Bio: Lizzie was born as an only child to loving parents, both being a witch and warlock. They lived on the outskirts of a bigger city and held a shop for their potions and home remedies. She started learning how to use alchemy and to make potions when she was about 7 years old and enjoyed helping people out a lot.
When Lizzie turned 13 years old, they were living out their day as usual and were making some new potions when a strange visitor entered through their shop entrance. Peeking at the stranger through the door, Lizzie witnessed that it revealed to be a demon and it slaughtered her mother who went to go talk to it. Her father ushered her to hide under the bed as he tried to fight off the demon who began searching the rest of their home. The demon killed off her father and tore apart at both of her parents.
Once Lizzie was sure the monster was gone, she came out from under her bed and scavenged what she could from her house. She left and traveled through the forest for days until she came upon a small cottage. It was run down and it didn’t look like anyone was living in it. So for a few days she fixed it up and started living there.
For three years after that, she began to regrow her life and this cottage. Another think that was beginning to grow though were symptoms of psychosis. Lizzie managed to push away the memory of her parents being slaughtered sub-consciously. She experiences disorganized behavior and hypervigilance. Tends to socially isolate herself, but also feels loneliness and anxiety. On bad days with manic episodes, she experiences hallucinations, delusions, and memory loss. Wanting to use it to her advantage, she tries to experiment with new alchemy and tries to create new potions that can help her and hopefully to help other people who suffer the same.
Personality: Lizzie is very emotional and sensitive, it’s not that hard to hurt her. She cares deeply about her family and friends and is sympathetic to others. She can be clingy, not just to people, but to materials as well. Being guided by her emotions, she doesn’t have a lot of defensive mechanisms for the outer world. She lacks patience and goes through a lot of self-pity. While she’s quick to help others, she’s also ready to avoid conflict. She is hypervigilant and is paranoid a lot, not being able to trust strangers.
