[ The man ]
Virtues: Fertile Mind - Always a thinker. There's always a million things going on in Fletcher's restless mind; a string of lyrics, cords to a new song, sketching out new ideas for tattoos or album cover art. Always thinking, always creating and planning. It's rare to find him wandering around with out a notebook tucked away in a pocket or held under his arm, pencil secured in the spiral binding.
Eager - From a very young age Fletch has shown a natural vigor for life and experience that's lead him down many an interesting path. He's not afraid to try new things, even when they seem a little risky. Life is for living, he wants to experience as much as he can while he's still able to do so, and hesitance and fear are the death of creativity.
Flaws:Addictive personality - When Fletcher falls into a routine or a habit he falls
hard, and while that isn't always a bad thing, when it comes to certain routines, and certain habits, it can be a real problem. He's never shied away from trying new things, so of course he's dabbled in a wide variety of things, and then dabbled a little more, and a little more. He get's hooked easily, and when he does he has a hard time fighting against that draw and urge. It costs him money, time, connections. It can get in the way of what's important, and the lack of these routines or habits can be the source of a downward spiral that Fletch has difficulty digging himself out of.
Co-dependent - There are some people that walk through life as natural leaders, independent. There are other's, like Fletch, that haven't got the first clue how to walk to the beat pf their own drum. He doesn't like being on his own, and has a tendency to gloom onto the people closest to him. They become a integral part of his daily life, and the lack of them causes Fletcher distress, anxiety, even depression. His band mates, to him, had been his family, and he's been struggling to deal with the sudden break up and separation.
