Copycat is the ability to utilize another’s raiment, only when some type of contact is made. This ability exempts the abilities of a Tadfaer and Tenebraer. This is only subject to what the current raiment holder can do. The one copying can only utilize the abilities the original user knows how to do, IF the copycat even has knowledge of what the holder can do. For example, if a raiment holder has the ability to cast a fire storm and the copycat has actual knowledge from seeing it or word of mouth, then he can he attempt to cast it without thinking about it. If he has no clue that if the raiment holder can or cannot create a fire storm, it is up to them whether they want to take the chance and try casting it with the possibility that the raiment holder either knows it or not. Shifters can only be copied based on the abilities of what they can shift into.
Ex.) There is a cheetah shifter character, while he cannot shift into a cheetah, he can gain the speed that a cheetah would have for the allotted time.
The amount of time user has to copy, and the usage depends on rank:
S-Class – Usage = 8 times a day / Duration = 7 minutes / Cooldown from each usage: 3 min. – 5 min. – 15 min. – 30 min. – 2 hours – 3 hours – 5 hours
A-Class – Usage = 6 times a day / Duration = 6 minutes / Cooldown from each usage: 3 min. - 10 min. - 20 min. – 1 hours – 2 hours
B-Class – Usage = 4 times a day / Duration = 5 minutes / Cooldown from each usage: 3 min. – 10 min. – 45 min.
C-Class – Usage = 3 times a day / Duration = 4 minutes / Cooldown from each usage: 5 min. – 15 min.
D-Class – Usage = 2 times a day / Duration = 3 minutes / Cooldown from each usage: 10 minutes
Strengths: The limited usage and time allows for user to be able to think quickly and strategize. Time is precious, so it would make the raiment a kind of ‘choose wisely’ and ‘when necessary’ ability.
User can copy more than one raiment AT A TIME during each usage, only if it’s in the allotted time.
Ex.) He touches someone with the raiment of fire, uses it, and still has 3 mimic minutes. He can touch someone with the raiment of water and utilize it, but CANNOT use the previous fire raiment since he dropped.
Weaknesses: Using the ability takes a toll on the body, seeing as he isn’t used to other raiments and depending on how strong they are, they can cause soreness or hurt his body. Depending on the raiment, it could cause injury.
Would need to utilize a raiment over and over to get a decent grasp on it and watch raiment holder to learn how to use it and different methods to control it. Just because he can utilize it DOES NOT mean he has mastered it or can ever master it whatsoever.
Doesn’t have knowledge on what another person can do unless he has seen it, heard that they could do it, or has gone through continuous trial and error (which wastes time) trying different things. While basic things are a given, other abilities would require him to take time and effort to watch and be able to get the hang of it.

tab tab tab → Personality: Mikhail is captivating and edgy with a violent and unpredictable nature. Many people see him as being somewhat antagonistic, intimidating, and very intense. No one can tell where he stands as far as his moral alignment goes. One can usually assume that he is neutral, but never know if he leans more toward the chaotic or lawful side. Mikhail is a product of his environment, and has gotten some of his negative traits from his father. He is often blunt and harsh toward others especially bullies or those who think they're above everyone. He's a silent observer and avoids having to talk with others if he can. He's also quite intelligent, being capable of strategic planning and holding himself well. Initially, he is very world weary and cynical, thinking negatively about a lot of people, mainly nobles. He has respect for some, not so much authority, until they prove to be a better figure of authority than his father.
What many don't know is that while he can be extremely rude and seems uncaring, he has a heart. He does have some good in him that only few can see. In all honesty, he is very philanthropic. He's seen the struggles of the poor and lived in every class so he understands and can sympathize with others. He wants to fight for those who are less fortunate and show his father how things really should be done. Mikhail has heroic goals that he wants to achieve and wants to help others, but doesn't mind choosing what is looked at as evil or frowned upon in order to do so. His mother and those he chooses to be close to him are the only ones who know how gentle and caring he can be at times. This is because well, he appreciates them. When you meet Mikhail you can either dislike him, fear him, or just want nothing to do with him (which he doesn't really care either way). He appreciates those who take time to understand him and are patient with him. He is very loyal to those he forms bonds with and will do everything in his power to protect them, once again, even if it includes doing something that most would look down on. He relishes in the feeling of being needed. Whether it be his father needing him to be heir, which allows him to milk it and dangle the fact in front of his face, or being wanted/needed by someone he loves. It's a nice feeling and he takes pride in it.

↳ Mikhail is the end product of a woman named Alecia who resided in Trendel and the King of Valor. The two had met and seemed as though they were in love, and had an affair. Their night of passion ended up making Alecia pregnant. The King ended up abandoning her and the unborn child, not wanting the affair to affect him or his reputation. Alecia was devastated, but the fact that she had a baby on the way brought her joy. Despite them being lower class, she wanted to do everything in her power to give him a good life. After he was born, she had worked many jobs to try and make sure they could live properly. Mikhail at a young age was always very thankful for his mother and all she would do for them. It was at the age of five that his life was drastically changed. The King was I desperate need of a male heir. He had tried for one but ended up with a daughter instead. He then remembered that Alecia had been pregnant when he left her. Sending one of his men out, he wanted them to check up on her and see what became of his accidental child.
When word got to him that she had conceived a healthy young boy, the King thought of it as a perfect opportunity. He sent his men to retrieve Mikhail and take him away from Alecia. Automatically, the young boy knew that he disliked his father and wanted nothing more than to be away from him. Years passed, and that dislike never went away, it only grew. The once happy and cheerful little boy was now a very intense and cynical man. His years of dealing with royalty and being near money and status obsessed imbeciles had made him quite bitter and harsh toward their kind. The only thing that kept him happy was his mother. He would often go on “travels” and visit her in Trendel. She had found a nice man and was living a nice middle-class life. He would stay with them for periods of time in an attempt to ease his mind and take a break. Mikhail preferred being near actual people who were decent and had actual problems to worry about.
Him and his father would butt heads about anything and everything. It mainly began when Mikhail discovered his raiment and what he could do. The King took Mikhail, despite him still being young, but him through strict training. He wanted a suitable heir, and it was his mission to make Mikhail into exactly what he wanted. Of course, Mikhail grew and wasn’t naïve. He had a mind of his own and always did his best to shut his father up. He had overheard the Queen talking about how Catherine enrolled in an academy in order to gain more experience with people, especially commoners. Mikhail took the news and decided to use it to his advantage. He immediately told the King about his plan to attend the academy in order to learn even more than he did about his power and to better himself. The King agreed, being extremely oblivious toward Mikhail’s goals and wishes. Once again, Mikhail had gotten his father to do exactly what he wanted, and that was just enough.
