Worst Trait: Easily her obsession with the "Rule of Cool", meaning she'll continue to do something simply because it looks stylish. For example controlling blood mentally rather than using full conscious effort and making it move at full speed, simply because it looks more stylish to have it appear as though the blood is moving on its own.

Abilities:
✦ Hemokinesis- Winter possesses the, what one would call a traditional, vampire ability to control blood. This ability does have its limits, she's only able to control her own blood, , blood her own has touched, or blood she has tasted. The last oen specifically limits her to controlling the blood inside a person (that isnt her own) after she's gotten a direct taste from them and as long as they're within 5 meters. Beyond that, she's made the ability surprisingly versatile, capable of manipulating it in a variety of ways and with an astonishing degree of speed (Full range of motion for blood fully under her control is 20 meters)
Conscious Effort: Winter's control of blood is even more impressive once you realize that the blood being controlled isn't even done with full conscious effort. Autonomous defense, shaping of weapon, and multitasking is all done in the back of her mind. Even attacking with it is done with barely any thought put into it. When she finally puts actual effort into controlling blood it moves much faster and hits with much more force.
Shaping: Winter's ability to shape the blood she controls is nothing short of astonishing when one considers the detail she can put into the things she shapes at a moment's notice. She can form the blood into various shapes with immense attention to function and detail, making flexible threads, rigid solid structures and shapes, and even textures to the point where they look and feel like the genuine article, while the durability is comparable to many modern materials such as titanium and tungsten carbide. Perhaps her most astonishing feat is how she can fly by shaping blood into a pair of wings complete with feathers that actually feel like the genuine article.
Weaponry: Winter is a skilled fighter and is considered an expert not only with a fighting style resembling modern Hapkido, but also with several styles of weaponry, all of which she can form with her control over blood. With her attention to detail being as strong as it is, Winter's weapons are essentially perfect replicas of their normal counterparts, replicating edge, length, weight and even the ability to vibrate with impact, while still retaining immense durability that one would not find in the genuine article.
Whip Wings: Winter moves the blood to her shoulders and back where it forms a set of tendrils that whip violently and quickly at things aiming to attack from her flank or rear. They move so quickly and strike with enough force to make gouges in granite and swat a rain of arrows out of the air before they even touch her.
Red Bullet: A high speed, effective ranged attack. Winter creates 'bullets' out of globs of blood that she shapes and hardens before sending it flying in any direction she wishes. Typically she only uses one of these at a time but if she wishes she can make dozens at once and send them flying, a technique she affectionately refers to as the "Cavalry Killer" as she usually uses this to take out multiple hostiles at once. She has a single shot variant which is longer and more narrow, but fired more than five times as fast as they typical blood bullets. Because of its shape , speed and force, this bullet can punch through solid stone and even steel with ease. She dubs this the "King Killer"
Red Shell: A last line of defense move, Winter covers her body in blood, but just a very thin but sturdy layer. This effectively shields her without weighing her down much while still allowing her freedom of movement.
Red Curtain: A sort of autonomous defense, Winter typically employs this by crossing her arms and standing completely still while the blood around her seems to move of its own free will and protects her from harm. Normally Blood isn't particularly durable but due to the way she spreads it out and forms it, namely by hardening it in geometric patterns too small for the eye to see, she makes the blood durable enough to withstand cannon fire.
Red Tremor: After forming a sheet of blood under her feet, Winter creates a seismic tremor around her by rapidly striking the ground hundreds of times at once with immense force under the sheet. The vibrations caused by this cause the muscles of someone , specifically in the legs, to lock up and render them unable to move, unless of course they have enhanced enough strength. This technique is similar to her mother's but is not effective enough to cause the diaphragm to seize up at close range, and only has a limited range of 5 meters total, however she does not suffer fatigue from doing this.
✦ Vampiric Physiology: As a vampire, Winter's physical condition is well beyond that of a human. Her strength is such that she's capable of lifting a modern car above her head with ease , can run nearly 60mph, and is physically durable enough to trade blows with people equal in physical strength to her. She naturally subsists almost entirely off of blood, though she is capable of eating human food for leisure, and if injured she can drink human blood to boost her own naturally rapid healing factor.
✦ Boost: By manipulating her blood Winter can increase her physical stats to 5 times their base level. To do this, she forces additional blood into her body from the canteen she carries , feeding more oxygen to her muscles, causing them to become somewhat larger and more defined. She cannot keep this up for more than 10 minutes (posts) at a time as this puts an enormous strain on her heart and wears her out. After using this ability she needs at least 2 minutes (posts) to recover if she did not reach her maximum time , and any use prior to the full cooldown time resets it. Should she use this for the full 10 minutes, she requires 5 minutes (posts) to recover from it.

Bio: What's sad about living a happy life with your mother and father in the countryside? Absolutely nothing until your father takes you into the city one day and destroys your young life by telling you a silver haired vampire killed your loving mother.
That's how Winter's life started out in a nutshell. Her father, a rich heir to a business, married a young woman, also a rich woman, and ran off to start a life with her after falling in love on some Romeo and Juliet s**t, except they actually had chemistry and more than just a day passed before they were actually in love. Winter came along not too long after that and lived very happily in her simple life. It wasn't until her father found out her mother was a member f a powerful and ruthless vampire clan, none of which he told his daughter mind you, that he made some calls and took his daughter into the city to see a parade while one of his cousins planted dummy corpses in their house and then burned it down. Right about there is where we get to the point when Winter's father told her that her mother had been killed by a vampire and they had to leave everything behind and move to the city.
From there, life took a huuuuge turn for the better as far as quality went because being the daughter of an heir gave her resources she couldn't even dream of. From all of her wealth and schooling came lots and lots of societal training, and weirdly enough plenty of training with weapons....nobody is really sure where that one came from but...she got it.
Anyway, unfortunately there came a day when Winter eventually learned that she herself was in fact a vampire on her mother's side, and after turning 16 she succumbed to a hunger she'd thought was an illness and killed almost everyone living in her family's property at the time, even the horses. The only one that seemed to be spared her hunger and the reach of her blood powers was her father who was in a different part of town luckily enough, leaving the majority of the estate to him, who then decided it would be a fantastic idea to leave Winter mostly alone in a newly purchased property far away from him and giving her copious amounts of money. Money, time and influence all led to one inevitable thing for Winter...she decided to become a high society snob while secretly an activist for the oppressed. Really deciding to Batman things up.
Personality: Winter is complicated to say the least. Typically she conducts herself in a somewhat haughty manner that one would stereotypically expect of someone living in upper class society. She often makes dismissive hand gestures, doesn't look at people while speaking to them unless she deems them of her class or superior, abuses her servants and does not hesitate to demonstrate force or stab people in the back (literally and metaphorically) to get head and show how powerful she is.
However, outside of that she's really quite pleasant to be around. Winter holds no disdain for humans and in fact treats her servants very well , often tending their wounds herself after harming them to bolster her image. She's good spirited and energetic , enjoying playing games of any variety and interacting with people above her social standing as she finds them to be "less stuffy" than rich people. She also holds a strange loathing for her own people, vampires, as her father convinced her that a silver haired one took her mother from them.
