Another night, another time dressing up as Imbrium and poking at this 'knight' thing. Frisbee in hand or some s**t, Pythia was trying to figure out this little magical world that she had found herself living in. Having met Faustite, she'd been able to see the impact of a stolen starseed first hand; but then Arsie had been nice enough to actually help save her from those big a** spiders that kept wandering about trying to eat people. Lacedaemon had given her a decent start, she supposed, and taken her to their homeworld, but she'd not yet been bold enough to speak the words to go to her Wonder by herself.
Her lips pursed, and she tried to focus on feelings. There was that 'aura' that told her when there were Negaverse agents around. Odd, they all seemed to feel alike, though some were stronger than others. But there was either a 'bad' feeling, or one that didn't feel a little like acid on her skin. Not the best feeling in the world- but it was one of those acid-feelings that was drawing closer to her tonight.
She brushed her fingertips over the breakplate of her outfit, considering. She could feel a few auras around her tonight- should she bother to try and find one of her own volition? She supposed that it did not matter- there was one drawing closer, one of the ones that ached and bled. Someone would say it was a bad guy, but Arseno had proved that wasn't always the case.
She wasn't sure what kind of encounter she was going to have anymore.

Alum was used to being corrupted. In fact he'd grown to quite like it. Free food from places he could rob, free stuff, money if he rummaged in pockets. Sure it was technical murder, but then he was also serving a being that was saving the world from aliens who'd come and more or less taken human hosts.. like himself. There wasn't anything he could do about that except try to set things right and deliver the world back to it's rightful order. Which was to Metallia and her cohorts, the negaverse. Knights were loyal and dutiful but tied to senshi and well- that was just twisted in and of itself. Bouncing on the balls of his feet as he strode down the road, Alum sensed someone of that sticky goopy side that was 'Order' was nearby and so Alum did what he did best- track it and hope maybe he could snatch a better offering to the queen and their great leader. When he was near enough, the corrupt senshi did a little twirl, trying to spot the source of the energy signature. "Hello," he call, "anyone there?" "One corrupt here, at your services."

She wouldn't have to make up her mind- the bleeding, twisting aura that kept scooting nearer seemed to be aiming for her, now, making its way closer and closer. She would still have a choice, to stay or to leave; avoidance was arguably the wiser course, when she was being approached with intent, but... why not give them a chance. Hello? Anyone there? One corrupt here, at your services.
"Corrupt what?" she called back, making her approach with hands open, frisbee tucked between two fingers. "Hi. I'm Imbrium. What's up?" That was probably good, right? Say hello, act friendly, maybe have the chance to ask some questions and get a better picture of what was going on. But... this one was different. It didn't have the look and there were no huge scythes in sight, and... this was one of those senshi. Right? Right.
And there were no corpses, or soon to be corpses, unless she counted herself, which was a good way to start. "Nice night, right? Who are you?"

Alum amiled warmly when he saw the knight. Someone new was always fun. Never knew what they'd do, or, what they might offer when it came to a fight. Alum was pretty aware that magic could be a b***h, but he also knew that now, stealing starseeds wasnt always best to do when fighting with his magic. A lot of enemies would lash out mid attack, hurting him more than he was happy to admit. But, they always were faily shaken one way or another by the end. It gave him a bit of happiness at least to know even if he failed to deliver a starseed, he'd made them a bit more afraid. "Corrupt Senshi of course." Then his smile widened. "OH. You mean of what. That would be the Abyss. It's pretty great if I do say so myself. If by who you mean my name well-" He shrugged. "They call me Alum. Suits me just fine. The night was nice until I had to do this though." His eyes locked with her's the smile was no longer friendly. "Fall."Infinities Sailor Scout Attack: Fall Targeting a single person, Apollo makes eye contact with their target, and puts them into a state of sensory deprivation/hallucination. It can be used twice in battle and last 30 seconds. In this state the target cannot feel, see, hear, taste, touch anything- their mind is active, and they hallucinate that which is their darkest fears. They can still move, attack/lash out and talk, but they cannot infer anything happening around or to them. Ya'll ******** seen Age of Ultron we're pull'n some scarlet witch s**t up in here.

Corrupt Senshi, he said, and Imbrium was still drawing a blank. She really should have been paying as much attention to anything Lacedaemon may have told her about them as she did in her day classes, because s**t. "Corrupt."
It was all she could really get out, her brow furrowed, before h stared her in the eye and whispered "Fall."
And fall she did, the world around her slipping away and replaced with- "Holy s**t." This was probably like- hell or something, right? Cause that sure as ******** looked like a zombie spider, and sweet baby jesus she was terrified. And the thing about spiders was that her terror tended to turn itself into rage aggression. Not like snakes, which paralyzed her for fear they would see her moving and try and like... boa constrictor her a**. Nah. Spiders were like... And zombies?
Burn everything down, twice, make sure it was dead. Doubletap that s**t with actual fire.
Was this the ghost (zombie?) of a spider dead at those stupid gardens? With her luck, probably. Frisbee in hand, she rushed for the spider, shrieking and angrily screaming. "Gonna kill you again, ********! Showin your face back up here!"

Alum liked watching their reactions. The terror on their faces, the emotions that rolled across their eyes as they say their horrors, their fears play out inside their own mind. Was it a bit cruel? Certainly. But then so was invading a peaceful world and killing it's people who sought to keep it independent. Earth belonged to it's people. Not senshi. Corrupt he might be, but time would tell, he was on the right side of history. Unlike them. They deserved the fear, the terror of their own minds. Senshi and knights who would ally with them. Alum was the good one, the loyal one. Born to earth, he wasn't going to let his body be used as a vassal for a senshi soul so they could supplicant earth for some lunar princess. Earth was for earthlings. Knights were traitors. It was as simple as that. Plus watching the knight run into a tree was goddamn hilarious. Cracking up, Alum looked at her. She was weak and prone but- "You gave me a good laugh." He said, smiling, knowing the magic was fading. "So I'll let you go tonight. See you next time though." A blink, and the corrupt was gone, back to the darkness, back to delivering starseeds to his leader and savior.

Frisbee in hand, she'd rushed the zombie spider and faceplanted into its leg. Been trapped and spun in webbing, rolling and screeching like a banshee.
Came to with bark on her face, leaves on her a**, and the 'corrupt' fading away. Pleased with himself. Ugh. Yeah, she was some prize of a knight, wasn't she?
Shoving to her feet, the hangover from the magic no more than the impact of her face to a tree, she brushed off her butt and groaned. She still had a lot to learn, but tonight.... it would be for a bath and epsom salts.
