was raised in a hollow tree house, kept ignorant of his royal status.

Malcolm however returned and Brandon found his grandfather turned into stone. He sought the help of Brynn, Darm & Zanthia to build the powers of the Amulet. He recovered the royal relics and defeated Malcolm which was several years ago.

= Present Day
After winning the Crown, he received a vision from the dead father, King William the Generous, that he needed to find a wife to provide an heir to the throne. Knowing what to do, he removes his King's Crown and dons his Feathered Adventurer's Cap in his quest for love.


Weaknesses: Ruling a Kingdom on his own, Brandon maybe loved by his people but needs a queen for companionship & to provide an heir to the throne. Other than that, his power comes from the Kyragem that's housed in Castle Kyrandia in the Surface World and that power maybe limited if the Kyragem falls into the wrong hands as it did several years ago.

Strengths: Like Lydia from Kyrandia's undersea counterpart, he is also very strong in magic & is armed with his Amulet, Magic Shield & Sword of the First King.

Side Note: Brandon's Adventurers following him have many things in common with the Prinnies of the Disgaea series.

Personality: Linda is a polite, caring & careful person as both Caretaker and Chancellor to King Brandon. She's Brandon's mentor and a sister figure to him. Ever since Brandon became king of Kyrandia, she grew protective of him and understands that his happiness is what matters most.

History: After Brandon won the Crown when he stopped Malcolm the Jester, she was hired by Brandon to be both Castle Caretaker & Chancellor. She also became Brandon's mentor after Brandon was crowned as King. When Brandon begun his search for a Maiden to become his queen & provide an heir to the throne, she sent out invitations from Castle Kyrandia to the maidens of Kyrandia. During the celebration, Linda felt a little sorry that none of the guests that were invited fit his idea of a queen.

Weaknesses: Her emotions sometimes cloud her judgment when it comes to Brandon's safety, even putting herself in harm's way.

Strengths: Although she's both a Caretaker and Chancellor, she is skilled in magic.

Side Notes: Many of the male adventurers employed by the king have unrequited crushes on her.

History: Johnathan is one of King Brandon's most elite Adventurers in Kyrandia. He plans to protect Brandon alongside his Undersea Counterpart; the Sea King, by defending his land of Kyrandia & beyond.

Personality: Brandywine may be born as a Rare Purple Dragon but she has a loving heart & is really wise. But can be protective of her home & friends when there's danger.

History: She used to live with Darm in his hut amidst Timbermist before Brandon became King. As Darm's assistant she mainly corrects and translates her master's tangling gibberish, jogs his memory, or just helps out in general with useful information. After Brandon became King, she moved to Castle Kyrandia and during Brandon's first year, the Alchemist Zanthia was able to create a formula which granted Brandywine a human form.

Weaknesses: NA

Strengths: As a Rare Purple Dragon, she can wield many abilities that other Dragonkins can't, not just the Elemental Breaths (Fire, Electricity, Ice, Water, Wind, Earth, etc.) while in Dragon Form.

Strengths: Her Spiritual Magic is strong enough to break the Darkness's Hold on any victim, freeing their hearts & minds from corruption, as well as negate Dark Storms that threaten to destroy worlds & resist corruption. But for the Victims outside Kyrandia, she would have to use her magic in a wider range.
