Having arrived some time ago and getting her friends into the bunker, the academy collapsing had brought with it a whole host of potential problems. Emiko would emit a soft groan as her vision would finally come to a point at which she could see clearly. Her head was throbbing and body hurt all over. A pile of wood and rubble would be pushed aside as she came to the surface just in time to see the body of one Chie. "Chie!" Nooooo! Emiko said, standing up and trying to get to her but simply falling back down to the ground without any kind of balance. She stayed there for a moment while watching as the battle would continue, with Sonyo, Chouga and some other people fighting the people who had launched an attack on the village. Yet all Emiko could think of was yet another person in her life gone. Erased. Chie and her hadn't been totally on a social level but she respected the ex academy teacher turned Uzukage. Tears fell from her eyes as she would curse herself and herself alone. Why wasn't she stronger? Chie could have survived if she was just more powerful than she was now.
Emiko's gaze fell on Kagami as she would sniffle and just breakdown from everything. The village was gone, the Uzukage dead, more guards and others dead, even Chouga was gone now. "Puh-Please..." Emiko would begin through crying and sobbing at how many had been lost to this attack. "Please stop...Ah-I don't wanna lose anyone else...We haven't even done anything..."

The academy would be destroyed in a matter of seconds, Obei simply back away as jutsu and such were thrown around. A few causalities came but Obei would consider this a massive victory for Kogarashi. She would tower over the battlefield as her red eyes locked onto the sand cloud currently housing the many students and Genin of the Whirlpool village. She let out a huff and would simple glare at them before going back down to their blue haired ruler from below. Their time here was coming to an end, though the oni wasn't too keen on if they would be staying for some time. She lowered a massive hand to Kagami to step on and raise to her head while pointing to the cloud with the other. "Kah-Gah-Mi. Cloud over heads. Very sandy. Destroy?" she asked. If the blue ruler got on, Obei would bring her claw to the sky and offer her a ride and if not, simply bring it back to her head.

Taking in a deep breath, the Oni will gather chakra into their upper torso, hold it there, and then let it spread throughout their body as they exhale. The pulsation of chakra causes the Oniβs body to expand- doubling in size. For a moderate amount of time, the Oni will be able to fight with increased durability and physical prowess, at the cost of a minor speed reduction. This technique increases the Strength of the oni by a moderate amount, but reduces their speed by a moderate amount. After the duration of the growth ends, the Oni will need to vomit. The soliloquy of a lone spectator continuing as his focus was shifting between all the individuals taking part in the lovely dance that was called war. A show of amusement for this holy looking individual in pale robes. Whose soliloquy would only get stranger from here.
"A pale giant woman aloof and drunk on sheer whimsy. She knows not the weight of her action yet engages in them just the same. Such profound kindness quaking under the weight of your grief. Yes. I see it. You'll be one of the first, I will free you from the torments of those inhibitions. Just wait, precious desert flower I will not allow you to continue wilting." The word 'Grievances' appeared in the man's fan this time around before vanishing. The people, these humans, these mortals not unlike him now, were inspiring him with their displays of emotion in this most violent of times among shinobi. There could be no purer feelings than those found on the battlefield.
Masato. It would be his reflection cast next. "What was this but someone uncertain of his convictions. Only to find them later. Such steady insecurity developing into a sudden call to arms for the very side he once seemed to question. Swayed by the kindness of kin. Oh how easily swayed we mortals are. The fan would thusly produce the word 'Self-reflection' in its sheen, what a wonderful show he was being given today. So inspiring in so many different ways and yet he'd yet to pay respects to the main events ringmaster.
Yet, there were so many others playing their part in this story. A boy who did not fear the words that came out of his mouth. "How immoral, is what I would say if I did not believe that they are things which binds humanities true nature. Tell me now, this child nye fresh from the womb he so openly speaks his mind. Two words this time would appear in the fan as the stranger recounted the life and death of Chouga Atsui or what he had seen of his life to his inevitable. It was an awe-inspiring thing to see a man fight for his truest beliefs and feelings and to be done in by something like his greatest desires a fitting end as he recalled that his death was a death that carried with it no regrets. The purest of deaths even if his life was stolen from him he was free'd from this earthly coil. 'Theft' and 'Liberation' would be the two words that found themselves invoked in the mans fan.
Finally, the star of the show herself Kagami Hari. He reflection would shine brightest in his fan. "The one who slew the one seen as a hero. Seen as a villian. But does that matter to this, my aqueous angel? Mmm hmmm hmmm. NO. Of course not! I can see in the strength of her movements, her conciseness, and the quickness of her action! Yes she sees herself the hero!" Senran stretched his arms wide in appraisal and while it would take a good eye to see him from his height and distance there was most definitely a man there basking in something. He closed his fan as he brought it to his lips. "and you would not be wrong in thinking that you are oh sweet siren. The one who inevitably decides who is or is not a hero is quite simply the one who believes themselves to be one. If one truly believes they are a god then in their eyes they are god no matter how arrogant they may sound. Opening the fan once more two words appeared again taking the place of Kagami's reflection within. 'Desire' as he flipped the fan around and gave a smile his reflection would be cast and then vanish and in its place the word 'Loveless' "Now I do believe I've overstayed my welcome." Had he been noticed beforehand with a simple opening of his palm and placing it forward the word 'Nonexistent' appeared in front of him..and the man was gone.

__ Laying back with her now found sister, Suri take a swig of from her gourd. Getting drunk was the best way that she had found to pass the time and homebrew was always the best. The stuff these humans had tried to sell her on before was just bod addum trash in her opinion. Just didn't jave the same kick that put the red on her cheeks. And speaking of kicks! Wouldn't you know it when the entire room started to shake around her the oni girl first had to make sure she hadn't passed out somewhere along the way. When the stones that were meant to be keeping this hog pile of kids safe started to melt into sand Suri kicked into action. "" The lack of explanation from her would undoubtedly leave the blind girl slightly confused but if the thunderous explosions above weren't enough alert her then she'd have bigger problems to worry on.
Scooping up her sis in her arms Suri barrled right on through the crumbling sand walls and started to heave as she scrambled upwards. It practically felt like she was swimming with how deep her legs would sink back down, although it was nothing a little shimmy couldn't fix. The first breath of fresh air hit in waves and Suri kept right on bolting straight outta that academy until she was meet by some clowns in black robes. "Another injured? We can take her to the hospital right away." Now from her position Suri was about to unleash hell on them until one of the girls next to the speaker began to cast some sort of jutsu on Rinka. Enveloped in a green-ish light, the small cuts she had suffered healed effortlessly. They were either telling the truth or laying down a really complicated lie. After a moment of drunken indecision Suri leaned forward. "If you hurt her I WILL find you and rip your intestines out your a*****e." Sitting Rinka as gently down as she could Suri whispered into her ear so that only she could hear. "" Then before she could respond ot even object, gave a little kiss on her forehead and vanished head long back into danger.
With one mighty swig from her gourd the oni did something that was probably stupid enough that sober Suri would regret. She walked deep into the middle of the mist and yelled at the top of her lungs. " WELL WHAT'S ALL THIS WATER DOING HERE HM? LEMME SEE YOUR FACES!" Her brash mix of oni and human language left her words sounding both harsh and slurred.

Masato's face off with Kagami would pause as his brother's presence became known. His rinnesharingan instantly identified him. Within that same instance another flicker of life would come into view. A young man who lacked any sort of advanced training based by his chakra supply attacked Kagami within the fog. Masato would intervene, dashing to the young man and grabbing him by the back of his collar as he moved on the offensive. His sudden and firm jerk of the material would take the swordsman's feet out from under him and cause him to lay limp at Masato's mercy. " Miss Sonyo. Take this idiot too. He doesn't belong here." He said sharply, glaring at the clearly worked up individual's desperate expression. He threw the man into the air, allowing her sand to capture Shisui and whisk him away.
With his brother still on his mind he vanished and reappeared before Sandayu. " Brother. Let's move from here. Follow me, we can settle matters where it's quiet." With that he would scale the nearest building remaining in a single leap and move away, shepherding Sandayu to follow.

Being back in the dark and dank basement the Academy called a bunker was bad enough for Plague. Fate just had to throw in some chaos to her already distressed state. Having gotten back to the Academy with Emiko and Shuu moments before whoever was causing the chaos to bring the entire building down on their heads. All in all the day had gone from bad to worse. As Plague shifted debris around to free herself and some surrounding students she too in her surroundings. With the dust settling she saw one read head, Emiko, emerging from the rubble not to far from herself. Though it wasn't the red head she was used to seeing Plague breathed a sigh of relief seeing that Emiko was generally unharmed. If the girl could move then she was fine. That was how Plague viewed it as she ignored her own cuts, scratches, and bruises littering her own body. Her black dress and veil were both in tatters as well, but she paid the fabric no mind. Her dull purple had long come out of its braids, letting her long wavy hair free to get in the way now. Beneath the little veil her eyes darted about to see if she could spot Shuu, but a piercing voice stopped her in her search. Looking back at Emiko Plague saw the girl running over a familiar body in a panic. Plague stepped closer too see who it was, and if she possibly lend some aid. Upon getting closer however Plague, having had a faint hope that Emiko had been wrong, almost stopped breathing.
She stopped walking just behind Emiko and reached out to place a comforting hand on her, but stopped mid way. Unsure if now was a good time for such a thing or if she could even provide some comfort anyways. She wasn't the best at expressing emotions after all. Looking past Emiko and the fallen Uzukage, Plague was spared trying to figure out what to do as she took in that the fight wasn't over. A slight tensing of her shoulders was all the stress that Plague showed as she spotted the groups that were defending and attacking the village. She wanted to help tend to the wounded, to help fight in anyway possible, but was unsure how. All she was sure of was that if she tried anything to help aid in the fight she'd be a nuisance. Plague was pulled from her thoughts as Emiko cried out for the fighting to stop. Plague took a step closer to Emiko, reaching out to put a gloved hand under the girls arm. Tugging on her in an attempt to get her stand up. This wasn't the place. Nor the time for such things. Surely there was something that could be done to aid those who had been in the Academy at the time of the destruction. She felt the same as Emiko. Distraught, wanting to scream, but she shed no tears or showed any sign of these feelings. This was no place for a genin and an academy student to linger. Not when there were others who were suffering. Who could be attended too.
Plague let Emiko go letting her hands fly to her pencil and book, but grasped at nothing. The leather pouch she had carried the book in was torn off, probably buried under the rubble and flattened. That made her breath hitch for a moment. There was little way for her to communicate with others now. Shuu, someone who has known her since she was young, could be able to tell, but Emiko? There was probably no way she would catch the little movements Plague allowed herself to show to others. Her silence and lack of emotion, which had developed as a personal defense since her parents left, was now a major problem. Looking back at Emiko she silently stared, holding her hands uselessly in front of her. She looked back at her hands completely stumped as to how to solve this problem. Though her face showed none of her concern all she could hope was that Emiko could get her point. In a last attempt Plague pointed back to the rubble where others were crawling out of the rubble, wounded in varies states.

__ Nabuya just stared from in the distance, dumbfounded and the dumbassery playing out so dumbly in front of him. He knew he was a pretty stupid "kid" but DANG! He was just barely getting over his obnoxious laughter at the loss of the Uzukage, Chie Saegahara when another dude came out of left field and threw himself at this villainess too. Others were fighting the silvery-blue haired lady too, but watching this guy literally walk into a mirror that was obviously right in front of him, and then for him to get blasted by a torrent of water was waaaayy too much. "Bhukhuhaha! KWAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA O-OH MY! WHO EVEN!? WHY EVEN!?" His laughter bellowed through the spaces of would be silence that came between the climatic events. Chouga was ended with some effort from the invader while another dude appeared outta literally nowhere and did... nothing. Apparently he was allied with this woman since she started barking orders at him to make people evacuate then bomb the village into the lowly hellish bowled of the ocean this blasted island settled on.
Nabuya tried to mind the others fighting so meaninglessly here, but it was hard to care when he was hoping more of them would just throw their lives and wellbeing away so foolishly. The little red-headed girl that cried for a cease to the fighting only made him snicker again. "Like y'ninja tools know how ta do an'thing but kill 'chotha..." Nabuya dusted off his shoulder before he caught a glimpse of Shisui running into the mist to probably try to fight Kagami too. "Drunk a** muddaflippin... ugh. But... he's kinda cool, I guess." Nabuya picked up some rocks and chucked them like shuriken where he'd last saw the mirror-making woman. He doubted it would help much, but that was as much as his peer was gonna get out of him. Not that he'd noticed that the old man was already dealt with by now. Speaking of peers... hopefully Kasumi was still okay in all of this. Losing Toaster Boy would be too grave of a loss for him to bear. At least, it would take a few hours to go back to stop caring too much about his self-proclaimed rival.

He was remained vigilant in defense of the "stronger" opponents in the area through the Byakugan's vast field of view, such as the woman who transformed into a bat, or the man who soon opted to martyrdom, the sand-manipulating jinchuuriki woman, and especially his brother who was acting rather disappointingly all of the sudden. Sighing, he chose to remain anything but an obstacle to the fight that Kagami had chosen for herself. She had a lot on her plate, but he'd have to speak up before he went to deal with Masato. "Kagami, I will just revive anyone who doesn't survive this village's destruction. Those who continue to struggle after that can just stay dead." Sanda approached Kagami as his brother darted away, and he planted a brief kiss on her forehead before catching then deflected several stones cast by some other boy. "Finish up with whatever you're doing and I'll do the same before me move on from this shinobi trash." He didn't care for her pretending to be a hero when she was blatantly and rather violently acting to change so many peoples' lives at once. In a blur, he vanished in tow of Masato to settle whatever miscommunication had appeared between teaching his brother The Code and this current event.

__ Tetsuhiko crawled out of the bunker when he heard the massive explosions. The academy was reduced to rubble for reasons that he did not fully understand. The puppet's eyes saw the corpse of Chie and Chouga and could not produce tears. "I want to cry, but I can't. This was a mistake." He covered his eyes with his puppet hands. When he buried his face in his hands he realized within a span of a few seconds that forsaking his humanity was not a thing of beauty, but that humanity itself makes art for others to enjoy. He then focused pensively on the horizon and watched Masato run off with one of the invaders. Tetsuhiko, without saying a word, left the area in pursuit of them.

A man appeared in a chakra cloak that she was all too familiar with, and all though no one was close enough to hear it, the breath that left her was ragged and labored. That was Chomei's chakra! The little bug guy was okay! She reached out tentitively with her mind, hoping that the seven tails remembered her after all this time... and was met with silence. The jinchuriki's face warped to one of confusion, trying to reach out for the Nanabi again, but was met with the same radio silence. It was only when she felt the building anger of Shu that she realized what was going on-- Chomei was bound and gagged at the hand of this guy who clearly was an ally of the woman attacking the village. The anger was contagious, and her breathing quickened as she tried to control herself... this was not the time nor the place to lose control. She tried to remember Nari's teachings, remember his words....
For a second she was sure she hallucinated him in to reality, only to realize the white haired male she was looking at was vastly different than her late husband. The man's words put some sort of spell on her, causing her to almost stumble before she could catch Shisui. The young boy would fall through the sand at first, but then find it catching him, holding him high above the battlefield. It seemed to tremble, unsteady for a moment, before becoming solid and safe. All the while, Sonyo doubled over on her own little cloud, gripping at her head as all her regrets flooded to her. Her husband's death, her son's corruption, Sunagakure falling while she fled under protection... Leaving everyone behind, her parent's death, not being there to free Otogakure and save Sgt. Skelly... All the lives she damaged or ended during her rampage at the hospital... A deep anger and sadness flooded inside her, turning her pupils to that of shukaku and causing her seal to pulse once hard.
One tear hit her little island of sand, then another, than another... The mirror world she was trapped in shattered like the stained glass windows in her mental plane were about to. She was slipping, falling, loosing herself. The sand holding everyone afloat trembled again, matching the shuttering of her shoulders as she tried to hold back a sob. She was a failure, a sad excuse for a protector, or a mother, or a teacher, or a friend, or a wife... Her mind raced a thousand miles a minute as the mumbling from the back of her head came back.

Must have Jinchuuriki level mastered to perform this.
Stage One:
Can make formless sand attacks using the demon's chakra at your direction within 15 meters, once per post. Able to use one activation per post to convert non-ninjutsu based stone into sand. Limited to human sized boulders. Host can collect small sand patches on their body to absorb up to D-Rank physical damage. Costs 5 Chakra per patch.
Stage Two:
Capable of making a supplemental action to convert more sand from nearby stones and rocks. Allows your ability to manipulate sand to increase its range from 15 to 30 meters around the host. Techniques can originate from any mass of sand the host is within range of, as well as sand based formless attacks that can be anything from hands attempting to strike to waves of sand being moved as a wave are capable. Maximum size these can be are the size of a house regardless of rank put in. Sand attacks are considered to be one rank faster, requiring greater expenditures of chakra to escape them using the dodge system. Fortitude is increased greatly.
Stage Three:
Sand techniques used from within a meter of the host become a rank stronger. Sand manipulation range now increases to 45 meters. Supreme Fortitude boost. Sand being manipulated is no longer capable of being turned into anything else by the effects of other elements or ninjutsu. Moderate Strength Boost.
Sabaku Fuyuu [ Desert Suspension ] Rank: C Description: The user will place Chakra-infused sand beneath their feet, molding it into a platform. Manipulating this sand, the user can then hover up to 3 meters off the ground. Lasts for three posts, but can be sustained with 10 Chakra upkeep for each post beyond that.
__ She watched as her wave of water washed Chouga away and yet another enemy of anarchy was vanquished. A man who looked like an albino rat appeared and gave a monologue about the situation unfolding. He described her as the one who fancied herself a hero while the others viewed her as a villain. These labels mean little to her for she knew that this was the righteous path. This was a war and she needed to win it for the benefit of future generations. The constant cackling of a disturbed boy was perplexing. He appeared to be an academy student or genin perhaps who laughed earlier at the defeat of his kage and was now laughing at Chouga's death. He walked very willingly to his demise although the fact that what he was experiencing did not involve Chie in the slightest was surprising. What Chouga's heart most wanted was to see the kids he was mentoring grow up well. Her heart was crystallized by these images and chose not to acknowledge them. If he had stood down and known his place then he could have survived to see those days. She smiled when she heard that her husband would carry out her will and destroy the Whirlpool for good. Her weariness was wiped away by the sudden introduction of more chakra and the feeling of his lips on her forehead. She looked over when a boy swung a sword at her but was intercepted by Masato. The rinnegan brothers then left the area for the next task at hand. When Obei, her eternally loyal companion, asked her about the sand cloud she merely shook her head. The ichibi jinchuuriki appeared to be having a manic depressive nervous breakdown and was of little concern to Kagami in her grand mission.
Kagami would approach Emiko and appear through the fog as she broke down in tears. "Darling, villages are complicit in many atrocities. I'm putting them to an end and your friends continue to stand in my way. Your kage was the one who attacked me months ago and declared war on the free people outside of her tyrannical rule. I promise the violence will end once the villages and the old ways of the shinobi are eliminated." She looked away from Emiko and walked toward the fog and stopped before the young batlike woman. Kagami had experience with sage mode and this was easily identifiable. Her eyes as well matched Kagami's own and she smirked deviously. "You look so lovely in your bat form, but I'm more partial to turtles. The sennin abilities are cheap compared to that of jinchuuriki, but you seem strong. Are you intent on stopping me when even your ninjutsu master leader couldn't? You have the most lovely eyes as well, I hate seeing you wasted in the collapsing village system. Join me in Kogarashi if you'd like." The Kogarashi leader extended her offer in a very casual and relaxed tone considering the circumstances. She suspected that this was going to end up being a showdown of some sort. People were so fascinatingly willing to risk their lives for this pissant little island that pretty much none of them were even born in.

The opponent's eyesight, the direction of incoming attacks, and injury locations are also inverted. The victim's own combat reflexes under this effect betray them making this genjutsu highly disorienting and nauseating.
Kugai [ World of Suffering ] Description: While having the Sakkakugan active during a genjutsu, the user will supply an amount of chakra equal to half the genjutsu's base cost in order to further modify the technique. The enhanced genjutsu can no longer be broken by the releasing technique [ Kai]. However, no matter what the genjutsu's description says, it can now be broken by amounts of pain or shock scaling with the rank of the technique. Has a cooldown of every [3] posts this cooldown is independent for each target. May only affect [1] target with [1] unbreakable gen at a time between cooldowns. I.e if the target is still under the influence of the first unbreakable genjutsu after [3] posts they can put them under another unbreakable genjutsu. Additional Example- In combat with two or more individuals, Kugai may be used to induce [1] unbreakable Gen on each target. Sanbi Attributes Chakra Cloak Version 1: Basic Effects β’ Slight fortitude boost. β’ The host will begin to draw in ambient water towards itself slowly from the environment, drawing in a C ranked amount per post. This water will fall from the sky, rise from the ground, whatever so long as it is coming towards the host. It pools and rests around its feet and stays within an area of 10 feet. β’ Host can breathe underwater.
___Cloak of the Demon Version Two 5/6 posts The chakra covers the hosts entire body now, forming an entire shroud of chakra like a second skin. Pieces of the shell come through much more now than before, forming an entire shell on their back and on the backs of their limbs complete with the gray coloring and spines. The host now only has one visible eye, with the other being a bright yellow circle. The same yellow abyss can be seen within it's mouth. _Basic Effects: Moderate boost to fortitude, as well as B rank ninjutsu failing to harm the host, with A and S doing half damage. Cooldown remains the same. Range of water manipulation increases to 50 feet. Once every five posts the host or the demon can spend an A ranked amount of chakra to call a flood of water into a thread that can wash away unprepared opponents. This attack doesn't consume an activation. In addition, posts spent without making an offensive action reduce the cooldown period of this skill by one post. _Advanced Effects: Suiton jutsu are now considered one rank stronger while retaining the overwhelming trait if the demon pays to make it overwhelm same rank attacks. Suiton techniques do not require handseals. Gains an extra activation. Mist can be expelled from the host's body across an entire thread. This mist is almost identical to the hidden mist jutsu except that it is a genjutsu that falls over the thread, hiding the host. A C ranked Kai can dispel the mist for 5 posts before it comes back in, otherwise while within the host is completely invisible until it makes an offensive action. tabTwisting her bat form to face the woman Ferrah found herself thankful that her Sakkuguan was able to pierce the mist and level directly onto the life force of blue haired woman, but when her form didnβt match where her eyes were telling her where she should be, is when Ferrah realized she must be under a genjutsu. Since her yes could track her yet Ferrah opted not to release herself from the trick as it would simply be a waste of resources she didnβt need to spend. Which was going to become all the more important as the woman continued speaking. Jinchuuriki? So that means she holds a demon within herself? I suppose that would explain the strange discolored beating inside of her own life force.
Choosing to play it extra cautions Ferrah rose hands hands slightly up on either side and took only a few steps closer to better be heard, while also trying her best to appear neither threatening or willing to accept her offer yet. What was unknown here is that Ferrah didnβt need hands to craft her jutsu. Instead through the subtle movements with her eyes the area would be eclipsed in a phantasm designed entirely to hide the fact that her shadow was now extending off of her body to connect to the woman and trap her in itβs grasp. βJust who are you? Did you come here just to arbitrarily kill?β Her voice was calm but seemed genuinely curious. In reality Ferrah hoped to get her to talk as long as she could in order to ensnare her. Time to see what stuff demons are made out of.

When more than one genjutsu is on the target their ranks are shifted so that the lower ranked genjutsus get their strength bumped up to highest ranked genjutsu on the target for the rest of it's duration. This is only useable up to the users self ranked korabo level and each genjutsu is still treated as separate when interacting with kai. Any upkeeps are also increased to reflect this change.Β Β

Just as Shisui would have reached the blue haired witch who was clearly responsible for things he would be snatched by an overwhelmingly powerful hand. He squirmed against it's might but before he could even attempt to free himself he had been tossed into the air towards a woman who was roughly his own age. She seemed in a daze but still was able to catch him with some sort of sand technique. Shisui gritted his teeth, glaring at the man who stopped him. He was cloaked in a crimson cloak with a single tail. Shisui had never seen such a power but it gave him chills. The blood lust that the chakra he coated himself in seemed irresistible, yet this man stood unphased. Such a thing was surely beyond him. He struggled against Sonyo's sand, unable to muscle his way out. He sighed, dangling mid air. " might as well enjoy the show...hope someone else can kick her a**."

__ Kagami felt exhausted from the overexerting quality of the advanced demon cloak. She downgraded from the form into a more basic cloak. Now, three tails manifested in a thinner sea green chakra cloak and her turtle shell disappeared. It revealed more of Kagami's true appearance as a stunningly beautiful young woman. The mist dissipated as well right when she deactivated the cloak. "I'm Kagami Hari, the leader of Kogarashi. We're here to put an end to Uzushiogakure. The five villages brutally f*cked this world and then you all had the gall to start a new village. It's disgusting." There was venom in her voice that bled from her previous experiences of when Kirigakure collapsed. She wanted the killing to end, but she was certainly willing to slay anyone in her way. First Takumi, then Chie, and now Chouga. She then extended her hand to the woman in bat sage mode. "Why waste your time here? The Hidden Whirlpool will die today and I'm giving you the opportunity of a lifetime." Today would surely be a complete victory for Kogarashi and then the Storm is all that would stand in their way.

Upon doing so she creates up to five circular mirrors made of water and glass anywhere within thirty feet of herself. Each mirror is ten feet in diameter and suspended in a fixed midair position when created but can be angled in any direction. The water mirrors are a made from water with glass reflective surfaces constructed from Kagami's Hari clan kekkei genkai making the mirrors fully compatible with her other Hari techniques. The mirrors' broad surfaces are perfectly flat and will completely reflect the images of everything they're angled toward on both sides. The water mirrors will reduce to unformed water and shards of glass after five posts.

As he dangled from Sonyo's sandy perch, his eyes shifted across the battlefield, taking note of something glimmering in the distance. As he narrowed his focus, he would realize what that glimmering shine was. Among the dirt, debris, rubble, destruction and chaos....was a single headband. He stared intently at it. It seemed to be near the location that the blue haired witch was...as well as the man she had slain. The man he tried to avenge in a moment of passion. Of course...that headband belonged to Chouga Atsui. He paused, considering his next action. ' The guy seemed to be solid. It would be a shame if his spirit were to disappear into this place.' he thought, clapping his hands together as he offered his own last rites to the man's spirit.
It hit Shisui. The chances of him taking a graduation exam were slim to none. In fact, there was no academy. Nothing. He had endured the academy's demolition. He had survived, right? That was more than could be said for some. He resolved himself. That head band, the one Chouga wore until his final breath. It would be his. He would continue to bare the burden of the dead upon himself. Perhaps with it, he would inherit the dreams and ambitions of such a man. Perhaps he would inherit his kind disposition. His love of life? It was unknown. But Shisui struggled against the sand, freeing himself. As he dropped to the earth, he would land in a kneeling position. He looked about, seeing everyone still very distracted. " Alright. Time to give myself the real test." he said, attempting to clear the distance between himself and the head band.
He ran at full speed. Nothing was to stand between him and this prize. With the foggy wind nipping at his face it seemed like an eternity to close the gap. As he encountered debris he would leap upward, landing upon the edges of the odd structure remains and propel himself from them with great tenacity. A cold sweat broke out along his neck as the tension became clear. This was more than any academy student's previous test. If he was not quick enough, he might be picked off as a target and slain.

His hand clenched around the small metal band that was teathered to a cloth strap. It was cold, clearly vacant for the taking. His fingers gripped the steel tightly as he drew it closer to his forehead. With a quick action, it was tied to his brow, tightened in the back. It had two long tails that came nearly to his shoulder blades.
He looked over his shoulder at what was going on. He turned back, seeing Nabuya still lingering as well. " Yo. Nabuya. Let's bail. " he shouted as he would slow himself for a moment, focusing chakra into his soles. He had seen these ninja do it a thousand times. It was one of the few techniques he was actually interested in that was purely ninjutsu. With this burst of chakra he would preform his first ever body flicker, escaping in a swirling cloud of debris, destined for the gates out of the village.
