Hobbies:
windowsill gardening: It's too much trouble to tend to a proper garden, but succulents on her windowsills, little rows of flowers? That she can manage. It's something Shira has to keep constant awareness of, and it helps her split her focus.
keeping updated: Shira is always, always aware of the latest news, the latest big upheavals in politics, the latest news from the fashion world - ambiently or not, she likes to keep tabs on a never-ending list of news sites to get every perspective she can find (as long as it's from people who would not be okay with her death), and she's often found with a newspaper in her hands in the mornings - or a magazine or two, later in the day.
Virtues:
optimistic: If there's a silver lining to be found, Shira's already there for it. Things can always be good if you squint, and she's plenty fine with the squinting - people are basically good, really, and you can always make something out of nothing with a little elbow grease. This is never the end.
decisive: Shira doesn't tend to get stuck on things for too long. She makes the best decision she can with the information available to her - and if it turns out badly, there's no way she could have known it, so she doesn't beat herself up over it.
Flaws:
poor word choice: Shira comes off as far more aggressive as she actually is - something about the way she unconsciously chooses her words tends to make her come off, er, more than a little mean. It's not that she means to be blunt or obnoxious - something about the way she talks means people tend to categorize her as more than a little bitchy, and often just flat-out nasty.
shira rushes in: THERE IS NO TIME FOR HESITATION SHIRA IS THERE. Unfortunately, in most cases. Second thoughts? Taking her time to consider the situation? Nah, buddy. Shira's already waist-deep in the situation and she's yelling 'hey guys hurry up'. Shira has never thought twice about something in her life; she's painfully impulse-driven, and often only stops to consider things if someone else is there to actually make her do it.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Pale blue.
Hair: Red, necklength, messy in a styled sort of way. Two distinct sidebangs framing her face.
Face: Freckly, vaguely tan in the vaguest of ways, small ears and the tiniest bit of an underbite. A few shades paler than her sister.
Clothes: Not a big fan of simplicity, Shira tends towards going a little retro - specifically, refitted 1950s-style retro (with a little 60s and 40s in there as well).

Adorea calls the name of her attack and smiles at an ally; the ally will immediately feel like everything is going to turn out well, that everything is going to be okay, and scrapes/abrasions will be healed for as long as the magic lasts.
The effects of this attack last 30 seconds, and it can be used three times a battle.
Super Sailor Scout Attack: Adorea Optimistic Wink!
Adorea calls the name of her attack and winks at an ally; the ally will immediately feel like what they're doing is going to turn out better than okay, that it's going to be perfect, that the 'good guys' are going to win and everyone's going to get out alive. Minor wounds on the ally will be healed for as long as the magic lasts.
This attack lasts 30 seconds and can be used twice a battle.
Eternal Sailor Attack: Adorea Think Positive!
Sailor Adorea calls out her attack and turns to an ally; the ally regains one use of an Eternal attack (or lower-level equivalent) or 30 seconds of Knight magic duration (it can only restore magic that has already been used, and cannot restore magic presently being channeled), and the ally is imbued with unshakable optimism and determination for 45 seconds after Adorea casts.
This effect lasts 45 seconds and can be used once a battle.
