Back in the Holiday 2017 raffle, I won < this premade by Blue who I would make into Sailor Adorea, Senshi of Optimism -- and she's gone more than a bit ignored since then.
In the interest of getting her some play like she richly deserves, I've decided to rehome her! There's just some things you'll need to know:
Powered name and sphere must stay the same, but you can rewrite her attacks if you want! You must rename her civilian side. You'll need to post to have the Masterlist and Front Page Icons updated. Since she's a rehomed character, winning her will not put you on powered cooldown!
In the interest of getting her into play, you must have a finished profile posted in Application Quests by April 20th, 2019. This can absolutely just be her profile as-stands with her new civilian name, but it needs to get posted!
To enter, just fill out this form! If you have five or less characters total you get an extra ticket, and if you have one or no powered characters you get two extra tickets! (Characters that have been claimed for but have no art/characters that have art but aren't approved yet still count towards this total!)

She'll be subject to character development but I really like the base concept you already have as a starting point!
Power wise, I may rewrite it slightly to fit my style a bit better but that would be the only immediate difference if there were any adjustments.
