                    → Knit: Tenebraer
                        ↳ Raiment: Eyes of Partum
"The Eyes of Partum" is an incredibly strong Raiment. The Raiment allows the user to directly manipulate the information perceived by and understood by a target’s brain, essentially hypnotizing the target and forcing them to not only perceive what he wants them to perceive, but understand what he wants them to understand, causing them to possibly perceive, feel, and reflect on information in the general direction that the user wants them to. When the user uses this raiment on a target, the information that is asserted is immediately put into effect, causing the target to believe whatever it is that the user placed, even if it is directly contradicted by their own senses, the strength of which is determined by his power stat. At lower strengths, if the user was to push for the target to believe the sky is purple, then the target will genuinely believe that the sky is purple until they physically looked at the sky. However, at higher strengths, when the user pushed for the target to believe the sky is purple, then the target will believe that the sky is purple even if they looked up at the sky, they would actually perceive a purple sky. There are many other applications that this raiment could be applied to, such as if the user wants the target to believe they are best friends, the target will believe they are best friends.

This raiment’s greatest benefit is that it is unavoidable and unnoticeable. The user simply has to activate the raiment, using the requirements set by their technique stat, and the raiment’s hold immediately takes place and ensnares the target. However, this doesn’t mean that the effects of the raiment immediately take place. A target can be freed from the hold of this raiment if outside influences such as other character influences, actions, or words, or the target’s own knowledge and information along with any other information or actions present themselves that directly contradict the information being pushed by this raiment. In addition, the target themselves can also break the hold of this raiment if their intelligence is high enough to grant them the ability to attempt to break the hold as determined by the user’s control stat.

                    → Stat Growth:
↳ Power: This stat determines the strength of the effect of this raiment, as well as how deep the belief instilled is once under the effects of the Raiment.

1- User can instill a minor bit of information, causing the target to briefly question if it’s true, such as if the day is a different or wrong day of the week or month.
2- User can instill a moderate bit of information, causing the target to fairly accept it as truth, such as making the target believe themselves to be acquaintances.
3- User can instill a fair bit of information, causing the target to readily accept it as truth, such as having the target believe commonly known knowledge is either altered, false, wrong, or incorrect.
4- User can instill a good chunk of information and understanding, causing the target to accept it as truth, such as making a target believe they are good friends, even if they had never met before.
5- User can instill a grand chunk of information and understanding, causing the target to accept it as truth over his own working knowledge of the information, such as making the target believe the sky is purple. Direct confliction to this information will immediately end the effect however.
6- User can instill a greater chunk of information and understanding, causing the target to whole-heartedly accept the information as truth, such as making a target believe information he knows not to be true. Direct confliction to this information after the hold will immediately end the effect however.
7- User can instill a giant cluster of information and understanding, causing the target to instantly believe it as truth, such as making a target believe he is in a location that he knows he cannot possibly be, such as the moon. Confliction to this level of hypnotism from the target's own senses does not break the raiment’s hold unless it comes from an outside source, such as another person.
8- User can instill a gargantuan cluster of information and understanding, causing the target to instantly believe it as truth, such as making believe that they have great affection for each other, such as a family member, deep friendship or even lover. Confliction to this level of hypnotism from the target's own senses does not break the raiment’s hold unless it comes from an outside source, such as another person.
9- User can instill a colossal cluster of information and understanding, causing the target to instantly believe it as truth, such as making a target believe he is in a location that he knows he cannot possibly be, such as the moon. Confliction to this level of hypnotism from the target's own senses does not break the raiment’s hold unless it comes from an outside source, such as another person.

↳ Control: This stat determines the target roll needed to break and nullify the raiment's ability to hypnotize them, as well as the amount of time that this raiment’s effect takes hold. When the user places this raiment’s hold on a target, the target can then roll to try to break and nullify this raiment's hold. The initial amount to break free is listed below, then the amount is increased by 5% for every point the target has in Intelligence. If they fail, the raiment takes hold, and its effect is put in place within the number of posts listed in the technique Stat. The target can then attempt to reroll every post until they either break free or until the effect wears off on its own. Once a target breaks free of this raiment’s hold, or after the effect has worn off, they cannot be affected by this raiment again for an amount of time listed below as follows:

1- Target’s initial amount to break free is 45%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 5 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 9 posts.
2- Target’s initial amount to break free is 40%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 5 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 8 posts.
3- Target’s initial amount to break free is 35%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 6 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 7 posts.
4- Target’s initial amount to break free is 30%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 6 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 6 posts.
5- Target’s initial amount to break free is 25%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 7 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 5 posts.
6- Target’s initial amount to break free is 20%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 7 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 4 posts.
7- Target’s initial amount to break free is 15%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 8 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 3 posts.
8- Target’s initial amount to break free is 10%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 8 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 2 posts.
9- Target’s initial amount to break free is 5%. If failed, target will be affected for a total of 9 posts. Once free, the target cannot be affected by this raiment again for 1 posts.

↳ Technique: This stat determines the actions Cain must take to activate his Raiment and hypnotize his targets.

1-2 - Cain needs to have physical contact with a target while maintaining eye contact while speaking directly to them and using proper words of influence regarding the effect to hypnotize them.
3-4 - Cain needs only to maintain eye contact while speaking directly to them and using proper words of influence regarding the effect to hypnotize them.
5-6 - Cain needs only to maintain eye contact while speaking directly to them to hypnotize them.
7-8 - Cain needs only to maintain eye contact to hypnotize them.
9 - Cain no longer needs to maintain eye contact, and only needs to see his target to hypnotize them.

Cain is quite lazy in all aspects of life. Instead of being a go-getter he'd much rather leave the going and getting to others. Cain abhors doing things on a whim. He prefers to plan or schedule things out

              𝓑𝓲𝓸𝓰𝓻𝓪𝓹𝓱𝔂
Cain, who prefers to be called by his middle name, Estarossa, is a privileged boy from one of the older families of Valor, the Malxarra. Estarossa was raised to be the heir of his families fortune when he was old enough. Unfortunately for him, he had two brothers and two sisters ahead of him. Despite this Estaross took his learning seriously. He became what would be considered a perfect gentleman, but more impressive than that was the boys genius. Far smarter than most kids his age Estarossa showed a knack for higher thinking. The boy was curious and eager to learn and expand his knowledge. Once he had learned to read that was all he did. Read and study people. The boy was quite sociable, always playing host to guest when they would visit the family's manor. Being charming with his wit and smooth talking, Estarossa would chat with guests about all sorts of things. From what they specialized in, to what their business was and how it worked, to their past experiences and travels. He simply loved hearing all about where people had been and what they did.

As he got older he began to throw parties and host gatherings in order to further his knowledge. He became quite known for the parties and gatherings he held out of his family's manor. Eventually, he began gaining more responsibility from his family, much to the despair of his siblings. His father would take him to meet influential people which allowed him to access even more information. These people would even come to his parties at the manor, in time. Estarossa's father being quite pleased with him has told his son that if he were to go to the Academy of Eoana and graduate that he could jump to the head of the line for the family inheritance. Estarossa was happy to go to the Academy and prove to his father that he was more than capable of leading their family. This, of course, would delight his father who was still unsure what his son's Raiment even was.
