We'll take a look into the Towns 1 issue, but there's a possibility we won't be able to fix it.

Can we please have the ability to "Sticky" threads in our "My Topics" section? Since we can't delete the threads, we need a way to find ones we still use easily. We'll add it to the list of features requests, but it won't be a high priority update.

Last ATS, one of you lovely staff members mentioned that there are a few kin currently being made-- thanks for that! It'll be nice to see something new. However, that got me to thinking: will there be any kin, either brand new or recolored, featured in this year's Black Friday sale?

Seeing as how Gaia Chat is going to die due to Flash no longer working properly. Are we going to replace the feature with something else?
I know we have Discord, but there are few people who prefer not to use Discord and I see that the livestream uses Chatwee to chat with the community as well as streaming.

We hope to replace all the flash content we can with alternatives, including chat. Chatwee may be an option.

Games - zOMG!
For well over a week now, quite a number of zOMG! players have been plagued by the inability to see their avatars or NPCs in the game and despite numerous people (myself included) trying to get someone's attention regarding this, both in the z!F and in the bugs forums, it feels like the staff has been eerily silent on the matter when it's an issue that's been impacting a lot of players. I wasn't even able to enjoy the extension of the Halloween event because of it.
Can we finally PLEASE get someone to look into this, or at least acknowledge the problem? I miss being able to play the game since the problem started.

The avatar problem in zOMG is the same problem in Towns and other flash games, and we had been working on those bugs for the past 2 weeks.
We've addressed almost all the issues related to the server changes. I hope that we will have any remaining issues resolved in the coming week.

Has Gaia Online ever considered trying to improve their usefulness as a social media platform for creators? Maybe allow image, or even video hosting! Sort of like tentacl, But PG-13!

I really want to have image and video hosting, that's one of my goal for next year. For now I want to at least have a good API setup for Imgur, but server upgrades are a priority for the time being.

Something that I've noticed during every Halloween/Christmas for the past few years, is that the shops on the very last page of that little store directory at the top don't show the icon for the candy/music note. It gets really confusing if you don't already know that those shops are missing the icons. Can someone look into this?

Hello, I'm very sorry if this has been asked in the past. Will it be possible for users to edit their profile using browsers like Chrome and Firefox? I'm aware that you can only edit it on Internet Explorer for some reason, but it would be fantastic if you guys could fix it so that it works on the newer browsers.

Is there a specific feature in profiles that doesn't work on Chrome? We've tested it recently and didn't see any problems.
