Christmas Decorating - While this may seem like a strange task for a child. It is far from true. Her mother is a well designer, and with that she would watch over her shoulder every day. Now her mother's designs are more contemporary to help her clients. Though her's a full of Christmas magic due to her grandmother showing her what that was. She hopes one day she'll be able to share her magical designs with others to spread the cheer. Her mother allows her to put up things as she see's fit, with a little supervision when it comes to other's house. Now her grand parents house she's allowed to go wild and trust me she does.
Holiday Reading that's my style - Christmas tales of any kind. For some reason Christmas is the only holiday she has loved for a long time, and so by reading the books it makes her soul happy. Since her grandfather used to tuck her into bed every night, and for some reason he always read Christmas tales. Her favorite being the Nutcracker and polar express. Since she could almost feel the magic happening on there pages. Now other books interest her to, but she mainly loves Christmas stories. She can read them all year round if her school and mother didn't give her other books. It would probably be Christmas books all year round. Virtues:
Positive -- Noel never lets others depressing thoughts ever dampen her. She always shes something positive, but it's a little over that. Since when people think positive thoughts, she is in a whole other realm. The realm, one where there is no negative outcome positive. People have always looked up to her for this since they never understood how one person could be that positive. It's always been something everyone who met her said they wished they could be. She is that kid that no matter what's going on she finds the silver-lining. You could be tell her anything and she would always find the bright side to the event no matter how bad it was.
Passionate -- You will never meet a more passionate person when it comes to christmas or her friends. Now the reason this is a virtue is it has helped her grow is because when she was younger people used to bully her. They'd always tell her home stupid christmas was or santa. At the time she couldn't stand up for herself. Her passion for christmas though eventually helped her speak up. Not just for herself but for those without a voice. Since she knew it what it felt like to be that person who needed someone to be passionate for them. That's the person she wants to be.
Flaws:
Nervousness -- Not many people know this about her, but when it comes to her friends sometimes she gets quiet and slightly nervous. Turning her into the person just standing there. She just does it around friends since once she has them she doesn't want them to let her go. She treasures her friends more than anything and sometime's she just becomes so nervous around them and clams up. If it were a stranger it seems to not hit her as much. Since who knows if she'd see them ever again.
This causes problems since it makes it hard for her to sometimes say things like "stop fighting" or "but why can't we all go". instead she just stands there super nervous and sometimes her friends think she is ignoring them. this has caused her to lose a lot of friends over the years.
Overly Peppy -- Not everyone enjoys her positive attitude and it can be very annoying. Since lets face who wants a super happy girl every hour of every day. It can be a lot to handle. This can lead to misunderstands. It can also have ever friends be very harsh with her. Since being overly preppy she doesn't always see things that are right in front of her.
For example if someone is bullying her she might say it was just an accident and get up and say no worries lets be friends. or something silly like that. The only thing with that is it hurts her since she sometimes is to nice to those who would do her harm.

If they burst on impact, they have the potential of leaving a sticky residue that the target will have difficulty removing. If they do not burst, they cause discomfort akin to being pelted with a series of small, hard berries. Impact is determined by player's discretion. Attack lasts 15 seconds. Can hit only 1 person per attack, 3 uses per battle.

In addition, the residue or pelt sites have the potential to leave a temporary stinging sensation for the remainder of the attack time. Impact is determined by player's discretion. Attack lasts 20 seconds. Can hit 1-2 people per attack, 2 uses per battle.

 White Berry KissesChristabel wills herself to cry and the first tear turns into a white mistletoe berry, which she then has five seconds to toss towards a friendly target. If the berry makes impact, the berry's "kiss" against their skin provides a temporary barrier, protecting the ally against a magical attack for one use, dissolving after the attack makes successful impact. If the ally is not attacked after 30 seconds, the barrier fades on its own. One use per battle

  Obtained at Star Fest 2023 a star shaped tree topper at the tip. Two ribbons were wrapped around the wand, and at the end, golden bells jingled. It was a soft, jingling sound. From the star, little snowflakes manifested. - given by Almadel/trader
