Behold, Whitehaven Beach! A beach with clean, white powder sand and crystal blue waters. There are rock pools to play in and explore and there are plenty of beach umbrellas and tables to sit at. There are also some natural caves which have pools of turquoise water in them.
There are bright coloured flags in the water put there by the life guards and it is safe to swim between the flags. They also have shark nets further out to prevent any sharks eating the swimmers.
The beach also has a pier/docks running over one part of it where you can fish and swim off of. And there are changing rooms and bathroom facilities for beach goers as well. You'll find a small cafe facing the waterfront and pier where you can buy drinks and get food.
