Arc 2: The Word of "God"

A future child loses a loved one due to a tragic accident; the event scarring them and their entire family as they try to make sense of their loved one's untimely death. Desperate for answers, the child turns to the one thing they believed to have been their savior: God. It is then the child turns to a church, or at least what they believed to have been a church. There, they come across a just and righteous priest; he bestows upon the child power unimaginable to save their loved one just in time of the accident, aligning the child's path to the way it was meant to be: A life of happiness.

The child, while moderately chaotic in nature, takes upon the priest's offer, and is given the ability to jump in between time and space. However, this all comes at the price of losing their humanity. The priest tricks the child, instilling into them a powerful demon. It is then the child finds out that the priest was in fact a cult leader who uses a religious guise to accumulate followers. The child's psyche is broken, and they are made into a blood-thirsty shell of a once innocent and misunderstood child. [This child cannot be entirely righteous, as they need some corruption in their soul to be properly possessed. Also, the child's parents cannot be revealed in order to maintain a sense of mystery throughout this rp. There may be a few hints, or blatant ones; however, their parents will not be revealed. For all we know, the parents may not even have a part in the story. They will be RPCs, however.]

To test if the child's demonic powers have been fully developed, the priest goes into the future [Koji's present]. There, the child reigns havoc, killing millions, which results in the people losing trust in mages, causing a civil war against the entire Magic Council. The many causalities and never-ending war provokes Kawa to send Koji and company to the past to prevent their early demise, and hopefully prevent all of this from happening; unfortunately, he is stabbed, which causes the spell to go out of wack and results in Koji+company to go too far into the past [RPs present]. The priest and the child then go to the past to carry our his plan; using the child to not only enact his world domination in accordance to his cult, but to hide his tracks by making the child look like the true monster. This in turn results in non-magic users gaining a distrust in mages, further enhancing the priest's agenda to purge the world of "demons" (Magic users) and strengthen the influence of his cult.

With him, the priest brings along three of his strongest [Above God of Ishgar Level] and most trusted followers with him. Each follower possesses a "blessing" from their specific deity, allowing them to perform unimaginable feats in and out the battlefield. Each follower is designated to each of the three guilds in order to "purge" them of their "demon magic," having been blinded by the priest's supposed righteousness and false sense of justice. This allows every guild to be active in stopping the priest, his followers, and this possessed child from tearing Fiore and the rest of the world... Through the word of "God."
