Lyccia was born in the small town to the West of Axtel, called Funk. Her birth was a quiet one, a Doula, her young mother and the creature who called itself ‘Nathan’ were all present, the being who would have been her sire or father, had not been welcomed into the house of her birth. Sadly once Lyccia took her first real breath, her mother took her last; as with -most- Witches, their mother tended to give themselves fr the new witch, passing her power, her life and even their contract to the new being. And as with most witches, at her birth she was given to the Libraries, of which are given into the service of magical or supernatural beings as a research for knowledge, law and potions. Not a slave and typically strong in their own right, Lyccia, as most of her birth class, tended to be of the strongest beings residing on this fair plane of existence, however these beings rarely show such power unless it is required.
Lyccia, at her ascension, was given the name Sorrowtome as when her power manifested a large tome appeared with in a tear shaped coffer and seemed to pulse with an energy that made those who felt it feel intense sorrow. However, with this name and her tome, Lyccia is a happy, bubbly and very smiling person and she makes most people feel her bliss. She does her tasks quickly and always seems to drift in her duties gleefully. And as with most Witches, she is also at the use of humans, but as a Holistic Healer or Adviser in many things, she is also seen as the local Librarian to the humans and conducts this duty as well as her duties to the supernatural world. However, to the supernatural folk she is a being every watching and every listening. The trees tell her secrets, the wind tells her stories and many a folk come to her for advice regarding legal and magical means., as stated before.
In relation to her library home, it does not matter which library you enter in the area, Lyccia can be seen and spoken to in all via a projected Avatar and she will respond back. With this stated the best method of getting her in the flesh is an official summons via a black bird or by post. A method she does respond quickly to and is the best bet to ensure no humans get caught up into the matters.
This woman does not care about race and is a solid Neutral figure in all matters, as is required by her station.
