History: Being one of the Youngest Mermaids in Mermaid Lagoon, she has the most beautiful singing voice in Neverland. She is good friends with Penelope & Peter. She travels to the surface world to check to see how her friend; Penelope, is doing.

Weaknesses: Even though she is new to the Human World, she has a lot to learn & hopes to see what's in store for her; Present and Future. However, she can be quite naive and childish. She sometimes can be an incorrigible gossip who pokes her nose into everything that happens at the school she attends. Unfortunately, she frequently misinterprets things she sees and hears about, resulting in embarrassment and complications.

Strengths: Even without her luck swaying things in her favor, Charlotte's attitude remained constantly cheerful and optimistic. She has shown to have a knack for finding long-lost and valuable items. History: He is labeled as a perfect man; he cooks and works very well.
